Description of Work: Put in a toilet. once I finally got ahold of them and made the appointment things went well.

Description of Work: I purchased $99 for Outdoor Faucet Replacement and Plumbing Inspection 8/21/2013. Service was scheduled and completed on 9/10/13. I knew there would be an additional charge for a frost free faucet ($40) and drywall cut ($27). What was a bit of a surprise was the copper water line repair ($136). I had Mike Collins the technician proceed. Everything was fine at first, then the vacuum breaker started leaking when the faucet was used. Mike returned and repaired that. A few months later water started leaking from a hole in the valve stem. Mike returned once again and repaired that. Throughout this ordeal Mike was responsive and professional. Overall a nice guy. | |Would I use King County Sewer, Drain & Plumbing again? Perhaps, but only after I get the full lowdown on the cost.

Description of Work: After purchasing the coupon on Angie's list, I got an email on June 29 from the vendor to schedule the service. I responded on July 1, and never got a response. I sent another email on August 11 and still have no response. If this is an error due to Angie's list systems, I apologize for this negative review. If not, customer service is my first priority when choosing someone to work with and this situation does not meet my expectations. I will not buy anything again on Angie's list specials.

Description of Work: I bought the deal to have my faucet replaced but it wouldn't of been frost free without extra money so decided to just get the one I have fixed. Bottom line I got what I needed. Works good. Professional service.

Description of Work: They replaced a sink drain and repaired the kitchen faucet. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Description of Work: Michael came and discovered I needed a kit to rebuild my exterior faucet. I have a faucet that is not a common brand. He had to find the kit, obtain it and return to do the work. All went well. Michael informed me (when on time) when he was 10 minutes from arrival. I am very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I felt like the service provider attempted to over charge me - not crediting me with the money I had already paid to Angie's List. They came to fix our running toilet, and it is still running. I would not use this contractor again.

Description of Work: Assessed where the leak was coming from the upstairs bathdroom into the downtairs kitchen. He determined that it was a overfolow from the bathtub that seeped into the cracked tub seal and into the walls. He cut ceiling dry wall to make sure it was not the piped that was causing the problem. He was very thorough and he was right in the first place that it was the cracked sealant between the tub and floor/wall.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor hose faucet and installed compression valve. Service was great and our outdoor faucet doesn't leak anymore! They didn't charge us for under house access, which they could have.

Description of Work: Stirred up roots in my mainline. Sewer backed up the next day, called in a panic and got no response apart from, "we'll call you back later and try to make it over to you, but we're busy today". Instead of waiting I called Greenlake Sewer who came out immediately and saved us.

Description of Work: The service person was very late and his cell phone was dead. Once on the job they went above and beyond. They fixed the problem with the outside faucet (the job they were there to do), Removed a dead rat from under the house, left an extra handle for a different faucet and did not charge extra for the fact that the faucet was an anti-freeze faucet.

Description of Work: I bought a $99 dollar coupon for an out door faucet replacement. They were quick to respond. Showed up on time and did a great job. There was some guessing that had to be done to find out where the faucet plumbing was on the inside of the house. He found it no problem, and only made a small hole in the wall, on the inside of the house, which was very easy to patch. |There was an extra charge since I had an insulated faucet. |

Description of Work: Mike just fixed the leaking faucet without replacing it in approximately 10 minutes.
