I had a small project: excavating then filling in a planting area with topsoil; transplanting some shrubs and spreading some play chips. Work was done quickly and looks great

They did one job for me and didn't tell me he did damage to the house. I called numerous times afterward and they would not return my calls.

This review is a long time coming. We hired Carlos last August to install sod in our back yard. Carlos was quick to schedule the sod installation an did a great job. Eight months later, and even through the winter, our sod looks like it did when it was freshly placed. We would definitely use JS Landscape services again and probably will be contacting him soon to install sod in our front yard.

I would hire Carlos again in a heartbeat. I trusted him to re-landscape my entire property. He installed sprinklers, dug a trench for drainage issues, laid sod, bark and gravel and did hardscaping. I gave him my vision on how I wanted the hardscaping and he took that and it turned out beautifully. If you have the opportunity to work with Carlos, you won't be disappointed in what he delivers.

when Carlos came out to my house he looked at the project and gave me a bid. I asked for a written bid which I received the same day via email. I really appreciated the promptnes and accepted the bid. We agrreed on a day for the work to be done and he and his crew were on time and did a great job. He listened to what I had to say and what I wanted done, He made a couple great suggestions and did a great job. He left the job site clean and orderly and I would recommend his company any time. Great work for a good price! The team is friendly, not afraid of hard work (we live on a slope and they had to bring stones and tools up 25 steps to get to our back yard), and they got the job done on budget and on time. Will be happy to hire them again, for our next projects.

Willing to work on very short notice and many of the recommendations didn't even show up. Better get everything in writing because he will do not one thing not already agreed to. And his memory was not the same as mine. I paid way too much for what they did. He said he was coming with a crew and showed up with one guy and himself, so he didn't get the job done when he promised. Came back to fix broken sprinkler and 'finish' what he had missed. Still didn't get everything he agreed too.

Carlos answered his phone on the first call; he came out that same night to give me an estimate for the job and arrived right on time; he completed my project two days later, and arrived even earlier than he had stated (a good thing, in my book!). He removed our enormous pampas grass quickly and efficiently, and was a lovely person to work with from start to finish.

JS Landscape did a excellent job for us. They arrived on time and worked steady all day. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend them for all your gardening and landscape projects.
