It was great. Communication from the office was excellent - they realized early on that they would need more time for the job, called to confirm that was okay and then sent an extra cleaner. They weren't able to get to all of the windows, and made sure to let me know that in advance. During the deep clean, I got a number of calls and emails updating me, which was great. They were friendly and professional. I've hired them on as a regular service.

This was a move-out cleaning job. They started by showing up on time with a positive attitude. Efficiently we toured my apartment as I pointed out areas of concern. The lead cleaner took photos with her cell phone as 'before' pictures. I left them with my cell number, asked that they call when nearly finished, and spent my time at a nearby coffee shop. Within 10 minutes of the estimated finish time they called. I saw that two things I'd wanted done hadn't been so I graciously asked and equally as graciously and very efficiently they completed the tasks. They cleaned all that they agreed to clean including under the free-standing claw foot bathtub! That was a chore well worth the money. The apartment was odor-free meaning it did not smell of anything dirty or of any cleaning materials, no lingering bleach aroma. Thanks to them I received my entire deposit back! Thank You!

A 2-person team cleaned my home from top to bottom. It was quite dusty and took longer than expected. The office called me to get approval for an extra hour, which I thought was very professional. All communication was thorough and concise. The team arrived on time. They were friendly and went right to work. They did a super job cleaning my place. The only negative was that a glass platter was knocked off a table and broke. The office contacted me right away, and the cleaning team left me a note about it. The GCS office was very prompt in offering to reimburse me to a replacement, which I expected but they were very forthcoming about it. All in all, a great experience.

I purchased a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I had a lot of cleaning to do so it took them extra time. I had additional charges, but I expected it. They did a great job of cleaning and I really appreciated their quality of work. They were very punctual and the individuals who showed up were pleasant. I stayed home for about an hour to see how they were doing and then I left to go to work. They finished cleaning and locked the door to my satisfaction on their own, so I was happy with that. They called their office to get approval to work the extra time and then the office called me to get my approval for them to stay the extra time. I appreciated that kind of procedure instead of just billing me later without my knowledge. The only negative in the whole thing was during the course of cleaning they knocked over a glass platter that I had that was kind of unique. It broke and the office actually emailed me right away, telling me it happened. The gals cleaned up the broken glass and the mess and left me a real nice note saying how sad they were. The office said they would reimburse me for replacement, which I was able to locate, order and get. They sent me a reimbursement check today for the cost of a new platter. However, the old one had some sentimental value to it so I was sad to see it happen. But I understand that accidents happen. They did good quality work on the sweeping and dusting. Dusting was probably the worst part of the job. The price was a little higher than I expected to pay, but it was not unreasonable. They were there when they said they would be and were very professional about what they were doing. They jumped right in when they arrived.

The cleaning was expensive for just 900 sq feet, especially as they'd cleaned it a couple of weeks earlier. But I knew that going in and was okay with it. Then they added a 4% surcharge for Paypal. I thought Paypal prohibits merchants from charging a fee for its use, so I checked the merchant agreement online and confirmed that is indeed the case. But when I sent Green Cleaning a link to that clause and asked them to remove the charge, they ignored it. Their only response was to suggest I pay by check to avoid the fee. I won't be using them again.

Green Cleaning Seattle did a fantastic job on our place. Communication from the staff was excellent. They were flexible in scheduling and arrangements for providing access to the apartment. The staff even contacted us during the cleaning job to let us know that additional time would be needed to address all issues. The results were fantastic.

After I moved, I needed a new cleaning service in the area. The cost for this service was higher than I had been quoted by other companies and more than the cost to clean my previous, larger 2BR condo with my last service provider but I decided I was willing to pay a bit more for quality. The first clean was a "deep clean" and was done well. The quality deteriorated after that however. One day I returned home to sticky wood floors that I needed to mop just so I could walk on them. Other times, various surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen weren't clean. Nothing that was underneath anything (sofa, small appliances, etc) ever seemed to be cleaned after that first visit. Despite emailing instructions to the service regarding the trash/recycling/ compost location in the garage AND leaving notes in the condo for the cleaner, ~25% of the time, the cleaner didn't empty the garbage, recycling and compost with a note that it couldn't be found. I'm used to having to pick up before the cleaner comes but having to clean after the cleaners was frustrating considering the price. Finally I started traveling a lot for work for it was difficult for me to stick to the same day/time schedule. The only way to resolve this was to pay more for the service that I already felt like I was overpaying for (given the mediocre quality) so I canceled after ~6 months. Really, it was a blessing because I should have canceled long before.

They only sent one person and it took about 10 hours. She was focusing on areas that didn't really need cleaned as much. I called and got someone else to come out the next day to finish.

They send a very long questionnaire to fill out before you obtain their services and are very clear with what and how much cleaning they do for what price. They responded to my concerns immediately. However I have changed my mind once I realized the amount of time I bought to clean my house via this special would not be sufficient without hiring more hours from them.

I have used their services monthly since April or May. They are on time and good with communicating any changes. I was happy enough with them to recommend them to our neighbors. The people that come by are always friendly and they are accommodating in the fact that we have pets. They have resolved any issues that have came up and even provided us with coupons in the past.

I needed someone on short notice and on a Saturday. I was really happy to have an appointment a few days later on a Saturday. My condo is 1200 SF and was deep cleaned 5 months ago when I moved in. A really lovely woman cleaned my condo. She did a nice job, arrived on-time, and brought all her own supplies and equipment. But I don't think it was really a 6 hour job. I plan to keep looking for a regular provider, but in a pinch, I would use them again.

It has been great. They were very quick to get out here. It was within my schedule. They charge by the hour. It was within the coupon. They are very efficient, very professional and the customer service is good. They have a 24-hour turn around time; if I need to change my schedule, they are very cooperative. They have excellent teams. They do a good job and I can see why they demand a higher price. I will continue to use them.

Very well! Needed cleaners to come during a specific time time window, on a specific date and they were great at making these arrangements and making sure they understood exactly what we needed. Sylvia arrived on time and did a wonderful job. We will hire them again.

I've been really happy with Green Cleaning Seattle. Several different cleaners have come to my house, and they are all friendly, cheerful, and personable. They are respectful of my pets, and of my work (I work from home, so they have to clean around me). It's so nice to have a clean house, and to know that they aren't using nasty chemicals.

We have used Green Cleaning Seattle for over a year now. In addition to monthly visits, we moved from Seattle to Bothell and used this company for move-out and move-in cleaning as well. Every time we have been satisfied with the results. Most of the time the employees are on-time. Every employee has been courteous and accommodating to any special requests. I've been very happy with them since starting regular service with them. The house is spotless, and most importantly, does not reek of strong chemical cleaners. I had tried other "eco-friendly" cleaners, but they tended to use stronger cleaning products that left our house smelling for a couple of days. Green Cleaning only uses Biokleen products, which are unscented, and they can add a few drops of essential oils if you want. They also hire their staff (not contractors like a lot of the big chain cleaning companies), which means they provide benefits. They are good about email communications, which is important when I'm working all day and don't have time for a phone call.
