They did a great job. They kept with the bid and always cleaned up after themselves. There was a small problem with the finish work, but everything else went well.

Very professional and knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable. Communicated with other inspector well. Was very quick; in and out.

I had to pay all that money just for him to tell me that I needed a new toilet. I feel like I should have been charged less since they couldn't do anything for me. I would try to come up with an agreement on the price in the case of them not being able to help me.

In my opinion, we paid way too much for a ten minute job. The service technician arrived an hour and fifteen minutes late and had the job done ten minutes later. I was happy with the end results of the repair, but it cost way too much. The service technician was polite and professional, so I had no direct complaints about that. In the end the job was done well, it was just not as convenient and efficient as it could have been.

They took longer than they estimated. That was one thing that we weren't very thrilled about. They took almost twice as long as they estimated. I would hire them again, but I would just make everything clear beforehand. I cannot recall the price.

Throughout the entire process, they were very patient and friendly. There was an issue with a piece of material lodged into the pipes. They came back four times to determine the cause. After a number of years in the plumbing industry, they had never ran across an issue of this sort. They were able to fix the problem. The cost includes labor, piping and parts. I will definitely call them back for my plumbing needs.

I was happy with them as they were able to do it the day that I called them. They didn t waste anytime coming out for the job and going right to work. They had it done in no time flat. I couldn t believe how fast they worked.

This place actually saved me a lot of money. I found them through an advertisement and they were trying to charge me more than was in their advertisement but I showed them what they had listed, they lowered there rate $400 for me. They are a really good company and I like that they are really honest.

There were no problems and they did a really good job. I think they were professional and reliable. They answered all of my questions and worked well with my budget. They were hard working and very thorough. They are a great company to work with.

They have branches all over the place. They are not the cheapest but they are really good and are honest as well. They are always on time and reputable. They know what they are doing and I will only use them because I have had bad plumbers and they are reliable.

Things went well for us. Mike arrived at the stated hour and tried for some time to create the backup we had experienced twice. When he was unable to do this, he explained the most likely issues creating the problem. He recommended we pour cleaning solution down the drains in two parts of the house and left a large container of cleaner with us. He was very professional and respectful. We actually called Fischer partly on a friend's high recommendation.

The price was very reasonable. The service was prompt and quick. They came when they said they were going to.

This was the 2nd time we'd used Angie's and wish I could say we had a better experience with this contractor. Leak discovered on Sunday, so we called Monday. Another plumber had been recommended to us but they couldn't come until Thursday; they referred us to Fischer. Fischer said they could book earlier and would schedule the technician with adequate time to actually do the work. Wrong. Person who came took our drawing and said he'd be back once he had the parts. He did not come back. The person, who came, on the day that Aurora could've booked, did not have our drawing. When bill arrived the description of the job was unintelligible; there was no parts list; there were several admin charges not mentioned when service booked. Days later, area was leaking again. Original plumber assigned to fix. Again the bill did not itemize parts. We ended up with 1 sales call, 2 services, 3 invoices, one with a labor overcharge; the other a math error. Won't use again.

The time frame was fast, within 1 week of calling and getting an estimate. The plumber who did the work ( Armando ) was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to finish the job faster than estimated.

2 to 3 men spent 3 days working on it, very friendly and careful. Afterward, we had a list of things that I had to call them back about: the shower head had a 2'' play in it; the cold indicator was hot water and vice versa; the $100 shower hose we had installed months before was replaced with a cheap hotel brand; and the leak from the overflow. I called and didn't hear from them for over a week. My dad came by and fixed the play on the shower head and tried to fix the leak. A week later, I got a call from the Homeowners Club and told them I had not heard from Fischer. Within an hour I got a call and the apologetically said they would send someone over. They did, fixed the hot vs cold issue, and flipped the overflow so that the opening faces downward. The next day I went to take a bath and could not flip the drain switch. I called, they came again. I took a bath, there is a 1 foot puddle of water in my basement from the overflow, that now leaks more than it did initially.

Some things had to be done over and we had to wait a while to get the sidewalk repaired/ replaced from where they had to tear it out, but overall, they did get everything done and the quality was good.

Fine. I was needing to know how much depth I had on my sewer line outside in order to add a bathroom in my basement. I also wanted to know the condition of my lines. Fischer was prompt and professional. I did have my stack leak a little after they left but they returned immediately and fixed the problem.

Dennis Goad came out, on time and professional. He checked all of our pipes to determine problem. He installed (I forgot the name of the part) but it was needed by code and changed the hammering sound. He determined the problem was in fact the dishwasher. He took the time to call the dishwasher repair man from my house, to explain all the work and everything he checked. So that when they came back out they could fix the problem. I was very pleased with Fischer Plumbing and Dennis. 2 years ago we had another plumbing company replace all our pipes and it was a disaster! So I was so happy to find a new plumber! We will use Fischer from now on.

I received a bill from Fischer Plumbing ostensibly for a $325.57 repair in June or July, 2006. I have not had any plumbing done on my house for years, so I called Fischer Plumbing. I explained to the bookkeeper and she looked it up and determined that someone in Redmond should have gotten that bill. She said that their computer looked for the first letter of first name and part of the last name and the computer picked me because I was Mary which comes before Mike in the alphabet. How sloppy can you get? This is not acceptable. I asked her to send me a letter for my records explaining what had happened and she wouldn't. I don't want to end up with a lien because someone continues to leave this mistake on the books and then have to keep fighting it. The bookkeeper should verify the entire name and address of the person being billed. I would not use this company, Fischer Plumbing, because I do not want to be billed for plumbing that they did for someone else.

It was good to have the camera and to be able to see what was happening and to solve the problem rather than fix it for only a couple of months. The invoice included a charge ($117 plus tax) for locating the line but the tech said they would waive the charge if I accepted the proposal for sewer line replacement and the Co. did waive it. The tech worked for about 2 hours. The sewer line replacement is a separate job and separate report.

The technician arrived on time and removed old spout. The tiles around the spout were unavoidably broken during removal. Tech supplied new spout and installed it and tested for leaks. The tech was a little slow but I can accept that. Was charged $100 for 1 hour plus $60 "Service Call" fee plus $63.50 materials. I thought the job could have been done in less time but I'm not sure by how much. I thought the materials charge was too high and was granted a $20 reduction after calling their office. The office was not very responsive to attempts to question the charges. The man I needed to talk with was always busy and never returned my calls as promised. I called the office 4 times to talk about my bill. Lower marks on Responsiveness and Professionalism are for Office rather than the tech. The office was courteous but unresponsive.

We had a very good experience w/ Fischer Plumbing. Jerry in the office made a special effort and juggled their schedule to get out and do the job w/in a week, prior to the start of our kitchen remodel. He came out quickly to do an estimate and then came out again to hand deliver the bid. The plumbers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up pretty well. They also hustled to get the work done in a day that we were w/o water for a minimal period of time.

The plumber was on time and worked efficiently. Price seems high, but then all plumbing seems to be expensive unless one is able to do it oneself. I'm not that happy with the quality of the new faucet.

THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE. IT WAS A HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO SHOW UP. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK YET, BUT IT'S ONLY BEEN A MONTH. FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT THEY WERE HERE THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS.

The sewage back-up happened on a Sunday evening. I called them, left a message and somebody from their main office called me back, first thing Monday morning. They came out Monday around noon, looked at it and fixed the blockage within half an hour. I also got good advice how to avoid the problem in the future and an honest answer about the approximate costs: around 100$ with sales tax, I ended up paying 120 dollars. I received their invoice within the end of that week and paid via check.
