They did such a great job (inexpensive and conscientious) on my carpet I told them I'd write a review on Angie's List and Yelp. I'm a new fan and also quite relieved to have a go-to carpet cleaner now. Makes life just that more easier.

Shower cleaning prooved robe not what I needed -- grout color is worn, not moldy -- and expensive. Carpet cleaning didn't address dirty edges, and drying time was far longer than advertised.

It was perfect just like last time that`s why I hired them. Just one person came out. They performed the same excellent way as before. I believe I found them on Angie`s List. The price was fair.

They were good. They showed up and got everything done. They were honest what they could clean and saved me money. They told me if it was worth really paying a lot for it or not. They taught me something to use myself to clean.

Easy to schedule, extremely friendly. Arrived on time, process went perfectly and they explained how long we needed to stay off the carpet; very fast only 24-hours. It looked great when they were done. 90 minutes total and worth the investment. I also used an Angie's List coupon.

Overall, they're very good! The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. Highly recommended.

I have used this company three times for my rental property. Mike is good at responding and very friendly. Chem-Dry is good because it takes less time for the carpet to dry up. Since there is not so much time between my tenants moving out and moving in, it is good.

Showed up on time for job estimate, received a followup call to see if I wanted to proceed and schedule the job. Got it scheduled for the date I wanted the following week (we were on a tight schedule fitting in window washers and painters). Showed up on time on job day and finished within time frame. Carpets throughout were cleaned (3 bedrooms, hallway upstairs, 14-step stairway, living, dining & hallway on main floor). Carpets looked so much better, it was cheap carpet to begin with so we didn't expect magic. I thought it was a Chem-Dry method, which was informed it was but I thought carpet wouldn't be wet when finished. Mostly my misunderstanding of the process. Carpet was damp and only took 1-2 hrs to dry. Pleasant worker, provided written estimate, received follow up call to estimate as well as after the job to check on satisfaction.

They did a great job. The carpets where in a rental property and they looked new after cleaning.

I am a carpet cleaning newbie (much to the chagrin of my carpets...) so wanted to try it out with the "Big Deal" promo. I don't have other carpet cleaning experiences to compare it to, but the technician was very personable, arrived on time, and seemed to do a good job. We have very old carpet that should be replaced, and he warned us that not all of the stains would come out, but it did look MUCH improved. We're now expecting another baby, and I plan to call them back to get these carpets a little less filthy before a baby is crawling on them...

It went very well. I have to have them come back to clean the carpet again, I spilled coffee.

Service technician was thorough and cleaned up after himself. Carpets look really good. Dried quickly with fans. I wold use this company again.

Carpet cleaning was OK abut he dragged the machine across a hardwood floor with no thought that itmay scratch it, it did. Furniture was moved by pushing it out of the way, lifting something was beyond his thought process, overall impression was that he wanted to get it done as quickly as possilble with minimum effort or care.

He was really set up for doing commercial work. What I had was a little home and with his large equipment was a little bit overwhelming. The man that came out was professional and punctual.

Michael picked up the phone the first time I called as was very friendly. Answered all of my questions and was available within the next 2 days to clean. He was punctual, very professional and pleasant and although I said the space was larger, he measured and requoted me for a smaller space, lower cost. Love the honestly and integrity. Would definitely use them again.

I felt bad initiating a quote for carpet cleaning of 32 stairs and 6 stairway landings... no carpet cleaner wants to hear "hey, I have a TON of stairs that need cleaning". I was provided a quote and it was dead-on to the final value at the end of the service. Employee arrived on-time and began work immediately. He vacuumed all the stairs and hallways and then began the carpet cleaning. Everything was done perfectly and he even removed a very large stain in one of my rooms. The carpet looked brand new after he left and I felt so bad that the poor fella was covered in sweat - it was a huge job and he did a very thorough job in less than 3 hours. The carpet smelled new and the entire house looked brighter and cleaner. I'll use this company again, for sure.

My in laws have used D&D in the past and have been very pleased, as now am I. We will be having Michael to our house soon as well. He was on time, thorough, professional, and clearly knows his trade. I will be referring them to all my clients in need of his services.

Our cat decided to suddenly start spraying on our couch. We really didn't notice until it started sticking up the whole house (we never caught him doing it). I called and they were very realistic w/ me on the phone and set my expectations. The cleaning should have been more expensive but he offered me a discounted service due to some communication problems we had. Great presence on the phone and in person. We would definitely use him again!

They were great. They showed up on time, got the grout very clean, and it dried quickly. They gave me a very fair price for additional work which I had done then. The initial work was via one of Angie's Lists special deals. I was extremely happy with the work they did and will have them back again

The technician arrived on time, promptly measured the area to be cleaned and showed me what it would bost, he went right to work, finished in a efficient amount of time, and did great work. He was very professional and considerate.

I found them on Angie's List. They did a good job I would recommend them to friends. I am happy with the quality of the cleaning, except they didn't quite get everything out. I would use them again, but be a bit more definitive in my requirements.
