Ok. More than we expected to pay with a groupon but overall happy. Could have done more on the floors.

We had used Green Cleaning regularly in the past when we lived in this home (and they had been amazing), but this time, we hired them to provide an hours-long deep clean of a home after the renters vacated, before painting was to begin. I spoke on the phone to Green Cleaning (also communicated over email) to discuss what I needed done. My renters weren't complete slobs, but they didn't clean much when they left. As such, there was lots of dirt in nooks and crannies, food crusted onto cupboards... that kind of thing. I explained to the scheduler that I fully expected to pay a lot of money for the clean, because the house interior was to be painted, and so everything needed to be as grease-free as possible. As always, the Green Cleaning scheduler was friendly and very accommodating. My first hint that something wasn't right came when I received an email on the day of the cleaning, letting me know that the cleaning hadn't taken as long as anticipated. I had rated my home as "very dirty" because of the detailed cleaning that was needed. The cleaners had determined that the house wasn't, in fact, THAT dirty, and so had finished early. Also, they informed me that some of the lettering had come off around my burner knobs when they cleaned the stove top (nice of them to mention that; I'm not entirely sure that I would have noticed). However, when I drove by the house, I found that there were many things that weren't done - the kitchen drawers still had food caked on the inside, for instance. The floor in the basement featured very large, filthy footprints all the way across, meaning that it was either not washed, or was washed and then crossed by someone with filthy feet. The bathrooms were largely well cleaned except for the floor grout - which I was informed couldn't be cleaned with "green" chemicals (I scrubbed it myself using baking soda, so there goes THAT theory). When I complained about the lack of completion on the job, Green Cleaning offered to come out and "spot clean" the areas that they had missed, but unfortunately, my painters were starting that very next day. Rather than offering a discount off of the current shoddy work, I was offered $50 off of my "next" cleaning as compensation. I'm pretty bummed about this, because we used to use Green Cleaning's services when we occupied the house, and they were great! One person would come every other week and clean out home for 3 hours, leaving it spotless. That was with two human occupants, two small dogs, and two idiot cats. But with nine man-hours and no furniture in the way (or cats freaking out), and the house was still kind of grime-y? I find that unacceptable.

First cleaning took 4.5 hours and Ryan went above and beyond to get us up to speed. Since then Izzy has done a very good job for us in 2.5 hours. Both are professional, have done a great job and are pleasant to have in our home. They arrived in the given time frame. I signed up for a monthly cleaning on an ongoing basis.

The service was great. She fully cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. She also vacuumed and did some dusting. The young lady was very nice, efficient and a hard worker.

The cleaners were very nice, on time, and worked hard. I did redo a few areas. When I provided feedback to the company the were emphatic and offered a discount on my next clean. I don't have cleaners often so I am not likely to use the discount but the offer was appreciated.

This company did a decent job and communication was very good, but I was really hoping to use the voucher. After I purchased two of the vouchers, I was told I couldn't use with the type of service I needed. The company did refer me back to Angie's list for a refund. I was hoping they could be a little more accommodating.

They are here right now and are excellent so far! We have worked out an hourly price and established a contract past the Big Deal and they are our permanent provider now. They have always been on time. Their prices are based on the square footage of the home and number of rooms and they are actually cheaper than our previous provider. From what I can see, they are doing a better job too! I would highly recommended them!

The Green Cleaning team arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. I appreciated that they agreed to a one hour window instead of two so that I could get to work. I hired them to do a "deep" cleaning, because the home had not had a thorough cleaning in months. I liked the fact that they don't use harsh chemicals, and decided to hire them since they have an "A" rating. The cost is pretty high ($46/hour for the first time), but I had a coupon that dropped the price to $41/hour- still a pretty hefty price for house cleaning. The two person team stayed a total of 7.75 hours (~4 hours per person). I received a call mid day telling me they needed a bit more time, because our shower was so dirty. It's true there was a lot of soap scum, but our other two bathrooms should have been easy since we hardly ever use them. When I arrived home I was surprised to find my entry way and dining room had not been vacuumed (or visibly cleaned in any way) and the rooms were only about half dusted. My living room looked a if it hadn't been cleaned at all. On the bright side, my kitchen was sparkling, and our master bathroom was much cleaner. However, even after extra cleaning of the shower, there still was mildew in the calking and also between the counter and the sink. I think because they don't use cleaners with bleach they can't fix that type of problem. It may also explain why it took so long to clean. I had planned to have them come back to do routine cleaning once per month, but decided not to since I had to finish the job myself. Might as well save the $40/hour for something else.

It was great. Raven was very focused and a hard worker. The house looked and smelled great afterwards.

I had a great Angie's list coupon which drastically cut the price. They were very responsive - I needed someone almost immediately; they responded fast and got it done. One of the 2 cleaners could not make it. The gal who did was fabulous. She listened to me and included every one of my priorities into her work schedule. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Cleaner was on the phone the whole time very unprofessional in my eyes. She broke a lamp and a vase while cleaning. I also didn't feel she did as much as she could have for the time she had.

Seem like nice people, responded quickly. I'm sure many have had great experiences. From my perspective, I should have requested a bid from others. Which I will shortly.

