Description of Work: I think this outfit has some scheduling "issues." I, like a few others, called and made an appointment, for which nobody showed up. Or called. Sounds like they can do good work if you can get by the first hurdle....

When I gave them the wrong name for the trim and they had to buy a different color (I paid the extra $60), they were wonderfully understanding. The workmen cleaned up each night and were meticulous in the preparation work. The result is even better than I expected. This is a company that takes pride in their work.
Description of Work: PCS cleaned, primed, caulked and painted our home on Mercer Island.

Description of Work: Cleaned, patched and painted south side of our townhouse and our neighbor's townhouse - 4 stories each so a lot of ladders and care. Dario and his crew did a GREAT job, were extremely professional and polite, and they came in exactly at the price of their bid even though they did some work above and beyond that price. VERY DETAILED and thorough job and efficient scheduling and communications. OVERALL, QUALITY was excellent and far superior to the other sides of our house. We are looking forward to having his crew paint those in a year or two.

+ -1 moreHAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR OVER FIVE YEARS. THEY HAVE PAINTED THE INTERIORS OF SEVERAL HOUSES/APARTMENTS. HAS A LARGE CREW AND ARE QUICK, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. REASONABLY PRICED AND EASY TO SCHEDULE.
Description of Work: DID REPAIRS TO WATER DAMAGED CEILING. PREPPED INTERIOR WALLS BY FILLING HOLES AND SANDING AND PAINTED THE WALLS WITH LATEX PAINT AND THE TRIM WITH OIL ENAMEL PAINT.

+ 0 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE BY PCS. THEY ARE STRAIGHTFORWARD, PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE *EXTREMELY* HARD WORKING CREW THAT WAS POLITE AND EASY TO HAVE AROUND THE HOUSE. THE BID PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE, AND THE WORK WAS HANDLED EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. I FOUND EVERYONE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH: VERY QUICK TO RETURN PHONE CALLS, VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD TO DEAL WITH, VERY COURTEOUS. THE CREW THAT STARTED THE PROJECT WAS THE CREW THAT COMPLETED THE PROJECT. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK, EVERYONE THAT WATCHED COMMENTED ON WHAT A GOOD JOB THEY DID. EVEN SO, THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND EVEN FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THE CREW CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EACH DAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: EXTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING, INCLUDING LOTS OF PREP WORK (BADLY PEELING TRIM PAINT; ALL WINDOWS NEEDED REGLAZING). PRESSURE WASHED THE HOUSE, PRIMED AND PATCHED, PAINTED EXTERIOR, TRIM, IRON PORCH RAILING AND CEMENT PORCH AND STEPS. THE HOUSE IS ON A SLOPE & IS EFFECTIVELY 3 STORIES ON THE BACK.
