Description of Work: Originally hired to do a kitchen faucet replacement, we added on a new "comfort level" low water toilet from Toto. They ordered and delivered, switched out both the toilet and the faucet, stayed late to complete the job in top notch form. Honest, hardworking and thorough. Will definitely use them again.

After looking at the situation he let me know that the faucet was actually in great shape and really only needed the washer replacing to ensure no leaking. He was happy to replace it if I wanted, but since it was functioning and not leaking, I took his advice and just got a refund from Angie's list. When I showed him what I thought was a faucet that needed to be replaced, he informed me that it did not need to be replaced. This was a faucet that whenever I turn it on, I can't turn it off all the way without a serious effort. I assumed it needed to be replaced, but Michael told me I only needed to get a different handle. So, I didn't need this service after all. He was very gracious & gave me a coupon for a return visit should I ever need a plumber. Really good guy!

Description of Work: I liked Michael a lot and he had an absolute "can do" attitude. I had odd plumbing jobs for him to do including remounting bath a bathroom vessel sink faucet and a difficult kitchen faucet both of which had come loose. He was on time, neat and courteous. However, I had paid $99 for $200 of service which doesn't mean much if you have no idea what $200 service buys you. Michael was there for less than 90 minutes and there was a charge of $160 above the previously paid amount and if I was credited $200, then this was a $360 job which seems ridiculous. But at least it is done and I'm very happy with the work.
