Simply Clean

They are terrific and I really like them. The only problem is that they have a 5-hour minimum no matter what size place you live. That is a bit troublesome for me. Other than that they were amazing. If you want a really deep clean I would say to go with them. They are really good. They were also really nice. I called them and told them that I was desperate, and I was, and that I really needed somebody. They got somebody out and apparently if I used them on a regular basis I would get the same person every time. Unfortunately I don't need somebody every week but I am going to use them quarterly. I would give them kudos because they are good. Their price was totally reasonable. In five hours she deep cleaned and did a fabulous job in my kitchen, master bedroom and bath and the living room. She lightly did the rest of the house, which is another bedroom and bathroom. She was really good. Her name was Larissa and she was great. For what I got the price was good. She was late but it wasn?t really her fault because she couldn't find a place to park. She did leave on time so I got 4 1/2 hours of work but I am not complaining. I plan to use them quarterly.

They showed up on time, went straight to work and did a great job cleaning and dusting and washing appliances and floors. My house never looked this good. I will have them continue with monthly cleanings. So nice to have a clean house again.

EXCELLENT! I hired Simply Clean to come do a deep clean; two workers showed up and spent nearly 6 hours, my home GLOWED! I was so impressed with the work, the professionalism of the cleaners and the competitive price, I hired them once a month for maintenance! Vavia is wonderful to work with in scheduling; Galina and Victor are prompt, professional, very nice and incredibly thorough...Simply Clean has a customer for life! Anyone hiring this company will not be disappointed!

One person arrived 15 minutes late and the 2nd person did not arrive for another hour or more. When they announced they were done - I walked through and saw that the carpet had not been vaccumed and the cleaners said they did not vacuum? I insisted and they did finally vacuum. The mirrors were spotty in one bathroom and the oven had been wiped out but not cleaned very well. Much detail was done to windows and ledges, etc. This took approximately 5.5 hours plus to do and they had arrived at 2:00p,m. Not sure how a deep clean does not include vacuuming, mirrors and an oven if needed cleaning. The house was empty and thought it would go rather quickly. The follow-up call from the scheduler allowed me to share my concerns and I appreciated the call back and an offer to return. However, that had been my last day in the house and would not be there for them to fix these issues. I do feel they would have rectified the issues, but I paid for it to be done well the first time.

They are thorough and take their time to get the job done.

It went very well. The house was perfect when I got home at the end of the day. They arrived on time, left on time, cleaned in an amazing level of detail, and were cheerful throughout the process, best I could tell. I got home early and literally couldn't get in the door since they had rugs rolled up in order to mop the floor underneath!! They offered to move things around so I could get in but I decided to go for coffee instead and see how things were a bit later. When I got home later, the house was fully reassembled and there is no doubt how much effort they put into their work. We now begin a series of monthly cleans that will run $128 for my one-story 1800 sq ft house. The company owner was good on the phone but the workers themselves spoke very little English and we speak very little Russian so if we have any trouble, I guess we will have to call the main office to get through any communications gaps.

Boy was that a good decision. They arrived on time, cleaned for a solid 3 hours steady and the results show it. We couldn't be more pleased with their service and highly recommend them!

Went great. it was easy to get an estimate over the phone and they were able to send a team on the day we needed them between the floor guys finishing and the movers coming to move all of our furniture back. They did so well that we are having them back this week to do the top floor of the house. I have already recommended them to a friend who is using them this coming Sunday.

Simply clean does an excellent job. The house sparkles and looks gorgeous when they are done. Tanya has a great touch and even organizes my messy piled up desks and bathroom counters to look beautiful. She always asks for feedback. They are priced a little higher than other cleaners but have seemed worth it. Sometimes its a little hard to get a hold of them.

I specifically spoke with the manager at the time when I ordered the service, as everything including our walls, had dust all over it. He stated that they would clean walls. He promised me he would send 2 of his best ladies to my home, and they would be here all day to work. I asked that they come early in the morning as I teach in the afternoon and evening. I wanted to be home while they worked on my home. The original date I scheduled them to come clean needed to be moved as the tile/grout company was still working. One worker showed up at 6 AM, but I still had grout folks sealing the grout and tile, so I asked her to work on other parts of my home first and lastly go to the bathroom once it had dried. She wanted to go to the bathroom first, but I instructed her to start elsewhere including the walls. She said that they don't clean walls, but I informed her that I spoke with her manager and specifically requested them to clean the walls. The 2nd lady showed up around 8 AM, and cleaned for a few hours, left for another appointment, and returned for a few hours later in the day. I paid to have 2 workers all day, but only had one employee for all day. From the time the first employee showed up, she argued with everything I asked her to do. She refused to use my Rainbow vacuum cleaner (which I prefer, as I have dust allergies and this is a product which helps decrease dust in my home). She kept complaining to me that I screwed up her week, but said I did it by changing the day. I purchased "green" products for them to use and she diluted products which were already diluted. She continued to complain and argue the whole time she was here. I called the manager around 3 PM when she left for the day, to complain about the worker who argued with me all day. He apologized and offered to have them come back for free sometime the following month. The lady who cleaned my home the 2nd time was very nice and agreeable. She did everything I requested, including using my Rainbow vacuum. I was satisfied with the final result the 2nd cleaning, but the fact that I had to pay so much money the first time and had a bad experience the first time around makes me steer clear of this cleaning company in the future.

