I discovered that there was a leak above my garage in the evening after a rainy day and was able to get MNH to come out the next day to come and examine the leak. Avi came out the next day and was able to examine the leak spot and recommend a repair for the spot, since the roof was still in good shape. He quoted me a price on the spot and was able to offer a small discount because he was already working the area! The next day, his crew came and was able to fix the spot and inspect for more problem areas.. they found another location where there was a leak and some rot and able to fix it for additional cost (replace plywood and shingles). They also completed the work really quickly (originally was supposed to take 1/2 a day, but they finished it in an hour!). All the debris and trash was removed and I didn't have to worry about anything. The crew that came didn't seem to speak English very well, so my wife couldn't communicate with them very well.. any additional questions had to be relayed back to Avi and then texted to me. Avi noted that there was some mold growth and came back to spray it with chemicals to kill the mold. Overall, I'm not sure how the overall price compares to other companies but it was pretty quick and seamless.. the work was estimated and completed within 3 days. The only other thing of note was that it was hard to know what time things were happening, since we had to be home to let them work.

We had a wonderful experience with M&H. Our roof turned out beautifully, and was done in a matter of days. We've since had them do some additional work for us and would 100% recommend to anyone.

They extended the lifetime of my roof by repairing just what I needed until I am ready for a full roof replacement. Avi didn't try to sell me anything beyond that. The price they quoted was extremely competitive.

Communication from the lead roofer was excellent throughout the entire process. He provided discounts when possible and did not try to insist work that wasn't needed be done. Work was done well and professionally.

I’m not good at this sort of thing; any house problems make me nervous. I needed a roof inspection and after the inspection a couple of repairs were needed. Avi and his crew were so hard working and kind and did a really expert, clean, wonderful job! They also cleaned and applied moss to the roof and cleaned the gutters! They arrived punctually and if they were held up at all always let me know. Very communicative, very reasonably priced. Thanks Avi, I will tell all of my friends and coworkers!

Guy who came was very professional and friendly. Immediately identified the problem and quoted us. Also gave us a discount. The day of the work, they were quiet and fast. Came with an additional cost due to additional problems identified once tiles were removed. But still affordable and no pressure to get it done.

M&H gave us several discounts and unlike other estimators did not say We needed a new roof. They repaired our roof the very next day

They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and scheduling was our biggest challenge.

Did the job. Very eager before job was started but once he was on contract was difficult to get him to come back ontime.

Job was done as specified, additional issue identified and resolved. Pricing was acceptable, attention to customer was good.
