Mike arrived within the scheduled time and after assessing the situation and changing a washer, told me that my old faucet was in great shape and that he would be happy to replace it but that at the moment replacement was not indicated as we were able to stop the dripping. with the washer replacement. He didn't charge me for his time and I was able to get a refund. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely recommend this company if a fair deal and honest service is what you are looking for.

I was given a arrival window from 9-11 am. Mike arrived at 10:58. He was cheerful and efficient, and was done within an hour. I'm very happy with his work and would definitely use this company again.

Never showed up. Obviously lost wages and time.

He came out to install a garbage disposal. He said he could have it done in an hour and it would be $425. I could buy the same disposal at a store for $85. So he was wanting to charge $350 for 1 hour of labor.

No details. I decided not to hire them.

The guy came on time. Found the problem. Didn't try to up sell us or anything like that. I would recommend him. I was pretty satisfied. I think he is pretty straightforward. The guy was prepared. Everything went as expected. The pricing was very good. I think we had some sort of deal with them. I was happy with the pricing.

It was ok. I wanted him to do another shut off valve, but that would have cost too much. It was a fairly easy job and he was done within about 10 minutes.

I purchased a leaky faucet repair online, called them and stated that I also need a whole house water filter installed. They scheduled a tech to come out on 1/1/2015. He called, came on site. The guy came onsite and stated that he was here to install an under sink water filter, looked in the common garages (townhomes) and believed that the shut off was in the garage (it is not, just sewer line). I had forgotten to provide him access to my specific garage, but that should not have mattered. He stated that he was going to call me to follow up and never did. The guy came unprepared, didn't do anything, and there has been no follow up (its now 1/6/2015). Not sure why they are listed on Angies.

I had an outdoor faucet that had a small drip and wanted it replaced. It ended up being more expensive than I had originally planned. They ended up saying I needed a special faucet and something else but remember the details.

great ... these had been nagging problems and I'm glad they are now fixed

After an initial re-scheduling (on our part,) the plumber showed up on time and fixed both of our leaking outdoor faucets. He was professional, did quality work and we would be most happy to have him return for our plumbing repairs in the future.

They were great. In and out quickly, and the new faucet looks and works so much better than the old one. Good communication via email every step of the way.

He changed the valve cartridge ,installed the pressure regulator ,checked all the pipes and showed me the old rusty pipe and recommended me that it will be better to change the old pipe with the copper pipe. I asked him to estimate the cost for replacing and he said he will send the paper which I never received. I am very sastified with the service though.I will hire him if I have a plumbing problem again which I hope not.

Showed up about an hour late, but did a good job It was a messy hard to reach area job with no complaints by him. I bought the service because ad said outdoor faucet replacement $99. Only later did I see fine print that freeze resistant faucet cost more (I assumed in the NW that outdoor faucet automatically equated to freeze resistant faucet). Overall, a little more cost than a previous replaced freeze resistant faucet, but due to faucet location and having to crawl under house, overall price was about what I would have expected outside of Angie's List. B for price because I thought I would get the same price from other plumbers. But plumber said outside of Angies List that the job probably would have cost about $500 vs the $300 paid. B for responsiveness was due to no call back after job to discuss bill. B for punctuality was because he was late (outside the 2 hour window), without a phone call. Good polite guy and would use again.

I called directly to schedule the work. On Monday, he was supposed to arrive at 10. At 10:30, I called to double-check I was still on his calendar. He said he was running up to 1.5 hrs late. I said that I had a meeting that I had to make at 2pm, he said no problem. He showed up at 12:30 (I was on the verge of calling to cancel). Couldn't figure out how to get my faucet off (not inspiring), the attempted repair took 45 min, plus another 15 to decide it hadn't worked. He then wanted to cut drywall out of my son's bedroom and replace it with a large utility access panel. He said I would have to pay another $42 for a frost free faucet, not to mention if any plumbing needed to be reworked.... (Other reviews have said this led to hundred of dollars of additional charges.) His description of the work differed wildly from other plumbers we've had replace hose bibs (this one was the last of three). I thought the deal was too good to pass up, it turned out to be too good to be true. The lateness, slow and unconfident work, damage to the house, and major up sell were all deal breakers. He (Michael) recommended that I ask for a refund, seemed sad. I was too, it chewed up the day and I felt like I was being played.

Provider came out on time. Price on Angie's list was $99 for the faucet replacement. There was additional work that needed to be done to install the new faucet which cost an additional $135. The impression he gave my husband was that no faucet could be installed for the $99. There would always be additional costs associated which I find very misleading. as you don't know up front what the additional costs are going to be. You've already committed to the $99.

He was professional, came out just to explain what's going to happen and he was pretty cut and dry. I saw the deal advertising I went to reviews and I thought okay. They're reliable and professional person. The price was fair. I would use him again in the future.

I already had a frost free faucet, so to get another frost free faucet was $49 on top of that. He couldn't get the existing piping removed, so he asked to cut it out / use another material between the pipe and the new faucet. He didn't tell me the price, and at the end it cost me $300 to have a few faucet installed. Probably well worth it, but certainly wasn't expecting $200 more in charges, for a 2' pipe and some fittings. Communication was only through the Angies List messaging, didn't receive any emails. They said they didn't have my phone number and showed up an hour early.

They came right when scheduled and did the job. Pretty simple, in and out.

Plumber had to work in tight crawl space under hot tub. Completed the work in short time with no problems.

Came out and cleared the drain. No upsell or anything. Went well.

What we needed and what the Big Deal was for were two different things.

That was fine and they showed up when they said they were going to. They replaced a cartridge in my shower. They fixed that shower head so that it stopped leaking. Two to three plumbers came out and it took them about 20 minutes. I paid another $230 and they told me price upfront.

They came out quickly after I called. It went just fine! They were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. The pricing was fair. They did a good job and they did what they said they would do. The professionalism was fine.
