He was very communicative throughout the scheduling and actual job process and took the time to explain everything as well as answer any questions I had. Description of Work: This company has a sense of pride in their business. I receive excellent service from the first phone call until the job was complete. Unfortunately I had a chip in my tub due to dropping an item. The chip was repaired and there is no evidence that the accident occurred. Great job!

Description of Work: The workers came on time, explained what their work alternatives were, helped us make a choice of what work to do, did the work on the tub well, left. What they failed to do was clean up after themselves. They left dust on the rub, walls, sink, and floor! And one of the workers might have scratched a plastic cover on a window. They didn't forget to leave with a check. Wouldn't recommend the company to others.

+ -1 moreI am a Household Manager for a family in Seattle and we recently refinished two of the bathtubs . The bathtubs are from the 1920's and need badly to be refinished. We didn't want to replace them with new tubs, so the only option we had was to have them refinished. I spoke with Jon Shelton, the owner of Seattle Bathtub Guy over the phone. Jon's communication was flawless. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule an appointment that week. He arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and professional. Within 8hours we had two bathtubs that looked like new. Over all, his work is stellar, and even better, he was trustworthy, honest, the price was right, and he was incredibly personable. Jon did guarantee his work and told me I could call him anytime if anything was wrong. I was highly impressed with their business, the pride they take in their work, and the end result of the job exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to hire Seattle Bathtub Guy for any kind of bathtub or Shower work.

+ -1 moreJon is a great guy, very easy to work with and does great work. He refinished our tub a few years back and it was great. Over time, it developed a chip (which is normal for tub refinishing). We ignored the chip a little too long and it developed into a much bigger issue. I called Jon a few weeks ago and told him about the problem, he said no problem - the first repair is free. Yesterday he came by and took care of the repair... he even calked the tub, which was completely unnecessary, but absolutely appreciated! BTW, the web site is actually http://seattlebathtubguy.com/ not http://seattlebathtub.guy.com/ the second link is a completely different site.
