Description of Work: First housecleaner arrived 15 minutes early and cleaned downstairs apt. bathroom. Second housecleaner arrived between an hour to 2 1/2 hours late. When I arrived home she was cleaning the kitchen window. I had told scheduler and also other housecleaner not to clean windows. Both cleaners were very thorough and speedy. This was deep cleaning downstairs and move out apt. cleaning upstairs. Downstairs tub which had been extremely dirty was cleaned beautifully. I thought time spent on cleaning windows could have been spent paying better attention to some details. However, overall the cleaning was very good, involved about 14 hours work on their part. The first cleaner was very conscientious, had a good attitude, followed instructions very well, was realistic about what she could and couldn't do, was very thorough. Second was also a good worker but was rushed and missed a few details because she tried to do too much.
