Description of Work: We had a break in our waterline under the driveway which involved locating the leak, jack-hammering out a section of our driveway and then fixing the pipe.

Description of Work: $99 outdoor hose faucet replacement. The person that came out was just fine. He changed what he could. If we decide to fix the issue later down the road we will come back to them.

Description of Work: Installed a new toilet. The installer was friendly and professional. He explained everything to us and showed us why we needed a new flange since the new toilet was a different size. He cleaned up after himself also. All in all a great experience and would use them again.

Description of Work: After a little bit of back and forth based on both of our busy schedules we got the work scheduled and completed. Everything works great. I definitely would use this provider again.

Description of Work: I purchased a $100 Angies List coupon to replace an outdoor faucet. I understood in advance there would be an upcharge for frost free faucet. Upon arrival, was informed that existing faucet could not be unscrewed and had to be cut off. So total additional cost was approx. $300. |Was on time to appointment, did a good job, was quick and efficient.

Description of Work: Provider was about half hour late. The original appointment request was via email several weeks prior and I was concerned that it was not confirmed. Had to call and leave a message on the day of the appointment. Work was done quickly but I was a bit dismayed to find out that I had to pay an additional $230 on top of the $99 'deal' I purchased. I think the 'deal' fine print should at least give estimated additional costs to let you know how much more it could possibly be.

Description of Work: Mike replaced the pea-trap under my kitchen sink and managed to fix the leak. He was extremely thorough and very pleasant. Everything was very clean and tidy when he was done. I would absolutely call this company again!

Description of Work: Overall, a frustrating experience nine dealing with this provider. The inability to have timely, effective and efficient communication just eroded a sense of trust with the work recommended by the provider. The company is very hard to contact and coordinate with. After the purchase of the big deal,I contacted thecompany to schedule the work and provided three scheduling options. I did receive a message via the Angie List service for a date and time that I did not request. I tried to respond to reset the time via Angie list message, and tracking down email and phone number of provider. Eventually, did make contact with provider and he rescheduled the time. That appointment was missed, I tried calling provider during the appointment time to see if I could confirm that they were still coming, no answer so left a VM. About 1 hr 15 minutes after appointment window, received a call from the provider that he went to the wrong house. Rescheduled for later in the day. The provider was about 40 minutes late from the agreed upon meeting time for the second appointment. When he arrived, he looked at the faucet and stated it was not covered by the specific deal, it would require additional work and increased cost. Given the communication errors, the difficulty of coordinating with this provider, etch, I just did not feel confident proceeding with additional work.

It was going to be an extra $200 and I was going to cancel but they have allowed me to pay later. He did not communicate the full price up front. I am not sure if I will use them again or not.
