I totally love having my house cleaned. I wish I could have them come every two weeks. However that is not in my budget.

I was very grateful to have found this company and now I don't have to worry about dealing with housecleaners any more. So far they do excellent work.

The cost was cheaper than an independent couple who previously came and did the same job. And they use green products. They come every month.

We had some demolition and construction work done before moving into our new house, and the house was covered in dust from top to bottom. Simply Clean responded quickly to my request for an estimate to get the work done and agreed to send someone to clean during the small window we had between finishing construction and moving into the house. I was working on a tight budget, and they worked with me to come up with a plan for cleaning that would meet my needs. There was a small misunderstanding over scheduling, but when the cleaners didn't arrive as expected, the owner was reachable and extremely responsive. In the end, I felt that I received excellent service and the house was spotless.

I contacted Paul Step to set up a deep spring cleaning. To set the stage; we are a pair of retired pack rats with four cats. Our home hadn't had outside cleaners for four years. If this sounds like a train wreck, it was. Paul took all the information and came back with a quote that sounded high to me. Based on Simply Clean's ratings on Angie's list I took a chance and gave them a green light. They squeezed us into the schedule before my wife's bookclub meeting. Yevgeniya and Victor Grishin showed up and went to work. Six and a half hours later the house looked better than it has in years. We are very pleased and would definitly have them back. I was thrilled with the results. My glass cooktop was suddenly clean like new, unlike when I moved in, when it had marks and stains on it that I couldn't remove. I didn't find any areas they missed. And they did the work very efficiently; they arrived at 1 pm and were finished by the time I returned home about 5 pm. Now, they do a regular clean of the house every 2 weeks for $128, and they have been doing a great job. Each time, their policy is to do a deep clean of a different, smaller area in the house, so no area goes without a deep clean for too long. I want to add that Simply Clean has been reliable and easy to communicate and work with. I've never hired housecleaners before, and I did hope I could spend less than this. So I priced several other housecleaners. I found the prices with the other housecleaners to be similar, but the others were less reliable and more difficult to reach, or changeable as to their availability. All in all, I am very, very pleased with Simply Clean.

Seamless. Jim Allen coordinated the entire process to coincide with my move-out & he was always available to answer questions. Nataliya & Alex did the cleaning. I can't confirm when they arrived, all I know is after work I walked into a clean apartment & that made me very happy. I'm a real stickler for window & patio door tracks, they were immaculate! I was thinking the price was kind of steep, but for my peace of mind I now think it was well worth it, especially when I walked in the door & saw how great it looked. I would definitely recommend Simply Clean, & I will call them again should I be able to fit it into my budget or if I need their services down the road.

I hired Simply Green to do a deep cleaning of my condo after renters moved out. It really needed everything, including windows, blinds and baseboards. The owner was responsive though email which is great since this is often the most convenient communication for me. Two cleaners arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Everything was spotless, and the products used were environmentally friendly. I was billed as quoted to my card, and I have decided to continue using the service once per month, which the owner set a schedule for in advance. I pay $118 for the monthly service. I have had two more cleanings since the deep clean and all is well. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is price. I own a home not far out of the city and each time I have it cleaned it costs me $75. The condo furnishing is very spare, no nick knacks or other objects that make a cleaning job more difficult, and it is only 900 square feet. Unfortunately my regular cleaner doesn't have time to take on a place outside of our town, so I am glad to have found a service that is working well for us despite the higher cost.

Zhenia & her husband showed up on time and ready to work. I took them through the house and gave them direction on how I wanted things cleaned. They did a great job, my house has not been this clean in months. I have two dogs and two cats so my house can get dirty. They cleaned the kitchen, living room, TV room, bathroom and spare bedroom. It was a pleasure coming home.

requested a deep cleaning visit and they didn't disappoint. we have three dogs so a lot of dust. The main office suggested a two-person team for roughly 1/2 day. The team arrive right on time and went straight to work. They ended up working over 6 hours so I gave them a healthy tip beyond the rate charged by the office. Highly recommended if you haven't had a professional cleaning in a long time. My only glitch was that I sent an email (via angies list) and didn't get a response. sent another email 3 days later and then got a call back. not sure what happened with the first email.

I am absolutely satisfied with this company and the job that these two cleaners do. When they leave my house, my floors are sparkling, my rugs and furniture are clean, wood polished, the beds are changed, garbage and recycles out, appliances, porcelain and hardware shine. The cleaners are an effective team (mother and daughter), and the owner tells me he makes it a practice to put good teams together so that the work is done well and everyone is satisfied with results. Maya is one of those cleaners who seems to know her stuff...such as what special care to give my leather sofa, marble surfaces, or laminated floors (I was nervous about these things, but now I see that she can clean these better than I can). She even made my parents' 1950s toaster shine like new. People have remarked on how clean my house looks. I do highly recommend that you give this company a try. Talk to Michael or Paul about what your needs are, what your budget is, and see what you can work out. They are very helpful. I've been impressed all around (with cleaners, qualify of work, dealings with owner).

