Description of Work: For some reason the downstairs toilet & sink were backing up. We called and they were able to send someone out that day - we had houseguests using the upstairs hall bathroom (directly above this bathroom) and wondered if that was somehow related as neither of these bathrooms gets used much. Turns out there was a drain issue with the downstairs shower, where all of these things come together to drain. The plumber was able to find and fix the issue, and let us know what to do so it doesn't happen again. We're thrilled.

Description of Work: They performed the service but failed to provide the promised video of my sewer line. They said they would return to create the video at a later date but have yet to do so after three months. I recently sent them a message to get an update but they failed to respond.

Description of Work: I got the Angie's list deal for replacing my outdoor hose faucet. They did an excellent job and got it done on time. The only evidence they left was my shiny new faucet and a business card. I will definitely consider them for future plumbing work.

Description of Work: Replaced one outdoor faucet. It ended up being > $100 because I was replace a freeze resistant faucet. I was told this when scheduling and not surprised when they showed up. I wish the deal write-up made that more obvious. Regardless, I was very happy with their service. Prompt, let me know when they'd be arriving, clean, professional, and helpful. Would definitely use them again

Description of Work: A) Used Angie's List coupon "$99 for $200 Plumbing Services" to replace old flexible "connector with shutoff valves" between water pipe and toilet at three bathrooms (owner had parts on hand). B) Used Angie's List "$99 for an outside faucet replacement" to replace one outside yard water shutoff valve (their part). All went well-completed in about 1.5 hours, courteous, at rescheduled appointed time.

Description of Work: Had a leak with an outside frost free faucet, due to leaving a hose connected during a freeze. Started out for $99 for the deal. When I ordered asked that an equivalent frost free be installed on the phone. When the plumber showed up he said he didn't bring one and that I would have to pay for him to purchase. He then ran to Home Depot and charged me for the round trip. If it was better to have the part on hand to not be charged an additional $50 in labor for him to drive into to town and back. That would have been preferred, especially since I stated this was my request on the phone to begin with.

Description of Work: I had a toilet leak that was not another plumbing company misdiagnosed & did not return to fix. | |After much frustration I attempted to fix it myself but was unsuccessful. I called King County Sewer and the gentleman was response, friendly and accurately diagnosed & repaired my leak. | |I know who to call for any other plumbing repairs.

Description of Work: Came and replaced an outdoor faucet, even though it was not as easy as I thought, mine is an old style, they were able to complete the work and now I have a working faucet that doesn't drip.

Description of Work: I responded to a $99 deal for a new outdoor faucet. I was told I would need a more expensive version, totaling $191. The man who did the work, Mike, then said I needed to write him a check for that amount and that Angie's List would then refund me the $99 I had already paid. This "happens all the time" and there would be no problem, he said. I foolishly complied. The Angie's List rep was very nice but unable to get me a refund. Mike declined to answer direct questions about this flagrant deception. Don't be an idiot like me. Stay clear of this company.

Description of Work: The faucet replacement project couldn't be done due to the fact that the insert required had been discontinued buy the manufacturer. After 3 attempts to find a suitable match we decided not to proceed. King County Sewer Drain and Plumbing did an exhaustive search and was very helpful throughout the process. Will leave a credit balance on account for pre-paid services to use in the future.

Description of Work: The company sold this coupon for $99 to replace outdoor faucet. In the scheduling email, they mentioned that the fine print says that the deal excludes frost free faucets. So far, so good. Then I had to ask the cost for frost-free faucets and it turned out to be $275. The $99 I paid initially would count toward the $275 and I would have to pay the balance. The $99 I paid was purportedly for a replacement valued at $370 (a 73% discount per the Angie's List page). This is an unfair deal for most people since frost free faucets are common in this area.

Description of Work: I had a leak where the short pipe in the shower meets the 90* fitting in the wall. I had opened the wall to find the leak. Michael said the fitting needed to be replaced. Did the job got paid and left. I was leaving town as soon as he left. 4 days later I tried the shower and it still leaked in the same place. The problem was not the fitting but the short pipe. He had not checked to see if it was fixed. Just told me it was. He did come back and make it right, but I paid for a fitting I didn't need. First repair tech who just walked in the house with out asking if he should cover his work boots. Will not be hiring this company again.
