Simply Clean NEVER RESPONDED to request for quote.

They did an excellent job. We have had other cleaners who have missed the things they paid attention to. When they weren't satisfied with the quality of their work on my shower, they asked for different supplies and did it again. We are planning to use them for regular cleaning going forward.

I am using them on a month to month. I purchased the heavy duty house clean one time only. Now I hired them and they come every other week. I would use them again. Cost is $154 every other week.

Great! We've been using Simply Clean for several years for regular and periodical deep cleanings and will continue to.

Neii was in the house ready to work exactly on time. She started in the back & worked her way forward. No time was wasted & when she was done the place was gorgeous. I would have her back anytime.

It went much better than expected. Our assigned specialist, Gloria, paid extra attention to the kitchen, as requested, and we couldn't have been more pleased. She gave us especially great results cleaning the stove/oven after tenants had been in the home for a number of years.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for 4 hours of housecleaning and didn't hear anything back from Simply Clean for over a week. I followed up with the company directly via email and multiple telephone calls and never received a single response back. Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I ended up having to contact Angie's List directly for a refund of the housecleaning deal. Do yourself a favor and go with A&K Housecleaning, they've been a dream to deal with compared with these guys.

Service is always perfect. Never had an issue at all. I don't know what else to say. Communication is very good, quality of service is good, sometimes cleaner is a little later than I'd expect, but then she's also always done before the service window, so no complaints on that. She's efficient and does an excellent job.

The cleaning lady worked very hard and thoroughly.

The service provider was easy to work with even when needing to reschedule. There were two professionals that showed up on time, walked the house with me and did a phenomenal job. I left them at the house and they locked up behind them. It was for a house that I remodeled and sold and there was debris everywhere. They made the house a home by cleaning it from top to bottom, 2200 sq ft with 3 bed 3 bath. They cleaned inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers and even the built-ins throughout the house.

The lady who cleaned the apartment that we moved out of did a very good job. I was extremely disappointed with the "deep cleaning" that my new house was supposed to receive. The house was already fairly clean to begin with so I was expecting the place to be spotless. It was not, there was debris on the counter tops and floor which should not have been there for a "deep cleaning". I specifically requested that the kitchen cabinets and pantry be scrubbed because they were not in good shape. There was absolutely no difference, it really seemed like the cleaners "took it easy" on that day or something because I was not present. I was extremely disappointed. I talked to the owner of the company and he sent the cleaners to our house again to clean the pantry. They scrubbed for a few minutes and then told us that we would probably have to replace all the shelves to fully get the smell out. If it wasn't for the good move out cleaning this would have been a F.

We have a 3 bdrm, 2 bath house on 2 levels. We are not over meticulous but we like a clean house, Gabriel arrived on schedule and did an excellent job. Particularly did a nice job dusting.

We are very happy with our cleaning team. They are always prompt and do a wonderful job and I am a detailed person when it comes to cleaning. We had originally asked Simply Clean to come in and do a deep cleaning. They did such an awesome job and we loved the team they sent...that we continue to have them clean our home bi-weekly.

We have been very help with Simply Clean. Our house always feels immaculate with we get home after a cleaning. We have a cat, and after a cleaning all the hair is removed. Simply Clean is also very accommodating in working with our schedule and keeps us informed of any timing issues with our regular cleaner, including offering a substitute at our discretion. When Simply Clean did a deep clean on our house, they cleaned areas that had not seen the light of day for many years (right after we bought our house). We strongly recommend them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

It wasn't quite as expected. I guess I set it up without being in the country so I don't know if there was miscommunication or something else. By the time I got back to the place that was cleaned, and reached back out to the company, they just said that too much time had passed in between. They did respond quickly and came when I wanted them to come. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. It was listed as a deep cleaning and they would clean the cabinets, blinds and everything. But then when the girls came, they just did basic cleaning in less than 3 hours. I think they didn't know what they were supposed to do because they even asked me for payment and I told them that the service was already paid for.

Initially contacted to Lana who was very friendly and responsive. The maids were dedicated and hardworking. they cleaned every corner of our house and left our home looking tidy and super clean. Natural products and left a natural clean smell in our living room.

Awesome deal. Kitchens get a ton of use and abuse and my regular cleaner does a good job but I really needed a deep cleaning. This was the ticket. My fridge was spotless! I plan to do this again for the new year, and do the cabinets too. I can't wait to have squeaky clean kitchen again!

Since my house is only about 800 sq ft, and the coupon was good for up to 1500 sq ft, i'd hoped that some special cleaningthe fireplace front or refrigerator might be included in light of such a small house, but it wasn't part of the package. The last two rooms - dining and living - didn't get as much attention as I'd like. Throughout, there were shelves undusted, lampshades, wood trims on furniture, etc. She was very attentive to kitchen and bathroom. When an ad claims "we'll leave your home cleaner than you've ever seen it!" etc., I expect to be bowled over by the cleaning job, finding nothing left uncleaned. I've only had professional housecleaning once before, which was actually a friend helping out when a family member of mine passed away. So I don't have much experience with which t compare. I do wish I had moved through the house with her more, to point out tricky spots and details. I waned to be amazed and thrilled and blown away - I was happy and pleased at the time, but after a few days if finding little forgotten places 7 things, i was less impressed. Still, each house has its idiosyncrasies and challenges. I think the products used make a huge difference in the "clean." Sometimes green products just don't leave that fresh, squeaky-clean impact. I wasn't blown away by the service - but I have little with which to compare it, and I was happy overall. The price - considering it was supposedly a deep discount" via Angie's List - still seemed really high. Normally $350.00, the Angie's List coupon price was $280.00. I'd use them again, with a coupon or discount deal, and now with some experience, I would ask for specifics.

