He was on time and did everything he promised.

Not responsive, failed to show at the suggested times ( I took time off work bothtimes) he promised to do it this week, no contact... a month from time of payment to contact is simply ridiculous. I want my money back!

It went very well I now can flush my toilet again I am very happy.

I got a refund. They offered a coupon for $99, but jacked up the cost to $300 on site. Bait & switch, so I got a refund.

Very badly actually. They replaced the device. It's a very simple procedure that any plumber does for about a hundred dollars. On top of that that charged me another two hundred and fifty dollars on top of that. That was a complete rip off. I certainly hope there not still promoting them through Angie's List.

He arrived on time and was very polite and cordial. He had to repair done quickly and there have been no further issues with leaking.

Highly recommended. These guys were prompt, quick and professional. I had to do a last-minute scheduled time change (same day) and they were accommodating. I had a faucet that had the treads wearing thin. On site, they took a look and provided me with options. The first was to replace the faucet, but a new frost-resistant one would be an added expense. The second was to replace the spigot with a backflow stopping adapter. We went with the second.

We had a mix up on the first appointment time, but they were on-time the second time and the work was done very quickly. The plumber was professional and friendly.

Good job on unclogging the tub. They also looked at the plumbing underneath the sink that was leaking. The quote to fix it was way too much for the work. I passed and did it myself.

Original scheduling was obviated when a previously scheduled job took much longer for them. Re-scheduling was a little bumpy, but was finally estabished for a few days later. He arrived promptly, studied the problem of moving the pipes and allowing for proper flow angle, then left (I assume to get materials). The job, which I thought would be small (I had a coupon for $200) turned out to cost a little over $400 with the discount. He had to drill through concrete basement wall, section and place the pipes, then seal the previous pipe exit holes. It took four hours from his arrival to his final departure. I am satisfied with the work

We had an appointment scheduled for the 11th of August and the plumber never showed up. No call or anything, just didn't show.

Great. I was given information up front as to the cost of each task. I was given options and never felt as though I had to purchase a particular service. I got to watch the inspection of my sewer line so was able to see exactly where the issues were. Everything went smoothly, Michael and his assistant were very professional and willing to explain to me what they were doing. Although this turned out to be a small job (my sewer lines were clear), I would absolutely hire them again for a bigger job if needed.

Friendly, fat and thorough. The stayed to make sure everything worked. Even replaced washers in the hose so the connections were tight and leak free.

Went fine. Cut out the portion of pipe with the hole and added a short flanged replacement pipe.

It did take a bit to connect but once done the work was quickly accomplished. A very nice fellow showed up and worked on the faucet quickly. Very professional and courteous.

Work was done well and professionally. I just feel the cost was a bit on the high end. I have already purchased the faucet myself, he simply installed it.

Purchased an Angies deal for a video of our sewer line. I was surprised it was scheduled a couple weeks out but we were in no hurry. He arrived on the day, on time and was professional in doing the scoping and gave helpful information. We wanted the scoping to determine the condition of the line. The deal included a copy of the video. He said he would email it to me, which was fine with me. I contacted him a couple days later when no email had arrived and found out that the machine had broken and they may need to come back out for a redo to give me a video. It was a couple of weeks while they got the machine repaired or got a new one. Eventually Company sent another guy who scoped the sewer and verbally gave about the same info as the first. He left us with the video on a thumb drive. The video showed an area that I?m considering fixing/replacing. The second guy to come out said that he would send me an estimate for doing the work. However, I have not received it. I was a little annoyed that I couldn't get my video the first time. But machines do break down and I admire that they were professional to come back and redo the scoping so I could get the video.

The replacement was taken care of within days. Fast, professtional, and great work. Would use again.

Bought $99 deal but because freeze-proof needed to go under house and do copper soldering --so it ended up being $300 total. Their equipment, supplies and truck did not seem very professional or well prepared.

It worked well. He was very quick, efficient, friendly, did the job, and no surprises. It was all good.
