Description of Work: I called for an estimate; after that got me nowhere, I filled out their online estimate request form. Still nothing. I believe that not at least calling back (there was no "on vacation message") is unprofessional.

Description of Work: I decided to do my own hardwood floors, even though I never had done it before. I visited Lane's, and picked their brains over and over again (like 8-10 times!). They never got tired of me, even though I made it clear that I was doing it on my own. They were very helpful and sold me the materials to do it myself. If I needed to hire a company to do a floor, I'd go straight to them.
