They were on time, thoughtful, friendly, professional, no-drama, and stuck to the estimate. They took into consideration that I had pets and recommended and used the appropriate products - and even put in extra nails knowing how dogs are. The synthetic lawn looks amazing and so well done. They also finished early so that was nice. I would totally recommend Carlos and his crew and will use him in the future if I need anything.

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job renovating my townhouse backyard. He was super easy to communicate with and did my project in a timely manner, everything took only 2 days to complete. Carlos and his team were phenomenal!! It has been one month since he completed our yard and fence project and we are still thrilled with the result. After we requested several bids from companies, he came over the same day to provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable and suggested we use ecology blocks rather than paver blocks to extend our yard and flatten a large slope. His quote was reasonable, which included the retaining wall, filling with dirt, seeding grass, and fencing the entire perimeter of our back yard. We are so happy we went with Carlos' and JS Landscape & Excavation. The work was completed on time in 10 days over the holidays. Unbelievable amount of work and we were so impressed with his crew. (In fact, my neighbor also contacted them to do concrete work and fencing because she was so impressed by their work ethic and end result.) A++ work. Thank you!

We used this company to update our faulty sprinkler system. We had an excellent experience and I highly recommend. Carlos doesnâ t talk much, but he knows what he is doing. He responded promptly to our inquiry,, advised us well on how to proceed with repairing and updating our system, and did a thorough job. . He kept me updated during the workday. He and his team worked steadily and left our property tidy when they were finished. I am very happy with him.

They were great! Started the job way faster than I expected and their work was quick and of great quality. The cleanup was good but a few larger rocks were left on the turf, however, this was to be expected. I would for sure use them again in the future.

Carlos and his team did excellent work. We had JS Landscaping come out to do two different things: 1. installing our sprinklers and a drip system in our front and back yard and 2. determining water mitigation around our foundation. Every day the team showed up early put in a lot of time and got the job done well. We have an old house from the 20s with a lot of quirks in the way the property was draining off rainwater. Carlos provided really good solutions for water mitigation and adjusted the plan as they found quirky stuff like a clogged drainage pipe from another property running right up against our foundation. And another area of the foundation that had not been sealed properly Carlos really thought through a robust solution and adjusted plans with good ideas when odd new problems were uncovered underground. They also used really good hardware for the sprinklers. The team really went above and beyond to deliver high quality. Highly recommended.

Carlos and his team were great! We hired them to install an entire irrigation system on our 14000sq ft lot, and they cranked it out in two days! They worked hard, showing up early, and leaving late. We had told Carlos there was one small section in the yard we didn t want irrigation...of course right after he finished, we changed our mind, but that wasn t a problem because Carlos was happy to come back and add a couple heads. Very reliable, good price, and great communication! I highly recommend JS Landscaping.

JS Landscaping and Carlos Sanchez were amazing and I love my new sprinkler system. During the quote process, Carlos was by far the best communicator. He came by when he said he would and sent the estimate when he said he would. After choosing JS Landscaping, Carlos told me he would be here on Wednesday. Something happened and Carlos contacted me to tell me heâ d be here on Thursday. His team showed up right when he said they would. Carlos designed a great system that does everything I could ask for and more. The team worked their tails off and impressed my whole neighborhood. Carlos made sure that each sprinkler head worked like I wanted it to, answered my numerous questions, installed the controller the way I wanted it, trained me on how to use the app, fixed up the lawn, and had everything well cleaned up.
