Jessica was the listing agent for my home that I recently sold. I work with many Real Estate Agents in my line of work (Residential Home Loans) so I had my choice of the best out there. Jessica is a standout though....she is always professional and has a can do attitude. It takes a team and Jessica is one of our favorites to work with so I chose her when I decided to sell my home. As expected, she is organized, knowledgeable, kind, patient and kept me calm and updated.

Jessica was exceptionally easy to work with and is very good at what she does. Our entire buying process, from asking Jessica to be our agent to closing on our house took about 3 weeks. When we first met with her we were impressed by her attention to detail, knowledge of the market and her consultative approach and style. We looked at one house and knew immediately that we wanted to make an offer on it. Jessica expertly guided us through the nuances of pricing in the current market conditions and steered us to a successful offer. We bought our first house with Jessica in 2010 and had a very positive experience. Over the past year, we started to think about buying something slightly bigger to meet the needs of our growing family. Given how crazy the market in Seattle has been the last couple of years, we were really dreading how stressful the whole process would be - multiple offers, waived contingencies, escalators, etc. Even worse, we were also extremely picky about the location and general layout of the house, and told Jessica as much when we met with her last fall. We weren't really planning to look at houses around Christmas, but one went on the market that met our many criteria, and we decided to go look at it with Jessica. We liked the house, and decided to put an offer in the same day. Our offer (which was below asking price) was accepted very quickly, meaning we bought the first house we looked at! Because of Jessica?s hard work, we didn?t have to give up anything during negotiations- no haggling over price, and the sellers made all the repairs we asked (including closing cost credits). More importantly, during both of our home purchases Jessica has been a great source of knowledge and advice about home buying, ownership, maintenance, and remodeling, so we felt very confident about our decisions throughout the process. She is super responsive on email/phone (even over the holidays), and very proactive about making sure we were on track to close and letting us know what to expect at every step along the way. Moreover, she does all of this while being very laid back and has never made us feel pressured. We are about to list our first house for sale through Jessica and she has provided great advice and guidance for getting that property market-ready as well. The fact that we've worked with Jessica through two home purchases and one sale speaks for itself, but to be very explicit, we can't recommend her highly enough!

Jessica was wonderful!! She worked with us for several months from 2014 until we actually listed our home in September 2015. Her advice on the process, the repairs/changes that we should make, marketing strategy, pricing, staging and timing was excellent. We bought a condo in Chicago in July and then moved in early September which meant that we weren't in town for the sale of our house. You really need someone who you can trust in that situation. Jessica is that person. She arranged for the staging, took beautiful pictures of the property, prepared amazing marketing materials and worked very hard to get the property sold. She even handled a garage roof leak that happened after we got an offer but before we closed--finding a contractor that could get in quickly and make repairs. In the end we received 9 offers in less than a week and sold the property for approximately 11% over asking. We were very pleased!

I worked with Jessica to buy my first house, and she was a very organized, detailed, and professional partner in this process. I never had to wait longer than a few hours or a day at most to hear back from her, and she was very easy to get ahold of via phone or email. She was particularly effective in helping to develop a strategy for creating a competitive offer when another prospective buyer entered the picture. We were successful in our bid! She recommended a home inspector who did a GREAT job, and was also very helpful in facilitating the closing process by providing me with helpful guidance on what needed to happen when, what to expect, etc. She even sent me an email with all the utility company contact information (including links to online forms where available). I would have no qualms sending my closest friends and family to her should they be in the market to buy or sell.

She was patient in answering all our questions and very knowledgeable. Jessica was easy to get in touch with and organized - very important in this competitive market. Jessica was phenomenal every step of the way for our process of selling our house and buying a new one. We worked with Jessica when we bought our home for the first time, and thought she was incredible, so it was an easy decision to go back to her when we had to buy a new house and sell our existing one on a very short timeline. Our financing was really complex and changed a few times because of having to buy and sell at the same time. Jessica tracked it even better than our lender, and kept everyone in-line and on-track with her incredible eye for detail and her firm, direct, tenacious, and always kind approach to dealing with all parties. We didn't have a lot of time to find a place, and we were moving under some very stressful personal circumstances, but somehow Jessica made the process feel spacious and calm and even fun! From the binder she gave us to help with searching to the easy way she explained complex paperwork to the cupcakes she brought the whole inspection crew -- Jessica is flawless in her approach. She helped us find our absolute dream home and to make a strong offer and win the bid. We are so elated. At the same time she found us our dream home, Jessica helped us sell our existing house at nearly 50k over the price we hoped to get! We were totally overwhelmed at the prospect of selling, and just like with buying, Jessica broke it down into very manageable and clear steps we needed to take, and she helped us to take each of them. Jessica was great and helped us through the home buying process. Being unfamilar with the local house-buying process here advice provide useful. Aside from a slightly slow initial response she was always available and happy to schedule viewings at short notice even during her busy period. Even when she was out of town for a few days she ensured that one of her colleagues was available to help us. This was important, since during a fast moving market we wanted to be in a position to make an offer quickly. Overall, we were very pleased with Jessica and would recommend her to others.

What we love about working with Jessica is that we feel we can completely trust her advice and opinions, and at the same time, we feel that the ultimate decisions have been completely in our hands. Jessica worked with me to sell my home in January. Then she helped me to locate and purchase my new Condo. She did reduce her % for her fee. She was able to work with me about staging and Pet issues I had when listing my Home. She was creative and understood my position. She made it all work and presented my Home in the best way. On the flip side...She took the time to help me locate my home which took 3-4 months. I am a hand full and she was always patient and professional with me. She always did a excellent job to solve any issue that would come up in the process. Jessica is someone you can Trust as she knows all the in's and out's of buying and selling. I used one of her inspectors that she works with. His report was very helpful and did a fantastic job. Also a Mortgage broker who also was very helpful and had a wonderful team. We found Jessica on Angie's list, so we wanted to write a review to help other people who are looking for a real estate agent. My husband and I would highly recommend Jessica. We were first time home buyers and Jessica was wonderful to work with! She helped us through the entire process. She showed us a lot of houses and she helped guide us in the right direction and point out details of the properties. We ended up buying a new house that was already mostly built. Jessica worked with the builder to ensure that we got what we wanted and fought for a few extras for us. She was there for all of our appointments throughout the closing process and allowed us to ask any questions that we had. She was very patient with us and we never felt rushed. Besides being a very good real estate agent, she is also a very nice person who is easy to talk to. We really appreciate everything that she did for us!

Jessica worked with me on the agent contract, helped me to decide a number of things so that the house would show better, and went out of her way to do extra things for me, like using a deodorant on the carpet when other agent feedback indicated that there was still some pet odor.
