Kangaroo Movers

Kangaroo moved us from the Seattle area to Eugene, Oregon. They packed our household well and communicated throughout the move process. Our household goods arrived undamaged. We have also used them for smaller jobs in the past such as moving heavy specialized furniture. The pricing has always been very reasonable. The move from the Seattle area to Eugene was much less expensive than going with a major moving carrier.

Konstantin and his partner were super helpful! They moved our apartment efficiently and nothing was damaged in the move. They kept our large mirrors safe from damage by building padding around them. I would definitely hire again.

WOW. Moving is up there with going to the dentist and the DMV, as things that people hate doing... but Kangaroo Movers absolutely made our move as easy and effortless as possible. From our initial call to get a quote (which was so reasonable that we didn't even bother to call any other movers!) to the entire process leading up to the BIG DAY, their office staff (specifically Tati) was beyond professional, accommodating of last minute hiccups, genuinely empathetic, and extremely communicative. On the morning of, our 4 man crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. And when I mean immediately, I mean IMMEDIATELY. They just laid protective carpeting down on the walkways and within 10 minutes, they'd hauled all of our kitchen/bathroom/dining room/bedroom boxes out and onto the truck. (We're talking several dozen boxes!) In 30 more minutes, our sectional was completely and immaculately secured in movers wrap. And then our expensive media console, coffee table, dining table, mirrors, etc. we're all protected to the nth degree against any damage and wrapped in movers blankets. Our mattresses were all diligently shielded from the elements. Even our miscellaneous garage items, i.e. sleeping bags, camping chairs, etc. that we didn't think to pack due to their bulky size, were packed up into large protective boxes for us on site. They even dismounted and secured our 3 tvs in packing crates! These guys treated our each of our belongings as if it was their own furniture that they were carefully moving. The respect and care in which they handled our possessions was beyond reproach. They made every inch of the moving truck count and made every minute count. I still can't believe that they packed up our entire life into their truck in under 4 hrs... My husband and I have moved a total of 7 times together and this was beyond a doubt, the fastest, most efficient move out we've experienced. Kangaroo is holding onto our furniture (at a VERY fair rate I might add!) while we wait for our move in date in a few weeks, and I know that when the time comes to move into our new home, it is going to be just as professional and easy as our move out was. I hope this is our last move for a long time to come-- but if we need to move again, I am 100% absolutely using Kangaroo Movers again. They are legitimately THE best in value, in skill, and in service. Do yourself and your sanity a favor: call them and let them take care of you and your family, during one of the most stressful times of your life...!

The team assigned to the project were top notch to in every way: they were concerned about every item no matter if small, already boxed, or large - everything was handled with utmost care and efficiency, and quickly. The team far exceeded my expectations. I would hire Kangaroo again anytime!!

We moved from a 3 story walk-up (no elevator) to another apartment across town, and they were able to complete the job quickly and without damaging any of our belongings! They were very professional and friendly, and they showed up exactly when scheduled. Would definitely recommend!

The process was fast and easy. The movers came and quickly wrapped and lifted the couch to the second story. It’s a high risk move but they managed it professionally and did not damage the couch at all.

We had a team of 3 men with a box truck. The booking team communicated well via email and text to confirm everything ahead. On the day of the move, the team lead communicated their arrival time and was punctual and ready to work. The team worked hard and took care of our furniture, they took apart any large pieces and reassembled on delivery. No damage to speak of to the house or furniture they moved. They custom crated our tv and glass table tops to protect them, the tv crate was a recommended add to the package but well worth it. We did not have them pack any goods, but they brought the supplies they needed to wrap and pack furniture (tape, plastic wrap, couple boxes). I would advise checking what’s included in the offer when you speak with the booking team online to make sure you know what materials they include, it’s very clear! Overall they did a great job, placed everything where we asked and finished on time! Would (and already did!) recommend them to friends.

Kangaroo Movers did a fantastic job! On time and very professional and efficient. They handled all of our belongings carefully, and unloaded everything into the new home perfectly without any guidance. Highly recommend and will use again. My only criticism relates to how payment for the completed work was handled. Using cash gets you a lower rate, but I would've preferred a modern mobile transaction app/service (like Square, etc). Excellent experience overall, 5/5.

Kangaroo Movers responded to my inquiry very quickly and explained their reasonable rates for my long distance move. On the morning of moving day they let me know exactly when they would arrive. Alex and Nick were incredibly efficient and helpful. They promptly & carefully loaded the van and secured my belongings. When they arrived in great time to Olympia they were just as efficient and careful unloading my things. I highly recommend Kangaroo Movers and Alex and Nick!!

I was impressed by how hard these movers worked! They were speedy but super careful with our furniture: Everything got moved out of our old place and into the van and then unloaded in the new home much faster than I expected, and everything was set up in perfect condition. A very good experience!
