Description of Work: called him to replace disposal, and though he didn't have time to come out, just told me what to do to reset and solve the problem. for free!! This is as opposed to several other handymen who were too busy to even call back!

+ 0 moreWork was of excellent quality throughout and work was done smoothly. When appliance delivery was delayed contractor was happy to come back later to install and coordinate disposal of existing appliances and rpelacement of the new units.
Description of Work: Replaced a sagging and crumbling old ceiling with new drywall ceiling and painted. Also did cabinet work to replace a drop in stove with a slide in model and installed dishwasher in rental house

Description of Work: We purchased a home that needed lots of small jobs done. They did an array of work from buying and installing an exterior door, re-enforcing our upper deck, install ceiling fans, moving washer/dryer, removing and re-installing baseboards and changing light fixtures. Will also do "home maintenance" on a regular basis.
