Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, they did a great job responding to our urgent plumbing need, cleaning up everything after they resolved the problem. They were patient, answering our questions and making suggestions. Wore masks for their protection and ours. Highly recommend!

The project was much more involved than it initially appeared to be. Mike did a great job of progressively addressing the issues as they evolved. He worked long hours and came back three consecutive days to see the job fully through, including replanting and patching the driveway.

Didn't go at all! Their name implies they go anywhere in King County. When I gave them my address on Vashon Island, they said they won't go there even though Vashon Island is part of King County (i.e. zip code 98070)!

Mike was available on fairly short notice, and arrived in the scheduled window. He completed the job very efficiently in spite of the old valves being very stuck due to age, and the work space being fairly tight. He stayed upbeat, very amiable, and is a pleasure to work with. Very nice to have found our "new" plumber!

Installation went well, but they damaged my sink while they were working on the toilet and charged me full price to fix the sink.

The service man was great, but he was not very aware of the city code. But that happens and it wasn't a big deal. They did not leave a mess. The workers were polite.

Showed up very close to appointed time, nice new truck, clean attire. Listened to what I said was the problem, brought in a snake and cleaned out the drain. Tested and called it good. Recommended an enzyme cleaner for the sink.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. One guy had a chemistry degree, but he loved plumbing. They're very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I plan to hire them to do the work.

They did a good job. They were a little late getting to the appointment but they did keep me updated by phone. I ended up being very satisfied with their work.

See the above comment. I would like the provider to be contacted via Angie's List and a new toilet, the correct model, reinstalled please.

Provider offered a reasonable plan at a reasonable cost to first investigate using a camera tool to look into our sewer system. He also offered an estimate to create an access point in our front yard. But rather than create or make up a problem we didn't have, he demonstrated with the camera that we did not have a systemic problem. We are pleased with this provider's honesty, professionalism, and friendliness.

My tenant said it went fine

I asked for the provider to call me when they came so that I could explain what was going on. They came out and replaced the spout but it didn't fix the problem, which is why I wanted to be there. The spout is better than what was on there, but still leaking a lot.

The plumber (Robert? It's been a few weeks so I've forgotten his name) was a little late but called to let us know that would happen. He got right to work and completed the install. He even answered a lot of my husband's questions as he worked. we still insulate around the pipe and complete finish work. Robert was very friendly and professional. We'd gladly call him again for service.

It was pretty good. It was a long time ago, there may have been some minor extra things they had to do but I don't remember. Service would be an A, however they kind of left a mess that they didn't really acknowledge was there which I just let it go. The service was great, it is just, they spilled some kind of glue/paint or something on the floor and when I asked what that was he just said, I don't know. I decided it didn't matter because I was tearing the floor out anyway.

Even though it was dark out, the repair man had a flashlight and all the proper tools to do the job. He was a very nice person who answered all my questions and was efficient and clean in doing the repair. My only minor complaint was that he was several hours late and did not call me; I had to call him twice to make sure he was still coming that day. This small piece of customer service is very important to anyone trapped at home waiting for the repair person. Please communicate better next time. We would use this company again.
