Kangaroo Movers helped me move from my 1 bedroom apartment to a house in June and I can't say enough good things. They were very efficient with loading and cleared out all of my many many things and furniture with skill and care. I was in my new home, with zero issues, in a matter of hours. All of the setup for the move was very professional and prompt as well. Would hire again!

Our movers were great. They showed up on time and we’re very personable. They were done with time to spare on the three hour minimum. With our remaining time they put together our beds, work desk, and unpacked our art, breaking down boxes and discarding the trash. Super helpful will definitely use them next time we move!

We've hired Kangaroo a number of times as we embarked on a complicated real estate odyssey this year. They've always been on-time, friendly, and FAST. Seriously. No wasted time here at all. We've got one more move coming up and we'll be booking them for sure! Easy to schedule and they get the job done right.

The move went very well, the men were kinda and very efficient. One of my lamps was broken during the move, but customer service has been very kind in helping me start a claim.

Very good. The townhome has tight narrow stairs and I wasn’t sure they would be able to get some of my bulkier items up there. They were very resourceful and were able to remove doors and disassemble furniture to make it all work.

Never had such a great moving experience before. Everything went quick and smooth. Highly recommend to hire these guys if you want to get stress free moving.

RESULTS FROM KANGAROO MOVERS: Before doing business with Kangeroo Movers, I believed all of the positive reviews. I put my confidence in Kangaroo Movers. Regretfully, they shot me in the back folks. There has to be something dishonest about some of the reviews. Don’t count on them. I tried to save a few Benjamin’s and found out that you get what you pay for. One Kangeroo Movers employee on the phone was rude to my wife in a way that I never would have tolerated if I were in the room with him. All my wife wanted to know was why we had to call them to find out we were rescheduled from morning to night. She felt that they should have communicated more proactively. We were trusting them with our lifetime belongings. They were radio silent all the sudden when we needed them most. Who treats customers like that? In this competitive economy, there was no support, no training, no service, and no patience or common courtesy. I blame this on poor leadership. This company won’t survive this new age in customer service. They could be out of business in two to three years. I don’t write reviews often but based on my experience and background, I know a future failing business when I see one. Further to this, Kangaroo Movers were twelve hours late. The truck they sent with three possible contracted employees arrived at the storage facility business next door instead of the storage company I use. I had to go find them and direct them to the right facility. In retrospect, I should have taken a picture of this foreman and crew when I found them. A picture speaks a thousand words! I didn’t realize it at first but the Kangeroo Movers driver and worker didn’t seem to understand me. At first, it was hard to explain to them that they were at the wrong storage business location. Finally, the foreman got out of the truck to help. He understood me and translated. They eventually drove over from the other storage company to the right place. Not sure how they missed the rendezvous point in the first place because I texted to be sure they had the right address. There were three movers, including the foreman. When they got there, all I could hear from the foreman were excuses. One of many excuses was that he had other cargo and not enough space. I think the late hour, long day and darkness took its toll in these three. I asked if he could take what Kangaroo Movers had agreed tofrom his list until the truck was full. I just wanted to get our sofas, beds and essential into our new home first. We were excited after a long wait due to renovations and a few unexpected plumbing repairs. I would have settled for anything. Anyway, this went back and forth. I finally realized that the Kangeroo Movers’ team sent were just unmotivated and looking into a dark packed storage unit with dismay. They obviously didn’t want to load anything into the truck. They had an inventory of what we agreed on that should have been loaded early that morning instead of late evening. They decided not to load it at all. Then, I directly asked the foreman why he didn’t show up when scheduled? You see, I took off work three hours to be there during the arrival time window that Kangaroo Movers provided prior to the reschedule they did. He immediately started with excuses and claimed my wife didn’t confirm when he texted her. That’s when I realized that dishonesty was in the mix. Folks, my wife is a real homemaker. She answers all text, phone calls, friend request and emails, all that stuff, all day long. He was full of it. We had been told early that morning by a rude employee that the truck broke down in route. Coordinate your excuses guys. In closing, my opinion is why gamble on hollow promises. Keep looking for reliability, integrity, and service. Simply put, you’re taking your chances here with Kangaroo Movers.

1. Came in very late. The appointment was for the movers to arrive between 2-5pm. They walked in at 5.50pm and sometimes took a break as well (which is ok). But the entire job was completed at 10.30pm. Waste of our time as well as theirs. 2. No red carpet in old house as well as new house. It was raining. Walked in with wet shoes and the carpet became dirty in the old house. In the new house, I asked them to remove the shoes 3. Some furniture which had fabric, I asked them to put in wardrobe boxes. Inspite of that he took it out and it got wet in the rain. 4. They scratched the walls in the old apartment (pic attached) as well as the new apartment when bringing stuff down and the leasing office will charge me for this. When I asked them to be careful, they said it is what it is and they can't help it. I made a huge mistake by hiring them for the second time. Different people came in this time and had a very bad experience overall. If they had come on time and done the job patiently, they could have avoided all of this. Now I'm at a huge loss

These guys are outstanding! They arrived during the window of time that they said they would. They were polite and professional. They moved everything from fragile antiques to insanely heavy boxes of books with great care. There was no damage to any of the buildings or items moved. The move was complicated. It was a mix of to and/or from five different locations. It was from a 2nd floor to a 2nd floor (no elevators). It was also the hottest day in over a month. They worked fast and continuously, but carefully. I had to encourage them to take breaks, since the job took 7 hours. And they had a good attitude the entire time. Kangaroo Movers are vastly better than the last company I used (Jordan River). I highly recommend Kangaroo Movers to anyone who wants the job done right.

STAY AWAY!! I originally hired Pack and Laod Services who is just a 3rd party company that hires local movers and I was sent Kangagroo movers. What a joke!!! Be aware that this company is not a permitted moving company within the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and does not have an active business license with the Secretary or state and despite what their website says, they are NOT licensed and bonded-you can check the WA secretary or State website yourself. This company will destroy your belongings and you will have no recourse. I complained to the BBB, AG Office, Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and even PODS, all with no result. Their job took 2 days when I was quoted one day, I ended up spending over 4k only to receive all my items completely destroyed. The mover then tried to coerce me into signing their waiver that says they are not liable for damages over $250, this is on the invoice you sign for the day confirming how many hours the crew spent at your house and how many boxes were used. One day if there is a class action, I will be happy to join that since this company is scandalous and unethical to say the least. I have been referred to mediation from the AG's office and the BBB but I doubt that will yield any results for the thousands of dollars in damage to my furniture since I actually contracted with Pack and Load movers in Florida but it was Kangaroo Movers that performed the work. HORRIBLE!!!

We hired two people for the move. Could not be more satisfied. The two guys that showed up were quick and efficient. Wrapped all our furniture, mattresses, and even offered to box items that we had not yet had ready for them. Loved that they supplied the truck and the labor. Absolutely earned some happy customers with us.

Aivar and Bruce were excellent...although they were late, they absolutely made up it all up. They definitely know what they'really doing, wrapped up furniture, and systematically arranged them in their truck, no time was wasted. Extremely happy with their services, and already recommended them to my relatives who will need movers in the near future!

Guys arrived on time.i was worrying that all my stuff wouldn't fit to the truck cause I have really a lot of stuff.but they packed everything so well that we could fit even more stuff.they got to the destination sooner then me. Unloading went smooth as well. Thank you.
