Paul did a great job. He responded very promptly to our request. There was a miscommunication (on our part not his) and he was still very willing to work with us. He did a great job cleaning out the debris that had built up, unclogged a problem area, blew off all the built up tree litter off the roof, and even cleaned up our driveway and walk way of all the tree litter. We hope to use his services in the future. Highly recommended.

Paul is great! He showed up on time, worked hard and did a great job clearing out my gutters. He made a simple repair to the gutter in the front and pointed out to me where I have some blockage that needs to be roto-rooted out to clear the drains to the street. He also repaired and extended a downspout so that water isn't running out so close to the foundation. All in all, I was very happy with the result and would recommend Paul to anyone who needs his services.

My experience with Paul and Gilland Window/Gutter exceeded all expectations I had about a gutter cleaning/roof treatment service. Now I see the reason for all the 'A' ratings! Paul proactively communicated with me on the day of my appointment, calling me several times with updates to his ETA. He was delayed at a prior job and arrived slightly after my scheduled appointment, so he waived the moss treatment fee as a courtesy. Moreover, he did a very thorough job and upon completion provided an honest assessment about the frequency at which I required gutter cleaning going forward. He also debriefed me about the state of repair of my roof since I cannot see / access it. I recommend Gilland Window/Gutter service to everyone!

Overall, the windows cleaning quality was superb. Paul was punctual and professional. My only nits are: service was somewhat pricey, and I wish more care was taken inside. After the cleaner left I noticed drip marks on my walls (from squeegee?) that I had to clean with a magic eraser.

The gentleman was very professional and did an excellent job. We would not hesitate to use them again! He missed one window under our deck (easy to do!), and upon mentioning it, he did the window without a complaint. It is truly a window that I think anyone would miss, and we appreciated that he just did it with a great attitude.

It went very well. Although I was not in his normal area of operation, he was kind enough to make an exception since I'd already purchased the Angie's List "Deal". Very professional and efficient .I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing this service.

showed up on time and was professional. Cleaned gutters fairly well (there's still some dirt in some of them but leaves and twigs are gone). Did a minor repair that is functional but not pretty or standard (attached some corrugating piping that we had on hand to one of our gutters so it will drain further away from the house than it did before). Biggest reason for the c grade is that I asked for feedback on anything that needed to be done (there's a gutter that's not attached properly to the house) and they never checked in with me to give me the info before they left!

I ordered a $110 deal with Gilland Window & Gutter Cleaning through Angie's List. They set up an appointment with me for 3PM two days later. On that day, I got a call a little after 3PM telling me that they were running late. I told them to take their time since I would be around all afternoon and early evening. They showed up a little after 4PM and got to work immediately. I was happy to see that, in addition to cleaning the gutters and re-attaching one of them to my house, they also got up on the roof with a blower and removed a bunch of moss and other debris. After about 45 minutes they were done. The roof is clean, the gutters are clean, and securely attached to the house. I'm very happy with the service overall - convenient scheduling, thorough job, and a good price.

We had a great experience. Scheduling was very easy through their online scheduler. They came when they said they would and did a great job (even though we were not home). Clean up was great. They even cleaned our skylight and checked the roof for issues. I highly recommend this service.
