We recently used the services of Kangaroo Movers, and I would recommend them as one of the best movers we have used, and we have moved a great deal. They were able to squeeze us in at the last minute (within 24 hours of the move date). The ability for them to accommodate our schedule AND provide top notch service more than met our expectations. Kangaroo Movers saved us from having to move all our possessions ourselves, which would have been a disaster. A special thanks to the movers; William, Roman, Alex and Mark, who made it happen. We are extremely pleased with this company. I called a week before the move out date, which is late to schedule for a move and that was my fault. This was the fifth company I called and thankfully they had availability. The communication via text and email was effective and even after I had made a few mistakes, they corrected these easily and there was no confusion. They provided exactly what they promised and the two gentlemen who did the moving were professional, polite, careful, and proficient. The cost of the service was exactly what I was quoted. I highly recommend!

Kangaroo Movers are professional, reliable, and fast, and made my moving day unbelievably stress free. They were quickly responsive for scheduling, and were able to accommodate me last minute, and I received fast responses to all my questions. Even though I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment without elevator, Nick & Alex completed the move quickly and efficiently, but also handled all my furniture/belongings gently and carefully. These guys take their job seriously, which is something I really appreciate. I’m a very satisfied customer, and highly recommend them!

When I asked for a quote on a few difference moving companies websites, Kangaroo Movers was the first one to respond: within a hour, they had already reached out to me, gave me a quote and asked me a few details. It was also the one I finally chose because the pre-move communication was fast, responsive and all the fees were clearly stated without any surprises later. When the moving day came, they arrived within the time window that they promised and finished the task faster than I expected. Alex was the main person I communicated with but both him and other crews were courteous and hardworking. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and well protected in good condition. I have used quite a few moving companies throughout the years, including some of the national franchises, I can confidently say Kangaroo Movers is the best that I have come across: the communication was clear and smooth and the movers were respectful, hardworking and do their job properly. What more can one ask for?

This was my second time using the services of Kangaroo Movers. They don't disappoint! The movers are polite, efficient, fast-working and very good at solving any difficulties that come up. They always made sure they were doing things as we wanted them done. They are also very responsive in communicating prior to the move. They receive my highest recommendation.

Great service and efficient movers. They worked quickly even with a slow elevator. The new location had a 3 floors and they were still very fast. Nothing was damaged and they paid attention to labels and put everything in the right place. The booking process was very easy too, and they were very responsive. I would definitely hire them again!

We just had the crew out for the first unload of our PODS and, to no surprise, they were friendly, fast, efficient, and thoughtful in taking care of our stuff. They alway go out of their way to make sure things are placed where you want them. Highly recommend Kangaroo Movers for any moving needs.

Administration: Ease of scheduling and customer service very responsive to all my questions. Movers: extremely well prepared to anything that comes their way and very knowledgeable on how to use every bit of space in the storage unit. The only thing that could have been better, and it’s my fault was the size of the truck, I underestimated the amount of furniture that I had so we had to do 2 trips, it was fine because the storage unit was close by and their policy is charging by 15m after 3h is great. I’m very satisfied and I really recommend them.

My friend recommended kangaroo movers and I am so glad we decided to go with them. They were professional, on time and took very good care of our belongings by carefully wrapping everything. When we got to our new house, they put everything where we asked them to and assembled it all. Don’t bother looking for another company. Highly recommend them !

These guys are fast and efficient both in time and materials. Our 2-man crew had our 1-bedroom apartment furniture packed and then unloaded in 4 hours. My only constructive feedback is that they need to be clearer about the wardrobe boxes. The website says you get 4 wardrobe boxes, but the fine print in the order confirmation says the wardrobe boxes are for loan only (only used during the move). Overall not a deal breaker because of the professional service given, but something to be aware of for planning. Definitely recommend this company for quick, painless local moves!

This services was great. They called to let me know their estimated time of arrival which was helpful. They also got the move down fairly fast.

Arrived on time (first time we ever had movers show up on time). Wrapped all the furniture to make sure it wasn't damaged. And moved us on a record breaking 100+ temp day. They did a great job! I would hire them again.

Moving day was one of the hottest days in Seattle but the movers were very efficient in moving the boxes, disassembling ikea furnitures, wrapping up furnitures, as well as fragile electronics i could not finish packing, moving back and forth in 3 story townhouse. They were able to get the job done on estimated time (2 hours) and had pleasant experience overall. Highly Recommended!