I bought the Big Deal on 8/2 and was able to schedule a cleaning for 8/4, which was great. I explained that I'd had a house-sitter for four months, and the house was pretty dirty as he'd not taken care of the house cleaning and had left things pretty cluttered (mail, magazines, etc.). As the cleaning was for "up to 1500 sq ft", I hoped my small 1350 sf house (and not having to clean 2 bedrooms) would make up for the added dirt. I mention this because I saw a recent negative review and Simply Clean responded by pointing out how filthy the house was. I feel I was very upfront about the state of the house, and I was leaving 2 bedrooms off the cleaning list. Also, I was going to be home, sorting through clothes in the two bedrooms. I explained this and sent an email with specific instructions, as Lana emphasized the two people coming do not speak English, and I was not to try to give them instructions myself. In the same email, it said that I should share all feedback with her, that good communication is important for a positive relationship, "I treat all feedback as a positive and a chance to improve". Larisa (sp?) and Yuri arrived right on time, I showed them the house and they got to work upstairs while I got things tidy so they could work downstairs. I did need to remove all the contents of the refrigerator myself so it could be cleaned, which would have been helpful to know in advance. I also had to put everything back. Below is the email I sent to Lana a few days later, in response to her email asking how things went: "It's always a little awkward critiquing a team's work - you don't know the relationship between the two team members, and how issues with one influence service you'll get from the other in the future. And I'm a little uncomfortable providing feedback on folks who are obviously working really hard doing a job I don't like doing - and was especially overwhelming given the house-sitter situation. But I'll give it a try and hope it's helpful. Also, some of my feedback is based on expectations from a previous deep clean with another company several years ago (I usually do it myself). In general, there's a clear difference in attention to detail and quality of work between Larisa (sp?) and Yuri. Larisa spent most of her time on the main floor and in the kitchen area, and did a wonderful job. Fridge is gleaming, stove nooks and crannies all clean, blinds clean without smears. She did a lovely job in the kitchen - and was mopping the hardwood floors when I came upstairs, so I'm not sure what else she worked on as I was downstairs most of the time. Yuri's attention to detail was not as impressive. On main floor, started off well and he was dusting and getting cobwebs in the corners, but then little things were missed. Some of the blinds that he worked on had a lot of smears (like he wasn't rinsing thoroughly and was cleaning with dirty water). A shampoo blob on wall of shower was still there. That kind of thing. But except for those things and missing a section of the carpet when vacuuming, getting the cobweb in the skylight in the bathroom, and a similar 'smear' issue with the hardwood floors ( needed more rinsing of the mop to avoid dirty water streaks in some places), I'm okay with most of the main floor and very happy with the kitchen. The downstairs was handled only by Yuri, w/ no work in the bedrooms (my request), only the 3/4 bathroom/laundry room, a small closet where cat litter box is kept, and a small living area. There are still have cobwebs in the ceiling and corners in most areas, dust on a ledge in stairway and on the downstairs TV. In the bathroom, the side edges of the sink were still dirty, and the side of the lower cabinet I have a stacking washer/dryer. The fronts were nice and clean, but the top of the dryer wasn't dusted or wiped off. Shelving unit next to washer/dryer wasn't swept under - still lint and a moth from before - guessing wasn't mopped either? Closet was vacuumed/swept, but not sure if mopped (has vinyl floor). This is all based on my initial look, and I may have missed some things (e.g. didn't check things like light switches, and all dusting). Two other observations: I'm not sure how some things could have been done if I hadn't been there - a table in a corner prevented Larisa from cleaning blinds and windows in the corner - I saw her struggling to reach the window and moved the table out of the way so she could access them. I expect some furniture will get moved along the way during a deep clean. While I appreciate them being conscientious about putting everything exactly where they found it, it made it hard to tell if something had been cleaned or not because even spare change or a bobby pin was put back exactly where it was even if that obviously wasn't where it should be (and I did leave containers around for that kind of thing). Thanks! While I know I have some issues with the downstairs, overall it's a welcome improvement over the state it was in and I do appreciate everyone's efforts" Obviously, at the time I wrote this I was still considering using them again, however I never received a response to the email, and proceeded to clean the problem areas myself. With so much emphasis on good communication and feedback, I was surprised and disappointed. I felt my feedback was overall very positive for one team member, and highlighted issues with the other. I have sense identified someone else for my regular cleaning.

Simply Clean is great. Gloria does my house and she does excellent work. She is fast and efficient and takes care to use the right stuff on each of the surfaces. I am very pleased with the service and with Gloria.

I contacted them to schedule an appointment after purchase. I purchased this for my niece to move into her apartment. A couple of days prior to moving in, the landlord pulled out and said she could not move in. I could not use this deal for my own home as it is much larger than this deal applies to. I just requested a refund.

Very good home cleaning- I did notice that several door frames had not been wiped down, as well as some framed pictures. Overall, very good job!

Very thorough. Very nice and professional. Punctual. Absolutely no complaints. I'd be interested in regular cleaning but not sure I can afford them when not a big deal price.

Very professional job. She was punctual and completed all the tasks well. I especially was happy with the bathrooms and kitchen. I would use this company again
