Their technicians are wonderful. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. What I didn't like was that their dispatching people have some issues, but they're working on it.

They showed up on time and did a great job. They were also very efficient and focused. I have no complaints at all with their employees.

This is the third time I have used Fischer Plumbing in my rental and have had mixed results. This time, the work was done in November last year, so my memory is not fresh as to the promptness, amount of time to schedule, etc. I believe that I did not get an estimate, since I had used them before and was satisfied. I was not present, but my long-time tenant was. I had clearly described the job to them - hook up drains for 2 new sinks - single upstairs and double downstairs. According to my tenant, it took quite a while to install the first single drain - the sink was deeper than the previous one which created special challenges. The worker needed a ladder to perform part of the work from outside. As he was leaving, my tenant called me to report - I asked about the downstairs sink. She had forgotten, and apparently so had the plumber! She ran out to get him. So he returned to finish the job - by then, it was quite late, but the job was finished in one day. On the previous trip, they replaced hot and cold water pipes from hot water heater area to kitchen sink. The price was reasonable and the job done well. The time before that, the job was to repair a leaky drain to that same double sink with the adjacent dishwasher. Although the job was explained well, they didn't have the parts and had to send someone from the office with the missing part - this probably didn't cost any extra, but it was a little frustrating that they were not prepared. Overall, I would say that the service is variable. 7/29/11 - this is an update to the service that was done connecting the 2 new sinks. The unit with the double sink and dishwasher had not been rented for some time after the work was done. I had only had a tenant in the unit for a few months when one of the drains fell apart where the p-trap connects to the pipe coming from the sink. The three drains attach to a horizontal drain that is not in the wall as a normal installation would have (old house) and the whole thing was hanging with a negative slope, so that the other sink could not be used. I was able to prop it up with a piece of wood so that the sink could be used until the were able to get someone out the following week. When I called them, it took a bit of explaining and although the work was done more than a year ago, they sent someone out at no charge. He was able to strap the horizontal pipe to the wall with plumber's tape. This should have been done with the original installation, but and quot;all's well that ends well.and quot; I appreciated them sending someone at no charge since so much time had elapsed. (Upgraded overall from C to B.)

Fischer Plumbing and Heating are very pleasant people and I was very happy to find them.

He came when I wasn t in home and completed all the work. I left home and came back to find that he had installed the new hot water heater. He even did some denting and grounding that hadn t been previously done.

SHOWED UP ON TIME, EXPLAINED WHAT THEY HAD TO DO, DID A NICE JOB, CLEANED UP THEIR WORK AREA, EXPLAINED THE RESULTS IN LAYMAN'S TERMS. ABOVE AND BEYOND A GOOD JOB, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS POLITE AND VERY RESPECTFULLY: NO ATTITUDE. WHAT A PLUS IN TODAY'S WORLD.

They did a good job. It took longer than they thought to clear the pipe. They worked on it until the job was done. They showed up on time. I didn't have to wait for them to come.

They were excellent. They were on time and very prompt with their bids. They identified problems that I didn't know existed and they were able to fix it on the same day.

The plumber showed up on time, with all necessary equipment. My old drain cover was rusted on, so they broke it off and gave me a new one for free. The service was performed quickly. Their rate was much more reasonable than other companies for the service performed; their base rate is lower.

They came on time. The pipe was in the wall, which was hard to reach. Sawed off the corroded part, and replaced it.

We didn't feel like we should have had to pay $60 in labor since no real work was done.

Fischer Plumbing did a great job from start to finish. Very professional, and they really worked hard to find the best solution for us. Their drywall guy did a great job patching up the large hole they had to make in the wall to get to the pipes, and you would never know that there was once a big hole there.

Getting someone to return my call and promise a visit to my home took about 1 1/2 days. Since I was without hot water, that was annoying. However, Gary, the service tech, was awesome. He obviously understands water heater extremely well. He diagnosed a pretty tricky problem in under an hour. He showed up at my door instead of packing for his Labor Day vacation. Then the next day, he called around to all the suppliers looking for the (unusual) parts that I needed instead of relaxing on his day off. The first day he returned from vacation, he promptly came by and installed the new parts (which had been special ordered over the holiday weekend from the manufacturer). WOW.

They are very punctual and always do a good job. I have hired them for many years and I have no complaints. They even recognize my name. They always put covers on their shoes to not soil the carpet.

Their flexibility in scheduling is incredibly important to us; they were able to work around our schedule quiet well. Regarding the replacement on part of the water main on the house, they were able to make independent decisions, but kept us in formed but didn't have to stop work to wait for us to continue. We would use them again.

I was kind of disappointed. They gave me a decent quote. They had to come back several times to fix a leak in one of there connection. It wouldn't pass the inspection.

It went very well. They were on the job quickly, the workers were all friendly and competent, they did the work in a very quick and effective manner at a very reasonable price.

The drain from our washing machine was clogged. We called Fisher Plumbing and the representative said that he would not unclog the pipe because he thought it was too old and would break if he tried the job. Not wanting him to replace the drain immediately, I asked him if he could fix our leaky faucet. The rep. said he does not do leaky faucets, and he called another person from Fishers without asking us. Because we were in need of the drain pipe, a much bigger job, we did not want this other worker to touch the faucet. In the end, neither of the two jobs were done, and I received two bills. I expected one from the service call for the drain pipe, but, as I did not ask for the second plumber to come, I thought the charge for the faucet inspection was not necessary. I have used Fischer in the past, and I was disappointed with this experience.

I saw their ads and asked for rates. Explained exactly what services I wanted performed, exactly how much and what type of services needed. Serviceman did clean, but when I saw the bill thy had charged extra for using their equipment (their power snake.) I was charged for the tools used, plus the hourly quote. I called to complain, they said the person in the office was not qualified to help me properly after the information I gave him. I told person that this was ridiculous, he hung up on me. Called and again and was hung up on again. Third time I called he took the equipment charge off.

They dug 5 to 6 feet down. They cut out a section of concrete piping they put in new plastic piping. They also installed some fittings so that they can test the pressure in that section of the line. The inspector had come out to test the pressure after they were done. They cleaned up the best as they could.

They are very prompt. They always arrive five to ten minutes before the time frame given. They are very personable. They are trustworthy.

Showed up same day that I called them (within 2 hours). Mr.Grant (their plumber) was very helpful-explained to me in a great detail what was wrong with my plumbing. Did very good job fixing the leak and replaced the sink in my bathroom too.

From estimate to finish, on time on budget. Very responsive. Very professional.

The project was completed in the time projected and he did a thorough job. I am 100% happy with Grant and the job that he did for me.

Generally we were very pleased. Don showed up right on time for our appointment and gave us a bid quickly. They arrived on time, performed the work well and handled all permit and inspection issues for us without a problem. When finished, they returned the lawn to almost the exact condition in which they found it.
