Very quick and easy service to get our bathtub drain unclogged, 10/10!

Arrived on time and fixed promptly.

After scoping our sewer lines, Max from Jafco gave me 2 options. He explained each one in layman terms, laid out what would be done each day. They replaced a collapsed pipe , added an outside clean out and lined our sewer pipes out to the connection with the main. The crews showed up on time with no parking signs, let us know when they were done for the day and cleaned up after they were done. Price wise they were a bit lower than others with les digging involved. Thoroughly professional. Totally worth the cost knowing we won’t have to be concerned about a broken sewer and paying $40000 to dig up the street and sidewalk.

The guys from Jafco were really communicative, friendly, informative and overall easy to work with. They answered all of our questions promptly and they were very thorough in their review of the job and explained the recommendations well. We received bids from multiple companies so I really feel like we made an educated decision in hiring them. Their prices were competitive but it was their customer service that made the decision. I hope to not need to hire them again, but would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Better than one could hope. We weren’t prepared to spend as much on any home repairs but this made sense. Max at Jafco explained it all and showed me via their scope, how much our drain pipe had deteriorated and what it would take to fix it. He and his teams are, start-to-finish, very professional and courteous and efficient and thorough. Everything we expected from a professional service. The best thing amongst all the other great experiences we had with Jafco was how quickly they scheduled our services. So very glad we chose them!

Jafco did a fabulous job! My sewer line was full of roots, had a crack and needed a sleeve installed. This is the 2nd line that Jafco has added a sleeve to and I highly recommend them!

Excellent, I had two quality plumbers come out to the house, and we started with the easiest, cheapest solutions. I have these folks on my speed dial, they are my go to plumber for quickly resolving issues at an entirely fair price!

Drainage line serving kitchen and laundry was backing up on Thanksgiving morning. We muddled through that day and contacted Jafco based on their hours and reviews. They scheduled us for Saturday morning but had to reschedule for mid-afternoon. Devin and Josh showed up on time and worked for approx. 1 hour. However they only had a 15 foot long cable with them and could not clear the pipe. They arranged to have another technician come by later that afternoon. Ron showed up as expected and, using a 70 foot cable, managed to clear the pipe. Frankly if I were the one doing it I would have given up earlier but Ron was particularly stubborn in a good way. We were back in business with all appliances draining, even better than they had previously. Good job Jafco and great job Ron!

They communicated very well with regard to when they would arrive at my house. When they first arrived we all thought it would be a simple fix. But the cable machine struggled getting down the clean-out pipe. The relatively young technician realized the struggles and called his boss for help. The boss not only helped but came out to the house and, with his 25+ years of experience, was able to get the cable to the problem spot. They worked the problem for a long time to make sure it was properly cleared and then thoroughly tested their work and cleaned up. And when they gave me the invoice, it was still the price they quoted me over the phone. Thank you George and Isaac. Jafco is now my go to plumbing company and will recommend you to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

The job went well. Communication was good with sales and project manager(s). They scoped out the sewer line and let me see the clogs/breaks. Cleanup was done well. I would definitely hire them agaiin!

Ok but no foot covering when entering house. Felt he was mostly interested in doing more expensive work which may or may not be needed.

Jafco arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and a bent outflow tube in the disposal causing a backup in the water flow and a buildup of grease and other food particles. The tube was not able to replaced or fixed, however they did have a new disposal in the truck and were able to install. The cost of the disposal was on par with going to Home Depo or Lowes and the install increase the cost of work by only $20. I would hire again.

They showed up that day, found where the break was, and installed a temporary fix so I could use that bathroom again. The job was completed a couple of days later which I thought was reasonable. The cost for the diagnostic work was a little higher than what was estimated when I called, but final bill for the repair was no higher than initial estimate. So overall, everything seemed totally reasonable.

They offered a free estimate, of course, and Josh came by to take a look. First he poked around both of the downspout ground drain issues, providing incredibly useful insight as to the overall replacement fix (and general pricing range) vs. alternatives both from Jafco and DIY. Then, Josh started scoping my sewer line (upon house purchase 3 years ago, a different plumber had pointed out some potential breaks), which yielded some surprisingly positive results, thankfully. He pointed out some future potential clogs and offered some suggestions, very kindly and patiently entertaining my endless questions. He provided me with a general future quote for installing a sewer liner, and to top it off, he'd recorded the sewer run and emailed me the video for me to keep with my house records! All of this was done for free and my interactions with him, his knowledge and willingness to share it, and the quoted price all mean that I definitely plan to hire them once I've saved up for the preventative sewer maintenance. Highly recommended.

We knew we had a problem when running the washing machine made bubbles then water come up a toilet and shower drain. We'd had it scoped about a year ago and things were fine back then. Our appointment was arranged the evening before for the 8 to 10 am slot. The guy showed up about 8:45 in company van and looked and acted professional. He got a sense of the problem and how to start and went out to retrieve the auger/camera combo. Within half an hour he'd removed our clog, shown us the issue there with potential for re-occurrence on the video readout, and finished scoping all the way out to the street sewer connection including showing us one other area of potential concern. He offered to mark those spots in the yard for our follow up. As he cleaned up and we paid, a project manager came by to check in and offer any other services we might need to ensure total peace of mind but for $ we didn't want to spend. They were both gone by 10am. Angie's List membership saved us $50 off the scope/short auger bill that's usually $250 before tax. If we needed the real rooter, that would have cost $400 but they were going to give us the same $50 discount for that service bill if it came to it. We greatly appreciate their help and kind and thorough service. It was done so fast I forgot to take a picture of the tool and process.

Excellent! Arrived right when estimated and had the equipment to locate problem (soft blockage after 49 years of living in this house). Done and cleaned up in one hour. Also located location of sewer line to street main sewer. Well worth the $100 tip given for job!
