Description of Work: The guys who came to pick up the rugs on Feb 8th were great, however that aside I wasn't impressed. The rugs were picked up, cleaned, a tenative return date set. I was mildly surprised at the price it seemed steep, but I figured 4 rugs and some stins so... I had been traveling and without any communication from the office the delivery guys popped up on our tenative date, the rugs were not cleaned as well as I would have liked either. They took the rugs with them to reclean returned on the 11th rugs were way cleaner... overall I wasn't impressed with office staff at all... the cleaning was meh... I have has worse stains taken out better by other companies. I won't be using again that's for sure.

Description of Work: The actual work was exemplary but the manager 'forgot' to get ferry tickets for the pickup and didn't even call to let me know they wouldn't be able to come so I spent the day waiting for them. No call or apology was ever forthcoming. Eventually they did manage to get here and the pickup/delivery service was excellent.

+ 0 moreThe crew of two men arrived on time, were very professional, and efficient. The price quoted was the price paid. We received advice on how to keep the carpet clean. Best of all, the carpet looked brand new, even after several years of dog traffic and the difference in our white sofa was amazing. I highly recommend them for their service and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We had the carpet in our living and dining rooms, stairs, and sofa cleaned by this company.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID THE WORK OK, BUT NEVER TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A MIN. PRICE OF 125. SO, I HAD THEM CLEAN THE HALL. THE PERSON WAS YOUNG, JUST OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL, THAT MADE ME FEEL THAT HE COULDN'T HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE AND SEEM TO BANG UP THE BASE BOARDS. I DO NOT THINK I WOULD HAVE THEM OUT AGAIN.
Description of Work: I HAD THEM CLEANED ONLY ABOUT 18 STEPS. AND A HALL ENTRANCE.

+ -1 moreEMMANUEL'S RUG AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANERS HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1907. I HAVE HAD MANY RUGS CLEANED THERE OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AND RESULTS.
Description of Work: EMMANUEL RUG CLEANERS CLEANED MY 6-9 ROUND CHINESE ORIENTAL RUG. THEY CHARGE 30% LESS FOR CASH AND CARRY. THE RUGS ARE WASHED FLAT WITH SOAP AND WATER AND HUNG UP TO DRY. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRESH AND CLEAN WHEN I PICK THEM UP.
