Eco-side LLC - Siding Made Easy

Alejandro and his team did an amazing job adding flashing to 5 south facing windows that were causing me a lot of grief. They were very professional, responsive and always on time. Their work was amazing and I would hire them again when I need any work done to my home.

The job went great, at a good price and I am highly satisfied with the results. The work was done as scheduled and done thoroughly. The crew kept the job site cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication with Alejandro went smoothly, from initial proposal, considering options and then having to expand the scope of work when additional siding failure was discovered during the job. The original faulty construction was causing my place to rot from the inside-out. It is such a relief to no longer cringe each time it rains, knowing my place now has proper siding with a waterproof wrap and flashing where needed.

We hired Eco-side to replace the siding on our house. About 2/3 of the house had been resided as part of an earlier remodel, so this new siding had to tie into that. This portion of the house is old and quirky and required a lot of detailed work and problem solving. Alejandro and his crew did a fantastic job - we couldn't be happier! They paid close attention to details and did more than we expected, whether it was adding additional blocking, removing siding that had been done earlier and replacing it so that it tied to the new siding, and caulking under existing window sills. Siding is messy work and they did an amazing job cleaning up. Really, you would not have known they were. While it took some time to get on his calendar, we're very glad we waited.

Ecoside's bid was 25%-50% below the others we received and they were the only ones listed on the Hardieplank company website. They were on time, took as long as they said the job would take, matched the paint color and clearly knew what they were doing. When we later noticed what appeared to be a few paint spots on hard to reach windows, we only had to ask once for them to come back and remove them. The only drawback was that we had to wait several months for them to start the job because they are so busy.

Eco-Side and Alejandro were absolutely fantastic to work with! I started corresponding with Eco-side a year ago, initially wanted to replaced the siding for the entire house. But with so many other projects needed $$, I put that off until early 2018 that I decided to scale back and just re-side the one side of the house where bottom of the siding was rotting. Even though I had cut back the scope significantly, still Alejandro came by, to redo the measure for the side of house to be done, gave me an updated estimate, and told me that it would be in mid Jun to work on my house. Even though Eco-side's quote was more than $1K higher than the next one, I chose to work with Eco-side for its consistent reputation, even with the long wait. Luckily, Eco-side had an unexpected cancellation in late March, and was able to move me up. The job turned out very well. To start off, they showed up timely everyday. They were careful with removal of outdoor lights and electrical outlets, deck boards, and saved decks boards that could be reused. They protected the surface around where they were working. The finished job looks consistent and solid. Around the windows, they used caulking in color as close to the window trims as possible, they installed back the outdoor light, electrical outlet and door awning nicely after they finished, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were done - my deck was so nicely cleaned up like they were never here.

Alejandro and his team were fantastic. They gave a thorough and very fair estimate, right in the middle of what we heard from others, but with much more in-depth knowledge about jobs like ours. We were given clear options at the beginning and got to choose exactly what we wanted. Despite a very tricky old house and lots of detail work, the team finished on time and on budget. We are very happy with the results.

Alejandro and team were great to work with and answered all of our questions. The team was friendly, hardworking and very meticulous. The attention to detail was great and they definitely knew their trade. If something unforeseen arose, they were able to come up with a few options to handle it and would always go through each of the options with you. They stayed on schedule and stuck to their price bid. Their bid was more reasonable than some of the other siding contractors and Eco-Side didn't try to pressure us to sign like some of the others. Overall we are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Eco-Side to any anyone looking to re-side their house.

Eco-side was WONDERFUL to work with. We would definitely work with them again if we needed the other sides of our house re-sided. They were friendly, honest, and hardworking. They got the job done by the date they promised. More importantly, the attention to detail was amazing! We're picky and were pleased with the end result. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Along the way, all of our questions were addressed, and photos were taken of anything they thought we might want to see. We ended up having them replace more of the OSB than we originally thought we'd need replaced, and they kindly didn't charge us extra for this. Alejandro had a great bid, but mostly he was available, well reviewed, and knew his trade. I'd argue that Alejandro and his crew were all in all one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor, especially on significant work.

I could not be more pleased with the process. The did what they said they would do, when they said they would, for the price they quoted. All in the pouring rain and while making suggestions and improvements that I could not have come up with on my own. They were meticulous and did whatever it took to get the job done. They were flexible, too, and adapted to changes that needed to be made. I don't write review online normally, but would recommend this team (and already have) to anyone that asked.

It did take longer then I thought it would, the the workers were very professionsal and told us that our home was the most difficult homes they had ever done! The finished product exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend Eco-side. Alejandro and his team resided our complete house August 2016 with Hardie Board sidings. They did a fabulous job, quality was top notch. They were on schedule and on budget even though they found water damage. They fixed it without passing on the cost to me. Alejandro is very honest, communication was excellent. I wish there were more contractors like Alejandro.

Alejandro's team did a great job on my siding project. There was some unusual flashing required due to the shape of the foundation of the house, and the team came up with a very practical and aesthetically pleasing solution. Overall the siding looks great and they stuck exactly to their quote (which was the cheapest of 3 other quotes that I got). I would be more than happy to work with them again in the future.

Eco-side was the only siding company we found that would even consider our project. Alejandro was responsive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the options. He showed up on time for appointments, added us in to his busy schedule, and had a crew working on the weekends to get our job done on time. The work was done very professionally.

I am quite happy with the results. The job became more complicated than we had expected and even though this increased the cost of the project, Alejandro (Ecoside's Owner) kept to his original bid price. He was very professional and respectful. I would use him again and highly recommend him.
