Description of Work: They did an excellent job building us a fence. They were very timely and efficient. There was some problem with communication due to trouble understanding each other, but we were both patient and made sure we understood the issues.

 + -1 morePrompt in visiting the house and preparing an estimate in a timely manner. When we agreed a start date was agreed upon subject only to weather. Rain delayed three days but all work completed as quickly as rain was not a factor. Very careful around all garden shrubs and flowers.

 + -1 moreSang was very responsive. When I called him for a bid he came out the next day on time and gave me a bid on the spot. His bid was $2000 lower than one painting company and about $1000 lower than another painting company. Sang's crew didn't cut any corners though. They used 45 year caulking. They put three coats of paint on front door and three coats on the eves that had never been painted. The crew was flexible and took pride in their work. The acrylic exterior primer I picked out didn't cover very well so Sang went to a paint store and got exterior oil primer. Sang let me know that he didn't use all the primer that he bought so he subtracted what he didn't use from the receipt. In the end, the house looks great and I will use them again without reservations.
Description of Work: Power wash, caulking, one coat of primer, one coat of paint and stain deck.

 + -1 moreI was really impressed by them and I will recommend them to others. They did a fantastic job. The house looks great!
Description of Work: They arrived on time everyday for the whole project. Everyday after painting, they cleaned up. I was impressed with that because normally when a project is going on they don't clean up until it is completed. They did a good job priming and sanding. They covered all of the windows and the house was painted in four different colors. The owner came over on the last day and checked around to make sure nothing had dripped on to the main colors.

Description of Work: Power washer wash all house and deck, check caulking of the house windows, protect and cover all house and window and deck, prime all house with oil based primer, paint all house finish coast to spray and back brushing and stain deck steps, trim all house with two coats finish and clean up when finished.

 + -1 moreTHEY PUT MORE CAULK THAN I HAVE SEEN - GREAT PREP WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. EXPOSED SOME WATER DAMAGE AND CAME BACK AND REPAINTED IT AT NO COST WHEN WE HAD IT REPAIRED.
