Dander and Daughters came early, and They called to check if that was okay. They proceeded to move various furnishings and did a very professional job cleaning the carpets. I was very satisfied with their professionalism.

When he first started, his shampooer (machine) decided to quit working. He left & returned promptly to finish. Very friendly & respectful.

The rep was on time, did the work as promised and within estimated time, and cleaned up. Excellent service.

Tim got lost to our home so he was a little late. It has only been finished a few hours but the carpets look great.

Tim was very professional and the results of the cleaning process far exceeded our expectations. Definitely worth a try before buying new carpet.

Tim's work was excellent. He moved furniture, vacumned, and thoroughly cleaned our living room, dining room and an upstairs computer room using the ChemDry method. He did a long flight of stairs to substitute for cleaning an upholstered item. The stairs and rooms are very clean and we are able to walk on them in a short time. Excellent. Will use again. Highly recommended!!!

They helped schedule it according to my many requirements. They showed up, did the work, left on time, which was critical because there were other services required in the home, which was being prepared for renters.

THEY'VE DONE THIS FOR US FOR SEVERAL YEARS. WE KEEP HAVING THEM COME BACK, BECAUSE WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE PRICING IS GOOD AND THEY WORK WITH US. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL.

WORKER CALLED 15 MINS. BEFORE APPOINTED TIME TO SAY HE'D BE 2 HOURS LATE. WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK. HE WASN'T PUSHY ABOUT THE EXTRA SERVICES HE QUOTED US ON, (GOOD). IT TOOK ABOUT 2.5 HOURS TO DO THE WORK, CARPETS WERE DEFINITELY CLEANER. BUT!... THE CARPET ''BUFFER'' WAS HARD ON OUR MOLDING, AND ACTUALLY TOOK OFF A PIECE ABOUT 1/4'' BY 8'' LONG. WE DIDN'T NOTICE UNTIL AFTER HE LEFT. I WISH HE WOULD HAVE FESSED UP BECAUSE WE COULD HAVE GLUED THE PIECE BACK ON. OUR PHONE CALL TO COMPANY WAS UNANSWERED.

WE HAVE 4 KIDS AND A DOG AND OUR CARPET HAD LOTS OF STAINS AND SPOTS. NOT ONLY DID THEY GET IT CLEAN, THE STAIN GUARD PRODUCT THEY APPLIED AFTERWARDS KEPT IT CLEANER LONGER.

MICHEAL WAS PLEASANT, WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE US HAPPY. THE 2ND TIME SERGIO AND ANOTHER GUY CAME, AND THEY WERE ALSO PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. PLUS WE LOVE HOW THE CARPET FEELS AND SMELLS AND LOOKS.
