We had a great experience working with Step Up Concrete & Construction and would recommend them to others as well as work with them in the future if we have additional concrete projects down the road. We requested quotes from several companies and Step Up was the fastest to respond and complete the estimate process. They were knowledgeable about our options for addressing the reason our old asphalt driveway was failing with low spots and a pothole. It was an easy choice to work with them after the estimate experience. They were excellent at keeping in touch to get the work scheduled and to make sure everyone was on the same page about what we were looking for with our new driveway with an extension on the side. The work was done within the timeline explained and the crew was very pleasant to interact with. We are very happy with the way our new driveway looks and with the smooth experience of getting it done through Step Up Concrete & Construction.

They were professional and reasonably priced. I had concerns about having it poured in the colder weather and they addressed them and provided reassurance. Very communicative when it was discovered that removal would be more difficult. Only ding- clean up was not exceptional, but not entirely their fault as it was wet and windy and somethings likely flew before they could get them. But did have some neighbors complain.

Step up Concrete was timely, professional and best of all did the job flawlessly. I would most definitely recommend them and I will be calling them for a foundation job this fall.

Despite some miscommunications that led to a delay in the completion of the job I am incredibly happy with the work that was done. They communicated wonderfully, fixed the project to my satisfaction, and were all incredible to work with. I love supporting family businesses, and this family is great! I would, and will likely, hire them again.

Step up is fantastic. Our driveway was cracked and needed to be replaced. They provided a reasonable quote, clearly comunicated the process and options, showed up on time and completed the project in a timely manner. They also worked around our availability and the weather. When we replace our concrete steps we will use them again for the project.

The whole job went nice and smooth. No complaints at all. It was a family affair. Spouses would bring lunch for the entire crew. We had 3 other families that had their driveways done on our block. I still smile everyday walking out on my new driveway. I highly recommend this company!!

Sia and his crew did a stellar job on my new concrete driveway conversion from gravel and block planter wall in front of the house! After a prompt free estimate and due diligence, I found Step Up's estimate to be the most competitive and fairly priced. They were always very communicative and promptly showed up when they said they would everyday. Throughout the whole process, they kept the work area clean during the day and at the end of the day before leaving. In the end, both the concrete driveway and block wall turned out great, couldn't be happier with their work!

Stamped concrete patio and concrete repair work. The work was performed efficiently by a friendly crew. Sia pays attention to detail and is a true artisan. Evangelina was very responsive to my requests and feedback. The bulk of the work was performed during the first week of June and the local weather was unpredictable but the prompt communication was definitely helpful towards moving the project along. The patio looks very attractive following the thorough cleanup and power washing.

Terrible. I made an appointment and they did NOT show up. I contacted them then of course it was all apologies. Do not waste your time with these people. It is NOT worth the headaches. If you are running a business and decided to not show up for an appointment, then you will not have your business long.

First let me say they are very friendly but I've gotten the run around from them for several months now with one excuse after another. They did my neighbors slab so I asked sia for a quote six months he took measurements and never responded. I reached out again. Someone came out then gave me a quote I was happy with. Then sia came out again rebid the job at double the original price. I called with no response for serval weeks. Finally got through was told sia would call me. That was almost two weeks ago. Still no call. Very frustrated. I talked to them back in November about doing work this February didn't look like it's going to happen. Once again I think they are very nice people but at this point thumbs down on service and follow through.😩😩😩

Overall, Sia and his crew did a good job. They were so busy that it took a few weeks to get started. What he thought was going to be 3 days ended up taking 5 days. My big issue was communication. Initially I explained what I wanted done, but by the time he started I had changed my mind. He didn't read the email I sent a week before he started, and he didn't look at the drawing I gave him the day he arrived. He wasn't listening when I told him about the changes. We didn't end up with what we wanted, but it was acceptable. The other issue is that he doesn't seem to care much about the appearance of the finished work. He put a skim coat in one area, but it wasn't as smooth as I had expected (see photo), Also, he didn't put a skim coat on what he considered to be the back side of a retaining wall, not considering that there is a deck right next to it.

Overall quality of the driveway was great! A few small details were missed but the crew was in and out in 2 days!

Very friendly and the job was done beautifully! The only consideration is that they could have done a better job in cleaning up.

Sia was very responsive. He came out and bid the job promptly, was patient in allowing us to receive other bids and check his references (which were all good). He and his crew work efficiently and seem to know exactly what they are doing. They are accommodating of requests such as allowing me time to run gutter drainage under the new slab. I also framed a couple of pavers by our front door and he had his crew pour and finish them even though they weren't in the bid. I though our job was pretty big - a 19 x 60ft driveway up an incline, a 20x20ft parking pad and 5 steps. They did the demo in a day, prep work in a little less than a day split over two days and two separate pours of about 3-4 hours each. The more you know about what you want done and the more details you put in the scope of work will result in Sia knowing exactly what you want to have done. They are self-sufficient when working and pretty careful to minimize collateral damage.

Step Up Concrete and Construction is a hard-working, experienced and highly-skilled group of people. They did a wonderful job on my driveway and we are extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend them and plan to hire them again myself.

Project was completed in two days while I was out of town. They discovered a large tree root causing the problem and were able to cut it out and do the repair at no extra charge.

Sia and his crew are a class act! We needed concrete work completed with very short notice and Sia was out to our site and had a proposal the same day. They did an excellent job with minimal disruption to our residents. We will be using Step Up Concrete for all of our future concrete jobs.

Sia and his crew did an excellent job replacing an old asphalt driveway with concrete. Also made sure it was level with the garage floor and level with pavers that were next to driveway. Excellent communication throughout. Even worked on the weekend to make sure they could get the job done while weather was good. Would definitely recommend!
