These guys were awesome! My front yard was a disaster of weeds, random shrubs, crazy root systems and uneven soil. In a couple hours they had all of it removed, evened and sodded. Very responsive, professional and efficient.

They showed up on time. Very professional.

Carlos was very helpful at every step, and instructed me carefully in the best way to set up the watering system. Weeks later, he also helped me better learn the app. He came to my house, without charge, and solved my dilemma. He is competent and thorough.

There job has not been very professional. The quality of work is not good enough.

After seeing my review Carlos emailed and said he can stop by to cleanup. Even though we have already cleaned it up and we don t need him to stop by, I can tell he is truly caring his business and wants to provide great customer service. So I have updated the review here to let people know that!

JS did a great job with the sprinkler system and adapting to a late change request. Only issue was the attention to detail, aggregate step got chipped with machinery and patch is unsightly. Also would have appreciated more attention to clean up, sidewalk left dirty and stains left on decking. Otherwise, Carlos and team work hard provide great customer service and take time to explain how the system works. Would recommend.

We were looking to level, add new sod and install sprinkler system for our 1,800 sq ft (pretty crappy) back yard. This team was very prompt when it came to scheduling a consultation and the actual project. Carlos was very professional and detailed in explaining what was to be done and the costs. We were delayed slightly because of the weather but he kept us in the loop every step of the way. The price ended being exactly as quoted and it was done within 3 days. And now our lawn looks AMAZING! I would recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again.

Leveled a bumpy backyard lawn, removed an old sidewalk, installed a french drain and new sod all in a single day. The yard looks great and the price was right.

JS Landscaping came in and hand cleared a steep hillside of alders and blackberries. They did a very good job of handling the the job and were completed in a shorter time than we anticipated. The fee was significant but we couldn’t have done the work ourselves so it was worth it. Customer service was outstanding.

They were able to start right away and did high quality work. Our yard looks great!