The company responded 4 days after I sent them an email. It was from a woman named Min, who apparently was helping out since the other girl, Elena, seemed swamped (a red flag). Min sent a long email requesting a list of info such as: What you did not like about your cleaning service? On scale of 1-10, how clean is your house (10 being the cleanliest)? Any antiques or custom or Persian rugs? What rooms in the house are least used? That is only 1/3 of the questions they asked. I answered most of them and specified that I wanted a ballpark estimate to see if they were in the price range I was looking for, They never replied back....so after taking the time to answer their numerous questions, they didn't have the courtesy to respond...

We have been using simply Clean for several months and they have done a fantastic job, with both the cleaning and any personal intereactions we have had with them. Very pleasant and professional group.

It went very well. I was surprised on how professional the company was. I was informed about all details of work that will be performed. A cleaning team arrive 10 earlier, and brought all of their supplies and tools. Both cleaners seemed very nice and friendly. I arranged a call with the office to call me an hour prior to work completion. This was supper nice as it gave me adequate time to get there from my work and check out the end result. The home looked, felt and smelled great. My wife was impressed as well. I got what I paid for. I am sure I will ask them to come back for the regular cleaning service.

I found company on Angie's list - needed help in a hurry. The company had a cancellation the next day so I got that spot. Worker friendly, hard-working and helpful. Arrived a bit early which was great! They broght their own eco-friendly cleaning products. The home looked and smelled clean and won praise from friends who stopped by to see the home.

Overall, it went ok. My cleaner, though very sweet and helpful, was about 20 minutes late and had to bring her son due to day-care issues--not a problem at all, but not that professional. She cleaned the house top to bottom and did do a great job on all the kitchen appliances. It only took her about 5 and a half hours, but I did have to ask her to go back and touch up a few places. After she left, I also noticed that half the upstairs window interiors were not cleaned. I ended up cleaning and touching up for about 2 hours afterwards. Scheduling was easy, they were very accomodating, and the people were very nice. But I didn't feel I really got the service I was expecting for the money. They were not the lowest bid, so I was expecting quite a bit more.

The individual who set up the appointment for me was very understanding and professional. He was able to fit me in short-notice and worked with my schedule. On the morning of the cleaning, the cleaning lady had some problems with her car and was late. But she notified me beforehand (and apologized prefusely). When she arrived she was very professional and did a very thorough job. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the cleaning. My only "negative" point was that I asked the cleaning lady to give me a call when she was done (so I could make sure the building was secured). She didn't call, but she did secure the building, so in the end, I had no major qualms with this.

Our cleaning person was very diligent and careful, and the cleaning was excellent. Everything sparkled, and most of the grit and dust from the remodel was gone. I was very pleased with the service.

I've been working with Simply Clean for about 6 or 7 months now and continue to believe that they are the best cleaning company around. Elena always does an amazing job cleaning, and Min is exceptionally professional and congenial. They're good people and that comes through in how they do business...they provide a superior service.

It went great, except for a slight misunderstanding that "Steam Clean Floors" does not mean carpets, only hardwood and the like.

I'm extremely satisfied w/ this service; they are very professional & Luda is not only a great house cleaner, but she's a wonderful person as well. I've never hired anyone to clean before but in the past I've done house cleaning for a living & I know that I'm getting my money's worth.

they don't clean toilets well, or floors, the vacuuming was very poor, my counters were left untouched my masterbath...... where do I begin or end? a total rip off.

They were able to schedule a cleaning on a short notice. Min actualy provided few good tips and recommentations on the logistics of house cleaning. A crew of 2 arrived at 6am as agreed and cleaned an entire home in 10 hours. I saw them on they knees cleaning and polishing baseboard. I have not seen anybody working so hard and still have a smile on their face. I could not find any mistakes or issues with their service. Great job. I will use them again.

The cleaning lady arrived over an hour late due to a scheduling conflict and traffic. She was very fast and very thorough! I was amazed at how everything sparkled. She used Simple Green on most everything. She was very nice and personable as well. The whole job took about 6 or 7 hours.
