Description of Work: They have always been excellent. They have been our provider for a long time! We have a contract with them and they deliver oil to us. They are on call and they maintain our tank and furnace.

Description of Work: We are new homeowners with a fixer-upper, trying to keep an ancient oil furnace going while we attend to more immediate repairs and expenses before considering replacement. The furnace quit on a weekend. I looked online thinking I'd leave messages and people would call me back on Monday, but someone from Sound Oil called me back on Sunday, during the Seahawks game no less-- talk about going above and beyond! The repairman came Monday and diligently kept at it till he found the problem, which took a bit of time. Later that week they filled our tank, and the cost of the repair was $0 as a 'welcome, new customer' discount. We needed an oil company anyway, and I'm happy to say we have found a good one.
