Description of Work: My water heater was old and leaking and the morning I called Fischer Plumbing, they were able to send out Steve within a few hours which was great. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He replaced my water heater, answered my questions freely (without me feeling like I was bothering him), also replaced the faucet knob in my shower which I had been having trouble with. He made a good impression, did the job well and I was very pleased. I plan to request him again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Description of Work: I had a problem with a side sewer. I needed to have the line repaired and replaced. I was looking for estimate and different approaches for potential repairs because this was going to be an expensive project ($30,000+). I called Fischer Plumbing three times, twice talking to someone in the office and once leaving a voice mail message. I was that someone woud be in touch with me to come out and give me an estimate. I never heard a peep from them. I had no intention of begging for their business.
