Very prompt, easy and efficient. Called them Tuesday, they were waiting for me when I got there Thursday (they were early). All locks completed in about 75 minutes, with four new keys as requested.

I called and set an appointment. Had to reschedule which was no problem at all. Jerry came by on time and completed the work very quickly. Everything is working smoothly. It was a great experience.

We called Pacific Lock and Key, told them what we needed to have done, and gave them a date when our tenants would both be home. They arrived on time, took care of everything in short order, cleaned up after, bid the tenants farewell and left. They mailed us an invoice and we simply put a check in the mail to them. This is the second time we've had them do work for us, and it is an easy and pleasurable experience.

I'd bought a new house and needed to change the locks before moving. Jerry at Pacific Lock and Key was available right away to help, setting up a time the next day to stop by. When I drove up to the house at the appointed time, Jerry was already there, and ready to start. He quickly assessed the work that needed to be done and completed the re-keying very quickly. Professional, polite and friendly -- I was impressed and hired him again recently with the same great results.

I called the main number and a very pleasant gentleman named Jerry told me that he'd be able to come to our place within the hour. He was here well before the hour was up, even though he knew this was not an emergency. He listened to my explanation as to what needed to be done and started at it, finishing very quickly, working primarily out of what appeared to be a very nicely equipped modern van. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I called to get a quote on the cabinet unlocking. They quoted me a reasonable rate for that service ($58). I scheduled my appointment for the next morning. They called about 1-hour before the scheduled appointment to see if it would be okay for them to come early, which was very courteous! Upon arrival the workman got straight to the project requested and then moved on to my additional project. The whole job was completed in under 25 minutes.

Fantastic, no nonsense service. He was there the next morning and even came to my rescue within 20 minutes later that day when I was locked out of my house!

Jerry was very pleasant to speak to on the phone when I initially called. We set the appointment for a day and time that was convenient for me and he showed up on time (actually, he was early and he called before coming to the door just to see if it was okay that he was early!). I really appreciated that. I showed him to the locks to be re-keyed and he went right to work. It didn't take him very long at all (about 40 minutes), but I never felt like he was rushing. He didn't make any kind of a mess and checked that all the new keys worked before he left. I would definitely hire him again when the need arises.

Called Wednesday. Arrived Thursday morning at agreed time. Worked quickly, and made a helpful suggestion to modify the work order. Finished on time with satisfactory results.

The price was a little high however the work was done quick. They were on time. I was very happy because they did not have to change the lock and that would have been more complicated. I would hire them again.

They did a really excellent job. He was very fast when I called him. He was there in a flash to fix my problem. So, they really did a good job and they have really good prices also. They did a very professional job.

The project went well. The locksmith arrived on time, did his work efficiently and charged what he said he would charge. It was a very smooth process.

I couldn't get out of my front door. I called Pacific because I used them previously and they were as responsive as ever. Jerry came over within hours, he found the door lock was broken and needed to be replaced. When he didn't have anything I liked in his truck, he went out and purchased the perfect hardware and then replaced the old hardware. Everything works perfectly, now. I did have to paint the area after he finished but that is to be expected.

Jerry was early to our appointment, courteous, professional and paid great attention to detail. He performed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes despite some of the troublesome lock setups he had to tackle. He pointed out to me when he was finished that I may have to re-touch the paint around a lock - he corrected an improper install from a previous vendor and the door lock now works much better. I called around and checked prices and his were similar to other locksmiths, however, I was able to speak to him directly and schedule a call within a couple of days. HE WORKS SATURDAYS! Other locksmiths were at least a week out on scheduling. Jerry is based in Seattle but agreed to come out to Bellevue without hesitation. Jerry and Pacific Lock and Key are definitely on my short list for preferred service professionals. I highly recommend his services!

Jerry was great. He worked quickly and gave complete attention to the tiniest detail. Since the locks I ordered were an upgrade to what was there, he had to chisel out the insets where the new strike plates were installed. If he wasn't completely satisfied with an installation, he took it out and reinstalled it. He allowed me to select the grade and manufacturer of lock I wanted, as well as the metal finish.

Very well. Polite service on phone. The service man arrived about 90 minutes after I first called. He was finished in about 30 minutes.

They were extremely accommodating to the time I needed them to arrive. I called and scheduled them to arrive at a specific time the next day. In fact, Jerry was actually a few minutes early! We had them rekey four locks on our new house. He was friendly, efficient, and neat. All the keys worked perfect and the locks were reassembled without any issues. Great work!

Called to schedule repair on a Saturday. Dispatcher, to my surprise, said repairman could come in thirty minutes. He arrived in less time than that. Jerry listened to my request and did exactly what I asked. He was polite and straightforward about the repair and what we could expect in regard to when we would likely need to replace the lock set. The price was quite reasonable as Jerry spent an hour on reconditioning the lock mechanism in his repair van. The lock works great now. When we purchase a new lock set in the next two years or so we will definitely call Pacific Lock and Key to do the installation. I called another highly rated Angie's List Locksmith a few months prior and they said they did not work on old locks and I would have to purchase a new set.

He was quick in changing the cylinder and able to make copies for as well. He was slightly delayed due to an address misunderstanding. I did think $48 service charge plus parts was a little much for the effort but I didn't take the time to research.

They were very prompt and accommodated my urgent need. I would definitely use this company again.

Agent provided service a day early at our request, so was accommodating. I felt nickeled and dimed though. After paying for the new hardware, there was $130 for labor, $85 for rekeying, and an additional $50 for a ''service call''. I thought he was 15-20% overpriced for the 2-hour service, although did good work.

Showed up on time, worked quickly and was very professional. Would definitely choose them for the rest of my lock needs. A pleasure to work with.
