During routine inspection of a sewer line for root intrusions, a hole was discovered. The side sewer was shared by 2 other buildings including a laundromat. Aaron coordinated with the other 2 building owners to find a 24 hour period where the work could be completed. Work was done in the time promised and clean up was excellent. I had other bids on the job which were several times larger and would take much more time.

It was a challenging job and they saw it through and cleared out the blockage.

I called Jafco on the 4th of July. They came out on time the following day and completed the job at a reasonable price. I felt like they were honest and would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Jafco was very professional, punctual, and competitively priced. Very satisfied.

Isaac showed up right on time. He wasted no time in diagnosing my problem. Because it was an issue he couldn't fix (the appliance is broken), he gave me some sound advice and didn't charge me anything. Wow! That was really nice of him. If I have another plumbing issue, I'll be sure to give him a call.

Ron at Jafco changed out my 1960s brushed nickel tub/shower fixtures to new oil rubbed bronze fixtures and I couldn’t be more pleased! Ron was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough and efficient. We ran into a few minor issues, including a defective seal on the new shower head, an old spout that wouldn’t come off, and a required revision to convert the twist on faucet to a pull-on. Ron immediately had solutions/parts to each and every issue. He was meticulous with leak inspection and left not a single leak all for a very competitive price. I highly recommend Ron and Jafco.

The Jafco team has been such an awesome company to work with. I called them in the evening on a Tuesday about a clogged sink and they were able to come the next morning at 8am (they could have come sooner, but charge an after-hours fee, and because this wasn't an emergency, I was fine to wait until morning). They worked hard to fix the problem and had to make some repairs. They were very thorough and affordable. We ended up hiring them for other plumbing needs (replacing our water heater) and have provided great options and advice. I'd definitely recommend Jafco to anyone with plumbing needs! Quick, responsive, responsible, and will get the job done!

The company representative was very responsive and pleasant on the phone and set an appointment for the morning of the following day. The plumber showed up a few minutes early and got the job done in no time. My kitchen is back in operation, thank goodness! I will definitely call Jafco Plumbing if the problem recurs in the future.

The company responded to my request immediately and was able to come to my home the next morning. The technician was punctual and friendly, and I appreciated that he had the company logo on his uniform which put me at ease when answering my door. The only thing I would suggest is for the company to consider having shoe covers for the technician to wear when they walk through the house. Overall, I would hire them again and/or recommend them to others!

It went amazingly well. They started right away, the jobsite was cleaned up when they were done, and there were no overnight delays. Aaron was professional and very nice. The price was right. The concrete looks amazing after the work was done. I am very happy.

The service was fine. They were professional but the service took awhile to complete. I worked with Aarron who made us feel the most comfortable which is why we went with them.

To make a long story short-Aaron and his wife Beth, from Jafco Sewer Repair are angels! I'm a teacher (I had Aaron and Beth's kids in my class) and I was unprepared for dealing with problems with my pipes. I was having trouble with my basement sink overflowing whenever I ran my washing machine. I called Aaron and he was extremely responsive and came out quickly to check on the problem. After running a scope down the pipe, he found a break in the line and LOTS of tree roots. Aaron opened up a small area in my patio, ran a hydro Jett down the pipe to help get rid of the roots and then added a pipe liner. The job was started and finished in a few days. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate all that Aaron did. He's extremely honest, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Hooray, my washing machine no longer causes my basement sink to overflow. A million thanks!!!