The two cleaners that Simply Clean sent, Victor and Eugine did an excellent job! They arrived right on time at 8:00 a.m and worked without taking any breaks until they were finished around eight hours later. They brought with them all of their own cleaning materials and equipment. We did not have to provide anything. They worked at a fast, deliberate pace and did a very thorough cleaning job. I would recommend them without hesitation to others. Although we originally planned to have a one-time cleaning, we are now considering using this service for a monthly cleaning.

I am new to having a cleaning service come to my home. Some would also say that i seem new to living indoors, I do tend to let my place get a bit cluttered. I checked a small handful of other services, mainly for negative comments. I spoke to Paul over the phone and then via email from that point forward, which is preferred. Elena arrived promptly at the approved time and began cleaning and didn't stop until everything looked done. Since then I can count on prompt service and a complete cleaning. I always get the same person and have not had been disappointed yet. I can pleased with the results, my house is cleaned using organic/non-toxic products. I can have friends over on short notice without the mad-dash cleanup I have been known for. And my cat is generally amused my mop and feather duster use and follows her around the place as she goes

Two people showed up to do the job and were very prompt. The house was not as clean as I would have liked, cobwebs were missed. I had to send them back to some areas they missed and I had some issues with one of the workers not acting in a profession manner. What impressed me was the response I received when I called to talk to the company. The job came with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and they absolutely stood by it. My mark of a good company is not whether you have issues, they can arise no matter how stellar the company. My benchmark is how they take care of the issue; they were phenomenal and I was completely satisfied.

I called Simply Clean in need of same day service to help deep clean a condo that was getting a new renter the next day. They didn't have availability on the calendar, but Paul, the person who helped schedule, knew I was in a pickle and made number of phone calls to call someone in to help. He called me back ten minutes later and had confirmed that someone would be there within 3 hours. The woman who cleaned our house was very sweet and gracious. She cleaned thoroughly, worked h****** tough spots and knew that she needed to clean appliances, walls, baseboards, etc. The price was a little higher than I expected, but for same day service and the quality of the job I thought it was certainly fair. They may not charge this much for jobs they are able to schedule normally, so I would call and check pricing before skipping over them if that's what you are worried about. I'm thrilled with how they came through for me and how thorough of a job they did.

They did a good job. Their price was reasonable. They did good work. Overall experience was excellent and that is why I used them. They were good. I would use their services again in the future.

I got them through Angie’s List. I have had a very positive experience with them. They were out here at 7 o’clock in the morning. They did a very good job. It was very thorough. They are reliable and prompt. This is the second time I have used them in the last 2 weeks because they did a good job on my other property. I don’t need the kind of help I got routinely. It has nothing to do with the quality of their work. I had been traveling a lot and had gotten behind.

The girl they sent cleaned my house from 8am to 4pm. She did a very good job. I was happy with the work.

I first researched cleaning companies on Angie"s List and contacted Simply Clean. I received a quote and a list of services they would provide. I scheduled my first appointment with Simply Clean. They arrived on time, did not need to ask any questions and got started. They finished in the alloted time and I am so amzed how much they accomplished. I work many hours and do not find the time to keep my house as clean as I like....they did the job. I was very impressed and will be using their services in the future. Thank you Simply Clean!!!

Simply Clean responded to my initial inquiry promptly within 1 day of my initial request for a quote and was able to clean my rental house within the same week of my request. Although the cleaning team arrived at my 50 minutes late for our scheduled appointment, they stayed until the job was completed. They did a thorough job cleaning and even wiped down and cleaned the grungy, laundry closet which was full of dryer vent lint on the flooring. Their fees were higher than other local companies, but I needed them in a hurry and they were responsive. I would hire this company again to clean my home

Every week, I leave the house in the morning and come home to a clean, neat home. I love it.

Crew of 2 worked approximately 2 hours. This worked out to $52.50/hour per cleaner, which seemed a bit steep. And this was after a discount for being a returning customer. Job was thorough and professional. The guy who manages the business is very friendly and responsive. He seems open to feedback.

1st time I contacted them I left a voice mail and sent e-mail via their website on Monday. Had to call a 2nd time (Tues.) as Monday was very busy for them. We keep house very neat and tidy so mostly interested in having the floors swept and mopped (side note: very disappointed with the mopping in all areas) as well as bathrooms cleaned. The couple arrived on time. We paid for 4 hours but believe it took them only 2 to complete the job. (Apparently they have a 4 hour minimum and they generally don't charge by the hour but they made an exception.) As previously mentioned we didn't feel like they did a very thorough job mopping the floors. They did not move furniture that was easily movable; We found spots in both bedrooms that were not cleaned and had to go in and "re-do". Other tasks were done to satisfaction. Would I use this company again? Probably not -- I would try others first.
