The work date came quickly after the deposit. The crew was very experienced & professional.

As an electrical engineer, I had a number of questions during their analysis and design of the system, which they answered clearly and completely. Installation was very professional. They dealt with a very challenging cable run through a cramped attic as though it was an everyday occurrence. Sunergy gives a top quality job with friendly, positive employees.

We are very pleased with Sunergy Systems, superb workmanship, especially Tim the electrician's conduit and panel work, easy to work with, competitive pricing, and maybe most importantly straightforward and honest about the most practical system for our house. They worked closely with the roofers enabling our panel rail supports to be installed directly onto the roof under the new shingles and be flashed in by the roofers as part of the roof instead of over the top of the roof, a method other solar installers didn't even know was available or people re-roofing. They have been super responsive to all the questions I have had in the year since the system has been installed and responded very quickly to one small connection problem we had during that time period. For these reasons, we can highly recommend Sunergy systems. We now get 95% of our electricity for our home from the sun and that includes running an electric car 12,000 miles a year, which is just about a perfectly sized system. From the original system installation evaluation done by Steve to the last hookup by Tim, the entire team did a great job and we are 100% pleased with the results.

Every representative of Sunergy Systems with whom I had contact during the process was courteous, highly competent, knowledgeable and professional. All of my questions were answered promptly and completely. The installation was performed within the promised time frame, and the system operated as expected immediately upon startup.

An inverter exploded basically so they fixed it. They brought out a new one and installed it. It didn't cost anything. Its a transformer but it inverts from DC voltage to the AC voltage, that's what failed and they fixed it. They were very professional, were on time and were great company. I've never dealt with a company that good before. I've recommended quite a few people. They've gotten a lot of business out of me. They are just an awesome company. I think it was about a week before they could get another one and they came out and installed it. They got here quicker than I thought they would. They were always here when they said they were going to be.

The visit went well, Adam climb to the roof to evaluate its condition, he checked my circuit boxes. What I liked best was his honesty on the disclosure, he was very informative on the rebates and incentives. The only reason I did not have the SOLAR PANELS installed, was I felt my cost of installation at this time, is more than I want to invest for the return.

These folks are awesome! They provided information and pricing on a variety of products and scenarios and were extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns. They were happy to manage scheduling to coordinate with the company installing a new roof at the same time in order to make sure that all manufacturer's warranty requirements for the various products were met. Everything they said they would do, they did and were receptive to suggestions from us, including where to run the electrical from the roof to the panel. They even offered a "time to installation (6 weeks)" guarantee - once the contract was signed, the clock starting ticking. They did a really great job laying out the array and installing the electrical equipment in our garage (as well as the meters on the outside. It all looks fantastic and we get lots of inquiries from neighbors about how the system is performing. The answer is that it is performing even better than we expected. We've managed to cover a huge portion of our electrical usage and we're looking forward to our first production check from the state in a couple of months. The investment is absolutely worth it. A big "thumbs up" for Sunergy. You can trust that they know what they are doing and will do a fantastic job and a very reasonable and competitive price.

Salesman was excellent and informative, workers were on time and efficient. Work passed electrical inspection first time, even took aerial photos of finished job.

The entire staff and crew were clean, professional and competent. I had issues with their contract which took time to work out, but which were changed to my satisfaction. One inverter was detective upon installation and had to be replaced by SUnergy. That delayed system start up by several weeks. Overall a good to excellent experience.

At my request Criss walked me through each step of the project. The install was professional and clean. The documentation is complete and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Chris Herman and the Sunergy engineers, office support, installers and electrician were top notch professionals at every step of the way. They gave us a great bid on a large solar array/electrical panel upgrade for our Seattle home and referred us to Puget Sound Co-Operative Credit Union to get a special solar loan on incredible terms (without liening our house). They patiently answered my endless questions about how we could get the biggest possible system up there and what all the permutations would cost, how long it would take for them to pay for themselves and how all the financial incentives work. Finding out that our system could pay for itself in five years blew my mind - as my neighbor says, "why not do it?" - doing our part for the environment and making money to boot! The best part was that even after we had signed our contract, they called to ask if we wanted them to install it three weeks ahead of what we were planning! In the end that saved us several hundred dollars since it put us a tax year ahead for the Federal Tax Solar Rebate. Wait, the other best part is they are employee owned. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunergy to anyone. Their slogan "making solar simple" is truly lived up to.

They installed solar panels, and did so quickly. They were on time and did a neat job. They also have an arrangement for loans through a credit union that was amazing ly quick and simple.

The installers were punctual, professional, polite and efficient. The install went off with only a few minor hitches that were specific to the construction of our house. Our billing and invoicing was held up due to credit union mis-communication and handled with complete understanding. Without doubt, I highly recommend them.

Sunergy and team were amazing in every way. In addition to being the most responsive, and most professional, they were also the least expensive. I would have gone with them even if they were the most expensive however. I evaluated four companies in total and Sunergy was by far the best.

This is a great company to work with. You really want to feel good about the people who are drilling into your roof and I cannot say enough good things about this company. You know you're getting excellent work done when every inspector or electrician who walks on the property after the fact walks over the unit just to admire the work. No joke. Solar is doable in the PNW and these are the people to work with!

When we contacted Sunergy, we got a quick response, and an inperson estimate and site survey within a few days of the call. We got clear, concise explanations of how solar energy would work for us, and a very thorough, easy-to-read chart of our different options and financing availability. The staff was friendly and professional, and a joy to work with. When we had a subsequent problem, they were there the next day, and had it completely fixed within a week.

I obtained quotes from a number of solar installers. What drew me to Sunergy Systems was not only that they had the particular solar panel that I eventually decided I wanted installed, Sun Systems but also that they were such good communicators and clearly valued customer service. I was not disappointed. The entire process was pleasant for me. Every one that I came in contact with at Sunergy Systems was forthcoming with information and exceedingly friendly, professional and responsive. The site was kept free of debris and the only evidence of their time here is the system itself. All of the paperwork, rebate information, etc. was handled for me. I was given a binder upon completion of the project with the information on my system. The financial aspects of the rebates, pay back time, tax incentives, etc. was clearly explained to me. I was especially happy with how responsive the team was to my concerns about penetrating the siding because it is so vulnerable to moisture damage if not handled correctly. Thank you Sunergy Systems.
