They did a good job, but I have to jiggle up the handle to get the water to stop running in. There were additional fees for materials and time spent. They were at my home for about 45 minutes.

The workers showed up on time, were very professional and completed the work in less than an hour. I would definitely hire them again.

It went well. They had to cut and replace some pipe inside the house, but it was well done.

I called the plumber three times before I received a response. I told him I purchased services through Angie's List. He said he had no Idea what I was talking about. Plumber came and stated he needed to order a part and needed additional $196.00 to complete. We arranged another time for him to come to the house. My husband arranged to leave work and be here for him. He was ~ 3 hours late. The job was complete that night.

This turned out perfect. They arrived promptly, were very cordial and went right to work. We talked a little bit about what my faucet was, which was a frost free faucet, which involved more work. They gave me an estimate for the cost above the big deal. It was reasonable so we went ahead and did it. They made a hole in the wall to do it and patched it back up. They were done within one to two hours. It was a really good experience.

Appointment was at 1:00, but company did not show up until 2:30. There was no communication about being late, the excuse was that their schedules are set by a window and no mention of that when we set up appointment for 1:00, estimate was very high.

A great experience. I initially contracted this work through a Daily Deal. KCSD Plumbing contacted me in a timely manner to understand the task and schedule the work. Mike Collins, Lead Technician, arrived at the committed time and was fully capable for the job at hand. In the event our existing valve was too old to repair, and the valve could not be accessed from inside or under the house for removal. I asked Mike to give me a couple days to figure out the access issue. (I ultimately decided to remove a few pieces of exterior siding and cut an access hole through the OBS into the wall.) Mike was able to get back out quickly, removed the old valve without incident, fabricated the necessary copper transition piece, and installed and tested a new frost-free faucet with vacuum breaker. The plumbing part of the job was relatively simple, I suppose, but I was very favorably impressed by Mike's professionalism and willingness to be flexible while I sorted out the unforeseen access issue. I'm happy to give Mike and KCSD Plumbing an excellent review and recommend them without qualification in full confidence that you also will have an exceptional experience.

Job was more difficult than expected as faucets were welded in craw space. They quickly diagnosed issue and solved problem. Faucets now work great.

Called a number of plumbers and King County was the only one that was able to come same day. Set an appointment for 2:00 pm but they didn't show till past 4. No issue with the delay but I would have liked to have been notified/called. They were professional, respectful and polite. They were able to unblock sink, gave me tips on how to maintain and left the work area clean. Price was fair and I was shown a cost sheet instead of just being given a price for service. They even honored my Angie's list coupon even though I only mentioned it last minute. They recommended a different coupon so that I could save even more than I had planned. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

I thought all in all that it went very well. They were very professional and did excellent work and didn't take a really long time to do it. I am really pleased with my new spigot as it doesn't leak and the water pressure in the sprinker and hose is so much more that it was.

He showed up on time and looked at the faucet. I already had a frost free faucet installed but it did not work properly. He indicated at first that he did not think there would be any pipe work needed but the price of another frost free faucet would be $43.25. On further review, he determined that the existing faucet could not be removed because it was right against the house and the trim. He also said that, if he could remove the faucet, then he would have to do piping work because the unit he had was longer than the existing unit. That would have resulted in another $130. At this point, he said that he could repair the existing faucet but the part cost was the same as the cost of the frost free faucet that he was going to install. What a coincidence. Long story short, he repaired the faucet and I paid the price that I would have been charged for the new faucet. In fairness, the service stipulated that if piping work had to be done, then additional charges would apply but we avoided that expense. As far as inspecting the rest of the household plumbing, well that just did not happen. He did not volunteer to do this and, based upon the above, I did not make an issue of it. On a positive note, the existing faucet seems to be working as designed. Would I use them again. Probably not.

It was okay. It took them a little while. Their punctuality wouldn't be graded as high. The cost doubled. I paid an additional $300 from the big deal that I purchased. They were professional and did they did a good job.

It was fine! They got a lot of business from the Big Deal so it did take awhile for them to come out.

The service went okay. They did an okay job, but the toilet still does not work quite right. I was not home for the service, but scheduling was fairly easy.

They really weren't qualified to do the work. It was a waste of time and money. I used a Living Social voucher.

It went very well. The washer and packing of the faucet was replaced and tested to my satisfaction. I will be ready for winter this year.

I purchased the $99 Big Deal coupon for a faucet / hose bib replacement and the representative showed up on time as scheduled. The coupon had disclosed that there would be additional costs for materials and in my instance it was $24 plus tax. The failed unit they removed was a copper, frost free unit and involved ten inches of pipe from the garage through the front brick wall. The replacement was with PEX plastic tubing and non-frost free (although I was offered frost free for an additional $50 or $60.) I would rather have had copper but I really just needed the faucet replaced and functional again. The repairs were on time, the faucet works (even now, 8 months later) and the coupon prompted my to do it immediately. I'm happy that the repair is done.

It went alright! They took a while to schedule the appointment, about two or three weeks out. They showed up on time and completed the job. I was not too happy with the price. On top of the one hundred and nineteen dollars that I paid through Angie's List, I ended up paying another hundred and fifty dollars for an installation of a garbage disposal that I already had. This was the beginning of last month. I spent one hundred and nineteen on the special and the rest was what they billed me when they got here.

It was really good. They came out about a month ago. They came out, did what I asked them to do and they left. They're good, reliable, professional, on time and everything was done the way it should have been done.

It went really poorly. They came out and gave some estimates, but their prices were very very high compared to all their competitors, so my coupon was only a drop in the bucket to begin with. Then when I decided that my need was dire I tried to schedule their work, but they said they were backed up more than a month out. So they gave me a scheduled work date, but then they never confirmed it despite numerous emails and they never noted whether or not they would honor an expired voucher (which only expired because they were so backed up). They were very unprofessional from beginning to end and I am thankful I never used their services.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon deal of $119.00 for $200.00 of plumbing service and was hoping to get both our front and back leaky outdoor faucets rebuilt. They rebuilt the front faucet and it was done quickly! I probably did get my $200 worth of plumbing service but I'm not totally convinced of this. They explained the reason for our faucets leaking was due to high-water-pressure and showed us the reading. They recommended a pressure regulator or we would be having this probably again. They gave us a quote for that and said they'd throw in rebuilding the back faucet for free if we went with them to install the pressure regulator. It seemed like explaining and showing us about the necessity for and process of installing a pressure regulator valve took longer then how long it took them to rebuild the leaky faucet. We had a couple other Angie's List plumbers look at the water pressure situation and they agreed of the need for the valve. The quotes to do the install from these other plumbers were higher quotes. However, the recommendations from the other plumbers of how, where and why to put the valve seemed to make more sense (especially aesthetically since it would be in the house) as well as being more efficient in taking up space then what we received from this company. It seemed like there was more thought being put into the installation even though it did involve more work -- so the quotes seem to be comparable for what would be done. I'm conflicted on reviewing this vendor - they were quick to respond to my email to set up an appointment - were punctual and very professional and they fixed the leak, all good things. The service was invoiced as 'Angies List Deal - Frost Free Faucet Rebuild - NC' Maybe if they had itemized the work for rebuilding the faucet - labor and materials so that I could see what value I was getting I would understand that I did get what I thought I had purchased. My husband thought they could have replaced the broken handle as part of rebuilding the faucet.
