Staff from GreenClean Seattle have always been professional and supremely friendly. They do a great job and we highly recommend them.

Overall it went well, my only complaint is that they were a little slow, however they were very complete.

I appreciated Green Cleaning's responsiveness and organized approach to ensure they maximize the time their staff is at your house. Robyn, our particular team member, did a fantastic job of deep-cleaning our master bathroom as well as providing a general clean of our 3-story townhome. She was extremely friendly and solicited feedback while she was working (I was in the house at the same time) to ensure she was meeting my expectations. I would certainly use Green Cleaning in the future (Robyn especially), however will explore other cleanings services since Green Cleaning does not clean litter boxes (this may be an industry standard, but I'm holding out for a service that does everything!).

They did a brilliant job. I really loved them. They were energetic and covered everything. It all looked great and they were perfect. I would have used them again in a heart beat if I needed a routine service.

Most cleaners do a thorough job. They use benign non-toxic cleaning products like vinegar, simple soaps and essential oils. It gets the job done without harsh chemicals. That's especially important to us because we have little kids. One time a cleaner broke a microwave turntable tray. This was reported promptly by the cleaner and the office. There was no problem getting reimbursement for that accidental breakage. Sometimes the cleaners accidentally exacerbate a problem such as a towel rack loose from drywall, but that's really more about crappy fixtures than the cleaners. Overall we are pleased with the quality & responsiveness of the service. They will customize what they do to our needs. We've used them for well over a year and will continue to do so. It's a pain to de-clutter the house for them (they can't clean a total pigstye) the night before cleaning, but this makes us keep things reasonably ordered in a chaotic household with two working parents and two little kids. We've urged friends (who live in miserable pigsties of their own making) to give these folks a try.

Much better then I expected, she needed extra time because she could not get it all done in 5 hours. This was fine except it was night time and I did not want her here till 9pm. The company was nice and the person who came was very nice. She really did the best she could do in the time she had (we have dogs and the house gets dirty!) I really wanted all of the mold removed but she informed me that that I am going to have to get someone who can use bleach because the green cleaners just cant get it all off. She was great the only things that were not great is she showed up at 2:05pm (window to show up was 12-2) I just assumed she would show up before 2, next time i will pick the earlier arrivals. The other thing was I took out all the garbage before she came and i found tissue in the bathroom with what appeared to be lipstick, this made me nervous i hope she was not using mine!

Overall great. I was very hesitant to hire an outside company to clean our house. I tend to want to do it myself thus ensuring that the house is cleaned to my specifications. The company was great from my very first e-mail - they took the time to understand my concerns and areas of hesitation or uncertainty with a cleaning service and addressed each and every one of them from the get go - thus building and establishing confidence with me from the start. They told me who my regular cleaning team would be - and on the day of the cleaning - the team (2 people - 1 being our main cleaner, and the other the backup in case of illness or vacation) arrived and took great care and were very thorough in their cleaning. one of my big concerns in hiring out the house cleaning is that our home has many one of kind finishes and installations that are now irreplaceable. the Green Cleaning team really took time to understand and acknowledge these items - and approached our home with the same care we would take with it - which is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend Green Cleaning Seattle.

It was very good. I had never met a young woman before who seemed so dedicated to removing mildew from my bathtub. They generally were friendly and pleasant with my dogs.

It turned out fine. They were great and very environmental.
