everything went well. the faucet turned out to be frost free and that was accommodated. access to the line (from inside the house) was a bit challenging but the technician dealt with it with no issue or complaint.

I was very happy with this company. Mike, the man who came to my house, was very professional and competent. He explained that my faucet was different than most in that the pipe was much longer than usual. This necessitated his cutting a hole in my bathroom wall to replace the pipe and the faucet. The work was done very well and the price was good.

See above. Not happy. I'm going back to using the Homeowners Club. I have to pay cash or check, but they do the work well and I don't pay until it's done to my satisfaction. Angie's List seems to have a wide range of providers -- good to awful. And I'm not happy with the ones I've used.

It was a tough clog due to Metamusal being poured down the drain. Pipes had to be cut and replaced.

The plumber was here about 30 minutes - a very straightforward task. The fellow that did the work was quite pleasant and replaced the toilet ring quickly. I purchased $200 worth of service for $99 and still had to pay $35. The full price of a 30 minute task was $235. I did get an education for my money. I learned that it makes sense to go on YouTube and find out how to do your own plumbing work because these rates are outrageous - and apparently fairly common.

He as very punctual. He was very neat and knew exactly what I wanted him to do. He replaced a faucet and replace a garbage disposal ring. He did that in a timely fashion and was quite professional.

The work was fine but he said we needed a different kind of spigot which ended up being $200 in addition to the $99 I already paid. I don't appreciate that kind of unexpected cost. Felt like a set up.

Provider did not respond to my first email to schedule. I emailed a second time and got it scheduled. The installer was prompt. Toilet works well. There was an extra charge for a blue ring of some sort that was placed on the floor before the toilet was put on top of it. The one we had was very worn. I thought the installer told me it was $40.00 but when I got my credit card bill it was $75.00. He didn't give me a paper receipt nor was I emailed one. In the future, I would go with a more professional company.

Great!!! Helped me come up with a better solution, completed the work within an hour, and cleaned up any tailings and residue. I love being able to water my plants without having to go downstairs to turn on the hose on the ground level first.

They had to make multiple runs to the store and took 6 hours. Other than that it went well.

I bought $200 worth of plumbing service for $99. I had in mind a couple of small projects- changing the water filter at my kitchen sink and checking out a toilet that flushed noisily. The day before the appointment, I noticed that another toilet was leaking at the seal between the toilet bowl and tank. so I called King County Sewer Drain and Plumbing and left a message about the problem so that the plumber would have the seal on hand. I left a voice mail and my call was returned with a voice mail, that the trucks come out fully stocked. The plumber showed me a price book with a charge of $377.00 to change the seal on the toilet and I agreed. He pointed out the job in the book, but (shame on me) I did not read the complete description. However, he did not have the correct part and had to go find one. So the total cost to me was $99.00+$177.00 or $276.00 The plumber was at my home for a little over an hour. I am not counting the time that it took him to go somewhere and find the part. Is the going rate for plumbing services over $300.00 per hour? This was a simple change of a seal; not a high end, technical task requiring a journeyman plumber. He did change the water filters for the sink. I supplied the filters. He said he would not charge me for that job. I would have been happier paying a fair hourly rate for the change of the water filters and changing the seal on the toilet. Perhaps I am too late and perhaps this is buyers remorse, but after talking to friends and neighbors, $377.00 seems awfully high for such a simple job. I also spoke with our condominium on-site resident manager/handyman. He thought, too, that the job seemed to be overcharged. All he replaced was one seal. He did not replace any of the other "stuff" in the tank. Perhaps I assumed too much in thinking that someone on Angie's List would charge a fair price. Also. after he was gone I noticed that there was still grit from the old seal at the back of the bowl. A friend commented that the seat was loose (has been for a while) and a "professional" would have tightened it as courtesy. I am not a DIY person and joined Angie's list to have confidence in the competence and fairness of the contractors on the list. I also relied on Angie's list to "vet" contractors as I am stretched for time and experience to rate proposals. Next time I will call our handyman first and get recommendations from him.

Michael was dogged in solving our problem. I expected he would unplug the drain quickly and easily, but it proved much more difficult. He never got discouraged or impatient and was very pleasant. He spent about two hours on what should have been an easy job, and he didn't charge a penny more. I would hire him to solve any plumbing problem. He is smart, pleasant and very professional in every way.

He arrived on time. This was important because the wife had taken time off to be there. The way I'd envisioned the installation turned out to be impossible, but he went into the crawlspace and made sure. The solution he offered was very acceptable, including the use of a "dishwasher" assembly, instead of a "refrigerator" unit (exactly the same hardware) because it was less expensive. He did leave the final hookup for me to do when I got home. I appreciated this because it gave me the chance to make sure there were no leaks.

Gentleman arrived on time and was very knowledgable and polite and had it fixed in no time.

Mike (I believe he is the owner) showed up promptly as scheduled. He was very friendly and easy to work with, and he knew what he was doing. There were some technical issues with a new camera he was working with and as a result, the video didn't get properly transferred to a flash drive. After calling and explaining the issue, he promptly came out again and took a 2nd video of the sewer at no charge. This time everything went fine. I am very happy with the service and the results.

The deal initially cost $99 for the faucet replacement. Since mine was a frost-free faucet, he replaced it with a frost-free faucet. The additional cost for the frost-free faucet and pipe, plus working in my crawl space added another $192.72. The replacement and work was high in quality and the area was cleaned up very well. I would call this company again.

They came out and did the video inspection but they advised me I do not need the drain cleaning.

The plumber took the time to explain to us how we could do this ourselves next time. The coupon we had was only for 1 hour of service and even though he was there about 90 minutes he did not charge us extra. He was clean, nice, knowledgeable, and personable.

Mike was professional and completed the job as discussed. I would recommend his company's service.
