The service was nice. Fixed the bathroom faucet like I hoped he would. The cost was more then the price of the coupon.

I emailed and called the company as I need the work done in an apartment and the fine print states it must be an owner-occupied house. I received no response.

The plumber came in and cleared a very slow moving drain in our tub and adjusted the chain on a toilet so it flushed without having to push the handle down so far. He was very efficient and effective. The tub drains now as if it were brand new.

Appointment was for 12:00 noon, he called 5 min after and said he was going to be a little late, I said ok. I was just going to leave the house because it was 1:10 and he still wasn't here, just as I was about to leave he showed up. Didn't seem that concerned he was late, just said he should have taken one highway instead of the other. So my day is kind of messed up waiting over an hour for 10 min appointment. Also didn't seem that knowledgeable about installing the new sink, I made the appointment to make sure the new sink would fit right before I order it. I asked the questions. Wasn't impressed. Also he gave Angie's list discount of $100 (I believe it was supposed to be $200 of plumbing work for $119.???

I still don't feel right about that whole thing. I bought the $99 thing and then they came out and did the work. There was an upsell, I knew it would be because there was an issue. So I paid the whole thing and he didn't credit me the $99 and then when I called the Angie's List customer service they ended up crediting me too much. So the contractor really ended up not getting paid. So my biggest complaint about the whole thing would have been that they didn't credit me the initial amount on the site and it created problems. It has been a long time, but I still feel that the contractor basically didn't get paid. He charged extra for some of the extra caulking or something and I wasn't thrilled about that because to me it was just part of the job. Bottom line was it came up to like $300 and something and then I should have been credited $99 that I purchased. Instead, because we were talking about the amounts and settling on something I think I got it down like $20 or something because I thought it was an outrageous upsell. But he was a nice guy and everything, so I ended up paying but they didn't give me the credit. Then I either did an email or phone call or something and ended up getting credited back on the same card that I had used. The work that they did was good. My interaction with the provider was good. They came out maybe a weekend or two after the deal was purchased, it wasn't bad.

He came out and said that he couldn't fix or replace the faucet. Then he left. He didn't look at any of my other 3 faucets. He did look at my plumbing and was a pleasant person. The estimate he gave me for the other work was a little higher than my local plumber.

My bathtub drain was totally stopped and I couldn't clear it. So I turn to Angie's List and found this company offering a $99 (+$50) drain cleaning deal. I called them at 3:00 p.m. and they said they could get someone out to me between 4:30 - 5:00. And sure enough 2 guys came at 4:40. They tried to use a commercial snake but could not get the drain to clear. The technician theorized that the p-trap was probably frozen from the cold weather. He then offered to go into the crawlspace to check, and said it was most likely the cause. Then he wrote up the estimate for the work of cutting out the p-trap and replacing it. He was thoughtful enough to replace the p-trap with a removable one so in the future no cutting will be necessary. After he cut the p-trap, he showed me that indeed the inside was frozen solid. He then replaced the p-trap and all was well They were responsive, punctual, and professional. Although the cost seem pretty high, I believe it's about the same as any other plumbing company. I had a positive experience with them.

They were prompt, efficient, and professional. Responded to my bid request in a timely manner (less than 24 hours) and scheduled for a day or two later. They came prepared with all the materials they needed and completed their work in less than an hour.

The contractor came out to the house and said the outdoor faucet I purchased was not the correct faucet. They needed to install an anti-freeze type of faucet and it would be more than $99. I decided to go with another plumber.

Bought Coupon on January 15, 2014. Provider did not contact in 2 days, received email on Saturday 1/18 to schedule for 1/20 Monday 9 AM. I confirmed the date but did not get a confirmation back from provider. Waited until 9.40 Am and called provider, they said they will be there by 10.15 AM. I requested to cancel visit and said I will reschedule on another day, as I had another appointment. He said that fine. Received another call from office manager in 10 minutes and wanted to talk about what just happened.She Blamed Angie's list for not sending the order to them on time, not sure if that is true. Overall not happy with the experience will choose a different provider.

They were very professional, but the $99 deal was not much of a "deal". It ended up costing over $300. I can't imagine any homeowner who would want one of those for an exterior faucet except maybe for a sprinkler system. So I upgraded ofcourse! The guy was very professional and polite, did a great job and even helped with installing a new set of hoses to my washing machine at no extra charge. If they were located closer to N. Kirkland, I might consider using them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. There was no additional cost.

I had purchased a $99 outdoor faucet replacement deal on Angie's List. Unfortunately, I needed a 'better' faucet replaced which ended up costing more money and they had to add a new shut-off valve for the faucet, which brought the overall cost to ~$400! Although the work was completed, it took long than I expected and cost more than anticipated.

It went so well!! Mike was absolutely wonderful. He arrived promptly and diagnosed my problem as not needing replacement, but rebuilding. (Rebuilding is my non-professional term--I think of it as doing minor surgery instead of a transplant!) The procedure was successful--no more leak--and I was spared the drywall drama. Well worth the cost of the deal which was less than most service charges before any work is done. Mike was obviously not just committed to doing a good job, but to giving me the best value, which I very much appreciate. The whole idea of a Deal is to introduce a new customer to a business, and I am happy to have made the acquaintance! I expect their usual charges to be right up there with other companies', but Mike's opting to do what was needed, rather than what he could have done with me non-the-wiser--and the company going along with his decision--gives me the impression that this is a company that I want to do business with in the future. I would use King. Co. Sewer Drain and Plumbing again in a heartbeat based on this experience.

For my first time using Angie's List for referal, it was a great experience. So much so I'm keeping his info in my permanent folder for future business as it may arise. Being a person of limited funds, the coupon I purchased was a money-saver so the overall price came in below expected. Bonus: he was patient with my pup wanting to be his apprentice.

provider showed up on time as scheduled and did a complete check of the drain system. He was very knowledgeable and resolved all the clogged drain issues at our triplex. Very affordable and professional. would definately call Mike again!

I believe I had an appointment set up for a Monday morning and the service tech called around 5pm one evening to say he was on his way. He wasnt aware of the Monday Appointment. I am not surprised as the person making the appointment was quite unprofessional. The service was for an outdoor faucet replacement or install and arriving so late in the day seemed strange. It turned out that replacing my leaking frostfree faucet would require taking out some shelving inside the house. So he gave me a $250 quote to do that later (I have no idea if that was a discount because he didnt say), and he temporarily sealed off my faucet somehow to stop the drip. So now I have super hard to turn faucet that doesnt drip and more appointments to schedule. Not what I had hoped for.

I really enjoyed King County Sewer and Drain's work. They replaced my hot water heater around Thanksgiving. Given the time of year I had to reschedule due to some family coming in and out - they were very patient with this which I appreciated. The work itself went off without a hitch. They arrived on time - gave some advice, etc... and then proceeded to work. I actually had to leave to go to a meeting. They cleaned up, etc so that it was impossible to know they had been there (except that now I have hot water).