The cleaning went great and the girl sent did a wonderful job and was on time. The only complaint we had was the process for setting up the appt. There was so much paperwork and back and forth emails just to get the apt scheduled it was almost not worth it. Plus the deal was purchased as a 3 hour deal which they said was not enough time to clean a house approx. 1700sf to the standards they have and we had to purchase another hour and a $15 trip charge to Kirkland.

3 hour special for $99. Cleaner they sent (Raine?) was attentive and did a really great job with little direction. Best part was the lack of the usual cleaning solution scents when she was finished. Clean house and no nasty scents!

I bought an Angie's List deal for Green Cleaning Seattle (3 hours for $89), and was really impressed by their reviews, so I wanted to give them a try. They are very prompt and responsive with communication, and setting up an appointment with them was a breeze. They gave me a service quote of 5-6.5 hours for my home (which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house). My home was already in pretty good shape when the cleaners arrived, so my quote was adjusted to 4-6 hours. The cleaners themselves (Stacey and Michael) were very sweet and friendly. They arrived within the expected window and were very respectful of my home. I was having window construction done upstairs while they were cleaning downstairs, and they were very flexible and cooperative with the other folks working on the house. The service was very thorough--they got all the little nooks and crannies of dust that tend to get missed with my regular upkeep. At one point, there was a on-site supervision check-in during my cleaning, which meant that someone from the company dropped in to do a quick inspection of how the cleaning was going, and how Stacey and Michael were doing. I wasn't charged for this time, and thought it was really good business practice on the company's part, to maintain quality control. Overall, the entire service took about 5 hours, which for me felt a bit long, but I think it's because they were working around other people and being very thorough. The only thing that keeps this from being a 100% perfect experience is that I found the service to be a little on the pricier side. Without the Angie's List deal, their rate is $46 per hour. But the thing is, they're really good at what they do, and they're doing the dirty work that you don't want to do, so you're absolutely getting excellent service for the money. I personally can't afford to hire them for regular maintenance, but will happily use them for a deep clean of my house once every couple of months!

Difficult to get them here in a timely manner. The quality of that they did do was very good.

This turned out so so. The young woman that came to clean was fantastic but there was a lot of back and forth between us and the company. We finally got it scheduled but she didn't know we were part of Angie's List, so we had to remind her of that. She said she would be unable to complete the entire home in the time of the deal, which was fine. She did two bathrooms in 2 hours. She was very thorough but very slow. She gave me a bill and I paid it, not thinking about it. I ended up calling them to tell them about the big deal and they promised to tear up the check when it arrived. We are waiting to get the returned check.

This turned out very well. They were prompt and did the job. The worker that was sent was very friendly, out going, and did a very adequate job. There was a little extra cost, about $11, for she worked a little over 3 hours. Their regular rates are quite a bit higher though.

We weren’t there when they cleaned the house. However, they were professional and courteous in their email communication. As far as the actual work went, I was quite surprised with the limited amount of work they did for the time period. It was for three hours and one person. They said they could only do a limited amount and they only did a limited amount. It was done all right but it wasn’t like we were impressed because there were some areas where they hadn’t worked very hard, like in the counters there were areas that could have been more clean. The cost was fine it was just what we got for it and it didn’t encourage me to bring them on a regular basis.

The person who arrived was great. She was very nice and professional. The deal was $89.00 for three hours. She was able to get two full bathrooms, one half bathroom (or powder room), and the hardwood floors in the dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook done. We tipped her $10.00. We liked that she used clean products. The house smelled like essential oils when she left.

They were fantastic. When making the appointment, I was told that there aren't really any good green products that will clean out an oven. So I cleaned the oven myself and did a pre-clean vacuuming so that when the cleaners got there, they could focus on the detail work that I don't have the patience or time to do myself. We have two big, slobbery dogs. Every time they shook, the drool would fly up onto the walls. The walls were disgusting. Other parts of the house definitely needed attention, but it was the walls that made me decide that I should pay someone else to do my move-out clean. Green Cleaning Seattle did a great job. They made the house look great and the walls were spotless. I really appreciate their work and would definitely call them again.

Unlike some cleaners who try to make a place look nice by spraying harsh chemicals that smell, this team uses Eco friendly supplies and good old fashioned hard work to make a house gleam.

Great job, personable, and great eco-concious products were used. Would highly recomend their services.

The cleaning was very unimpressive. Entire rooms went untouched, things like the window directly above my kitchen sink still had the same spatters on it as it had pre-clean, big shelves in our downstairs entertainment area were not touched (there weren't even many items on them), and several other small things that were not given attention. While the service was very poor in our home, their customer service is great. Though there's a lot of forms to fill out for a home cleaning, they're very timely in their responses and courteous to deal with. Now if only their cleaning was up to par.

I was away from our place when the cleaner showed up and the key was not above the transom as required. I was billed an extra $50 for the trouble of the cleaner. Normally I would agree wtith this, but they changed the schedule of times without letting me know. I had the cleaning listed in my calendar for the following Friday from the date he showed up. The change was made because I initiated a change in the previous month to coincide with a family gathering. The owner immediately (apparently) rescheduled out 4 week cycle but did not let me know of the change. Therefore, my calendarj was one week off. I am really irritated by this lack of professionalism on their part and have terminatedl service. While the cleaners are fine, the management is really inflexible and I cannot recommend them.
