Sia and his crew did a great job, and I would absolutely hire them again. They are a great combination of both price point and quality work, which can be tough to find. Other bids I had were higher. There was one lower bid but that company wasn't as responsive as Step-Up, and I just simply trusted Sia more than all of the others. Step-Up has a hard-working crew and they are an honest company. Great customer service. I've already recommended them to a few friends and neighbors.

I had a driveway removed and replaced by this company and they did a GREAT job. Sia was repsonsive and the price quoted and paid for the job was excellent. It was not the lowest bid I received but I am glad I chose them. The crew was friendly and knowledgable abut the work they were doing. Sia communicated quite well throughout the duration of the job. I would not hesitate to call this company for any other concrete jobs I may have in the future and would not bother to bid seek bids from multiple companies, I would just hire them to do the work.

There is no shortage of concrete companies out there, so we were a bit apprehensive about selecting a company that could meet our needs. Then we met Sia of Step Up Concrete and Construction. Sia and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. The project went very well, and turned out beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and look forward to having Sia and his team back for future projects.

Perfectly. Looks great. On time. Exactly the same as the bid. I am often disappointed by contractors who are late or don't meet expectations. But step up concrete was fantastic. I definitely use them again for any concrete work.

Sia and his crew were excellent! Very responsive, capable and prompt. The work was well done and looks great. They worked really well with the City Inspectors and worked really well with us and our architect. They really helped us button up our front yard after a remodel. Our former contractor left a mess and, with the help of Sia and his crew, we were able to clean-up and winterize the site. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. Our neighbors liked the work so much at our house, that they also hired Sia and his company to rebuild a concrete wall.

Sia and his crew did an amazing job on the front of my house. The front walkway was cracked and uneven, and the front stoop needed to be raised several inches and the stairs fixed. He redesigned the stairs going up to the front door to make it easier and they looked much better than the original, much more modern looking. He removed a portion of the old walkway and re-poured it so the uneven part was gone. They performed a quick, clean job. And as always, they come with a smile and a great attitude. It is always a pleasure to work with Sia and his crew.

The specifications are still open, I can still sue them and I'm sorely tempted. They were beyond horrible. They tried to a job that they're very unqualified for. It's just beyond terrible. I will never use them again.

They arrived on time, built the forms and poured the concrete the same day. They returned two days later and removed the forms and finished the concrete. The finished job looks just fine. The clean up was well done. This is the third time I have used Sia and Step Up Concrete. They can be counted on for a great job at a fair price.

The work went well. However, they had to come back and repair some work. I wish they had done a follow up sooner so it could have been addressed faster. I would probably use them again if needed.

Whatever the highest grade is for all the categories, they would get that from us. My main point is the patio looks fantastic seven months later. We get a lot of rain where we live and the patio is draining and running off the rain really well. They put a French drain around the perimeter of the patio. I'm really very, very pleased with their craftsmanship and how it turned out. I would highly recommend them. I'm planning to use them in the future. Their price is very competitive. They were really good.

Sia and crew's product was VERY professional and the price was competitive. They know what they are doing with flatwork. Did a great job cleaning up on job site afterwords. Prompt work on setting up job. Showed up on time. Only hit for him was the way he communicated with a family member on collecting money on day of pour when I was not there. He harrassed my family member for money to get pour going even though the family member was not a party to any of the bid negotiations. Not very professional there. Would I use Sia and crew again... YOU BET!!

I contacted them on Aug 10 and scheduled an apt on Aug 18 to get a quote. I was able to get a hold of him for another apt on aug 29. I showed him what i was needing to be done and he really did not have anything to say about it. He told me that he would email me his quote and it has be several weeks not and I still have not gotten his quote.

First and foremost Sia and team are a great and very trustworthy team of guys. I tried to get another A rated angies list company I had worked with in the past to come out for this job and they never returned phone calls or emails. I reached out to Sia and he showed up as promised a couple days later. The bid was slightly higher than others I had received however he promised a better timeline and given the positive reviews I felt like he would do a great job. The team showed up as promised. They had a few minor hiccups not having enough wood for the forms on the first day and didn't have enough fill the next day but being a fixed bid project and the pour date not being affected I wasn't concerned. On 9/17 they poured and stamped the concrete. They started late, 3pm which concerned me however they worked till almost 9pm and had all the necessary tools and people to finish the job. They showed up 2 days later to pressure wash, cut expansion joints, and clean up. I have a couple very minor complaints for Sia he can use in the future but really shouldn't take away from the great job. First is the oil from the workers trucks leaked on my driveway. Sia acknowledged it and cleaned it up but it would be great if they either parked on the street or laid a tarp. Second the concrete pump line moves a lot while pumping the concrete and really made a mess of the front yard trenching a line in the grass. I think the pump operator should probably accept some of that blame. I don't think he was an employee of Step up but a rented service. Again, minor gripes and didn't change my overall opinnion of their service. Overall these guys are impressive to watch. No one barks orders, no one even gives instructions, they know what to do and work like a well oiled machine. They are very polite and professional. The end product is beautiful and I am very happy.

This is the second job Step Up has done for us, the first job was in September of last year. This new job was an extension from the front concrete into the back yard, adding a walkway, steps at the back door, steps to the new level of the patio, and up to the top of a pre-existing rock wall, and pouring a new patio more than double the size of the old one. Sia and his crew are the most professional and knowledgeable company I have hired, even coming out a second time to make sure the bid was right after we wanted to make some small changes. Sia and his partner had some very good suggestions, as they did on our last job with them, making the work and the finished job look and flow better in the yard. His crew was prompt and on time, and worked all day together like a well oiled machine. They knew what they were doing, how to do it and got it done to our satisfaction. There was one small spot from our previous job I had a question about and he took care of it, no problems. I really appreciate the time and care this company puts into their work. It really shows in the end result.

good, quick communications to set up project. Solid dude. My only disappointment is how expensive the project was and I felt like it was incomplete. I had expected another portion of the sidewalk to be relayed (something Sia suggested), but it was not done. Unfortunately, my husband handled the latter half of the project and did not communicate this. I hold Step Up 75% accountable since it was an expectation set by them, and my husband wasn't aware. Still, they do solid work, and another suggestion (the garden curb), was a great idea.
