We got same day service on a pretty bad leak, and Mike G. also fixed a smaller leak and a toilet leak while he was here. It was not cheap, but it never is. He was very friendly and did a great job.

He came a little late, but did really great work. He solved my problem.

We agreed to a company credit for future work when and if needed.

I bought the Big Deal. Scheduling was easy, the tech was right on time- very polite and professional. He inspected my back hose bib, inspected my main shut off (and showed me how to turn it off in an emergency) and he repaired my front side hose bib, which was making awful noises and vibration whenever I turned it on. Turns out what I needed was a little different from what the Big Deal covered, but he explained it, got my OK, and made my problem go away. No sales pressure, explained my options well. Will happily use them again if I have plumbing problems.

He answered and advised on all questions I had for him. Went above and beyond when he could have stuck to what the service call was about. Nice to see it's not a cookie cutter type of business.

On time, personable, knowledgeable

He came out an took a quick glance at the faucet. He then stated that he would have to cut in to the wall which is an additional $200 charge. We stated that we just wanted to use the Big Deal we purchased. He just said that it wouldcost more.

Mike is very personeable. He showed up on time and was courteous and professional. The repair took less than 30 minutes. I had purchased a special deal ($119 for $200,) and had to pay another $46 on top of the $120. Had I not purchased the deal, the repair was priced at $246. A bit pricey I think. Two parts were replaced: The toilet fill valve and a hose. Overall, I am very happy with Mike and the repair was performed efficiently.

The service was great, and the results were excellent. They showed up on time, and they were able to honor the coupon. I would recommend them.

My experience was fantastic! It was a very warm day, and this poor guy had to go into the crawl space under the house to see access to where outdoor pipes were - had to be awful ! He spent over 4 hours on the job (this included a trip to get more supplies) and the price quoted at the beginning of the job didn't change ~ even though I'm sure he hadn't planned on a 4 hour job!

Our house is on a concrete slab, so the new faucet connection turned out to be more challenging and involved cutting through an inside closet wall.

My outdoor hose bibb had water gushing out around the spout and bibb connection area. I bought the replacement from Lowe's for $7 and was going to replace it myself, except that the water shutoff was so tight that I couldn't turn it to shut it off, and I didn't want to force it and end up breaking it. It just so happened that King County Sewer Drain and Plumbing had an offer of $54 for 1 hour of service, which the normal rate was $108/hr. I bought the deal and made the appointment with the owner for Wednesday afternoon. The plumber the owner Mike sent over was great, he was on time, knew what he was doing, shut off the water from the one on the street where the water meter is. He told me the one I bought of 1/2" was too small and that I needed a 3/4", I didn't want to make him wait for me to go exchange at Lowe's, and let him sell me his hose bibb which I paid $20! The entire job was about 15, 20 minutes top. When the was writing up the invoice, he told me there was a service charge of $50. I asked him what service charge, for I had already prepaid for 1-hour of service with the voucher I bought. The plumber called the owner Mike who I ended up speaking to, Mike insisted that the additional $50 service was in the voucher's fine print, which it clearly wasn't there as I had it in front of me on my computer. I was not going to pay $158 (the value of voucher is $108) for 15 minutes of work switching out a hose bibb. Mike then said he'd waive the service charge. He later wrote to me to apologize about the mis-communication, saying that it was an error the fine print didn't include the $50 service charge and that he had contacted Angie's List to get it corrected. I checked the deal on Angie's List after I got his email, and there was still NO mention of $50 service charge. In summary, the plumber came by was professional, friendly, did what I needed him to do within amount of time I expected him to spend. It was the owner who came across as misleading and for that reason I wouldn't consider using this company again.

Bought the big deal offer for $99 for outdoor hose faucet replacement & plumbing inspection. Turned out that both the outdoor faucets could only be accessed (removed) by cutting the walls. Decided to wait for replacement when I remodel the kitchen & both baths. Asked owner to please provide a bid for re-plumbing of entire house (from the street meter). Bid was provided-reasonable price too.

We called for estimates on Saturday morning and King County Sewer was the only plumber that answered their phone and was available for an appointment same day. We scheduled for later that day, received an estimate and the work was performed on the spot. Reasonable and very professional. We will hire them again for any plumbing needs that might come up.

First of all the name is a bit confusing. The company sounded like it was related to a municipality, instead of just having a "King County" as part of their name. He was on time and did the outdoor inspection. It was wet outside (March) on the day he came out. I told him I really wanted both faucets replaced. One was poorly installed by the builder when we bought the house new and the other was leaking when it was turned on - fortunately on the outside of the house. He said the "Deal" was only for 1 faucet and but he would give me a reduced price for the 2nd one. Then he wanted to know if I wanted frost free faucets (requiring no covers during the winter), which I did want (they were not included in the Deal.... add an additional charge for the frost free faucets) and that sounded like a reasonable investment. The first faucet was easy - in the garage with exposed piping. Then he suggested that I could isolate the faucets (turn them completely off) when I would be away from the house for any length of time. So I added that on... (another charge for adding that). Bottom line the 2nd faucet which was on the back of the house turned out to be inside a wall in next to the laundry room. ...He had to cut a hole in the wall, put a small panel to cover it, move furniture, etc. He did everything and cleaned up inside very well. Bottom line, the total was $516.48. I have limited experience with plumbing repairs so I'm not sure if this is unreasonable or not. He did tell me the charges, but he had nothing that stated his charges, so it was difficult to keep track of how much it was adding up to. He was a good worker was very personable, and said that he had worked for other plumbing companies, and was starting this business on his own. I would recommend getting a quote sheet from him before he starts work. The faucets work great.

Purchased a Big deal for King County Sewer Drain & Plumbing. I had a leaking faucet and he repaired it. I was upset at first because they hadn't called to schedule with me. After a month I called them and he was out here within an hour. I was very pleased with him, he was friendly and totally awesome.

Purchased a faucet replacement as part of a deal through Angies List. The faucet was replaced quickly, and had another faucet installed in the back. Got a very fairly priced estimate, and he performed the work on the same visit. Both are working great, and no shortcuts seemed to have been taken. He was very professional and friendly, explained the work done as well as the warranty. Discussed other areas of potential work, and would not hesitate to hire them again, and will call them first for any other estimates I might need.

The experience with King County Sewer Drain & Plumbing went very well. They replaced a faucet. No complaints. They were on time, I had another faucet that I thought needed to be replaced and they said it didn't. They just tightened something up and it works fine. They did their job, they did what they said they would do, and it was fine.

It went smoothly, which is rare at my house. I've been using a wrench to turn my faucet off and on for years because I thought it would be an expensive fix. So I was thrilled to get it taken care of for $99. I didn't have them do the plumbing inspection but that was generous of them to include that. Overall quite pleased!

Mike was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the faucet with a much improved model and did the plumbing exam in the house as promised.
