Paul answered my phone call and gave me a realistic time line for him to give me an estimate. He came to my house, reviewed the work with me and gave me an estimate on site and completed the work that week. He confirmed our appointment on line, came on time, worked hard and cleaned up all leaves. He was prompt, respectful and did an excellent job. Paul was professional, communicated clearly and showed up when scheduled. He cleaned gutters as promised but also removed moss from roof, checked drains with the garden hose and made sure that everything was in good working order. Pointed out a broken roof tile which was not visible from the ground and advised me on methods to repair. Fashioned a temporary fix until I can get a tile person. Was pleasant and personable, worked efficiently and quickly. Would definitely hire again.

Paul Gilland performed work at my personal residence and at my rental property. Window washing and gutter cleaning were performed. Mr Gilland quickly responded to my telephone query about his services, provided estimates, and performed the work on time and within a few days of contacting him. His work was excellent! He was neat and the sites were cleaned so well! I was very surprised at how well and rapidly he worked and was very happy that, not only were messes cleaned up, he swept up messes that I had made! Thus, work was done so well! I would definitely recommend him for gutter and window cleaning and will definitely call him again next year!

When there was a problem with the work upon completion, Paul was quick to return the day after I contacted him to report it. He corrected the issue and was a pleasure to work with.

It went just fine. When I called the guy, he had fallen off a ladder or something and said that he was laid up in a wheelchair for a while. He said call Angie's list, get your money back and get somebody else to do it unless you want to wait. I said, I didn't think it would do any harm. I can wait. And by gosh, he came around I said just call me when you're ready to do it. He did and he came out and he was very good. He did what he said. The guy that I talk to that said to wait to come over there. I think he was the owner, because he was still laid up. But he sent somebody else out. I don't know whether he worked for him on a steady basis, I don't know. They have been just fine.

It was good. I know how the price compares with others and I thought I had paid less. It was a good value. They did a good job. I guess it was an ok experience. The area was very clean when they were done.

Fine. As far as I know I cant get up op the roof to look in the gutters so that makes it kinda hard but I think it's fine, the guy seemed honest.
