 + 2 moreKen's is always timely with their service. Special requests are handled promptly and are well done. I feel very comfortable recommending them to others. Julian, who does the estimates and meets with customers is excellent. He is personable and honest in his appraisals of the work.
Description of Work: Regular lawn maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning. Special projects such as moving plants and laying pea gravel relate to the cost estimate. I have recommended him to three other people.

 + 0 moreI had earlier reported that they failed to respond with the promised estimate. They did finally respond and then did an excellent job of weeding and pruning. They guaranteed their work and did not expect payment until they came back and did a couple of thing they had missed during the first visit. Response time was much better. They charged only what their estimate was.
Description of Work: Extensive pruning (including large wisteria and bamboo plants) and weeding. Winterizing of irrigation system.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive on the phone. A crew came by the next day to do the job, which they were able to squeeze in between other appointments. This hedge needs to be pruned twice a year, and I'll definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: We have a large laurel hedge that needed pruning. We called Ken's to do the work, and it turns out they used to do the work for the former owners, so they knew exactly what was involved. They came by the next day while I was at work, and I came home to a well-pruned hedge with no debris left behind.
