Description of Work: An appointment was confirmed online -- I was only available in the morning-- they did not show up. Since that time, they have not answered my email and their voice mail was full- so no message could be left. On my behalf Angies List contacted this company and still no word from them. Poor poor business model

Description of Work: When I signed up for the service, I put down mornings of 7,8, and 9 September. No one showed up. Then on Friday, September 11, someone showed up when I wasn't home. Left a business card. Haven't heard from them since.

Description of Work: We paid ahead of time through Angie's List for leaky outside faucets to be fixed. We contacted them twice to schedule a date, but they never responded. They have our money but didn't provide the service. As far as I'm concerned, they are thieves.

Description of Work: As previously stated on original email, the only communication from the company was, 'call us to schedule' via AL message. Called, no response, sent another message via AL, no response. 10 days is more than adequate time to respond. Don't want to work with a company who can't provide simple service/respect to customers. Would like a refund.

Description of Work: I bought this through on of the big deals. When I purchased this deal the company did write to me through the messages on the angies list site. They said wanted me to confirm a day that they would perform the deal that I purchased. However I was not available at that time. I replied as well as called them directly multiple times and have not been able to contact them. I also had angie's list contact them as well. They have not responded to angie's list to get in contact with them either. At this point due to the lack of response I would just like to get a refund instead.
