Description of Work: They were to install an outdoor faucet, however the technician said that it was a frost free one there and that would cost additional because he would have to go in through the house to install. Also, I asked if he could do some additional work in the backyard which was an added charge. The original charge was $99 but with the additional work I had him do and the frost free faucet, I had to pay $500 more. I feel that the cost was high but that is just what plumbers charge. I am satisfied with the work that was done and am glad it was done correctly.

Description of Work: First of all they pushed back our appointment because they had to attend to an emergency. We wanted King County Sewer and Plumbing (KCSP) to replace the Hans Grohe pot filler behind our stove. When KCSP arrived they said our previous plumbers did not use metal connector because there was some play in the pot filler connection. My husband said he would like to check with our previous plumbers and get back to him. We brought in our project manager and he pointed out that KCSP did not pull the outer wall plate off and did not seem to understand how a pot filler is attached. Our project manager had other plumbers come out and they replaced the pot filler within 45 minutes. My husband tried twice to call KCSP back to get them to perform some services for our money but they did not return our call. We paid $119.00 for two hundred dollars worth of work - Angie's BIg Deal. They were there for about 1/2 hour. In my opinion it was not worth $200.00. They brought up the question and then did not get back with us to follow-up on the job.

Description of Work: They removed kitchen sink leaking pipes and replaced them. They agreed to assist us in looking for a connecting part to our kitchen facet.

Description of Work: The plumber said there would be an extra charge for a frost free facet, this was not mentioned or in writing on the purchase order. He said he could rebuild the current facet and check for leaks for no charge.

Description of Work: We had two leaks in fittings under the house. The area was easily accessible and the leaks were already identified. The plumber worked for two hours and the price was about $500, not including the coupon. The company explained that they did not work by the hour, but according to the "book" price - similar to car mechanics. The cost was far more than I anticipated and I will certainly not hire a company that charges this way.

Description of Work: They replaced a 10 inch length of pipe. Access was already present, and was not closed up. I felt that I received zero benefit from the $99 "deal" purchased because I elected to attack the problem with an easier solution.

Description of Work: I was told the service person would arrive between 1pm and 3pm. The person said he was told noon and 2pm. They price by the job so although I paid $120 for $200, I ended up paying $270 more to have new kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, total $470. I'm not sure if this is a reasonable price. It did take the person 3 hours to do the work. I wanted quotes on two other tasks and he said he would email the prices but I have yet to receive the email.

Description of Work: They fixed a leaky faucet by installing a new stem device that I had purchased. They rearranged pipes underneath the kitchen sink to be more effective. They installed a new hot water dispenser. They also gave me advice on a couple of projects that I had to around the house.

Description of Work: Unable to fit camera into drain. We were very disappointed that he didn't have a camera to fit. We have had a camera placed in past. I don't think we're the only home with small drain access. He should not have charged anything. Instead he said he would give $180 off the next time we used his service. We won't be using his services. Very disappointed!

Description of Work: The gentleman who came out to replace the faucet was very nice and professional but I was not expecting the added $50.00 service charge on top of the Angie's List DEAL I purchased. He was done in under 15 minutes and charged me an additional $182.00. I had already paid $99.00 to Angie's List for the outdoor faucet replacement. Next time I'll have someone give me an estimate before I commit to anything, including a DEAL through Angie's List.

Description of Work: The communication was timely and the appointment was set up quickly. The tech arrived around 1p. He was not able to get the access needed to do the faucet replacement. I thought he would be able to to the replacement from the outside of the house. I would like to cancel the Angie's List coupon as he suggested and get a refund. Thanks you,
